I am a first timeuser using this service no recommendations from anyone I just didn’t have someone to dog sit for us since our dog in my opinion is needy and high energy. Boarding is extremely expensive from what some I know have used and not as personal. Justine and her family were absolutely amazing and made my fur baby feel right at home... Seriously !! I went off the reviews and seeing the returning customers made me feel willing to try it out. I will definitely use Justine going forward! I’m completely comfortable and felt at ease. Justine was so tentative to send me updates and pictures. My Canelo looked happy with the new friends he has made. Julian is super nice and patient! Even though it was only a two-night stay, he kept me updated with lots of messages and photos about my dogs, which I really appreciated. What I loved most is that he did not just leave the dogs in the backyard to play by themselves — he actually spent a lot of time playing and hanging out with my puppy. I am really happy he took care of Candy, and I will definitely book with him again!
Genny and her family were fantastic with my best buddy. He stayed with their family for 5 days and they truly made him feel like part of their family. I might have more pics from his stay than I had in the previous 10 years of having him! I would 100% use them again!
I’ve been using Leila as my go-to Rover for about 3 years now, and she’s amazing. She’s the only sitter I feel totally stress-free leaving my Doberman with. The house always looks great when we come home and the dogs are happy. Each of the dogs has a little different regimen and he accommodates each one well (even giving our old guy eyes drops).
