When I picked her up, yes she was over the moon to see Mom and Dad but you could also see how she was still having so much fun with Elizabeth. Working with Beverly this past week has been one of the best experiences we've had on Rover. She is 100% competent and I didn't worry for a second about our dog, Nora, while we were gone. Kaitlyn was great with our 10 y/o minipin chihuahua mix! She was really kind and patient with him, especially since he was a bit nervous. Kaitlyn consistently communicated with us and we got lots of updates while we were on our trip. We also really appreciate Kaitlyn's flexibility after I screwed some flight times. She provided a very warm and loving environement and we'd happily leave our dog with her again!
Lauren took care of our good boy over our wedding weekend and it was great! Our dog can be pretty anxious with new situations, but he warmed up quick to Lauren and had a lot of fun.
