Pet care experience

Dependable, nurturing, & attentive!

I grew up in a home full of dogs, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including large and high-energy breeds. I’ve also raised and trained my own high-energy dog, so I understand the importance of structure, consistency, exercise, and positive reinforcement. To ensure the highest quality of care, I only care for dog at a time alongside my own. Your pup will never have to compete for space or affection, and will always have my full attention and individualized care. I live an active lifestyle and go on daily walks and outdoor adventures, which makes me a great fit for dogs who need movement and engagement. As a yoga instructor, I bring a calm, patient, and attentive presence which is something dogs tend to respond really well to. My goal is always to create a safe, loving, and dependable experience for both you and your pup!

Elisabeth did a wonderful job sitting our fur baby! She sent us daily pictures and updates, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Daisy seemed so happy when we picked her up. We would definitely recommend Elisabeth to anyone looking for someone caring and trustworthy to watch their pet!

Absolutely fantastic! Probably the best rover we have ever done! Been doing this for a few years now and our dog had the best adventures, care, and communication. 10/10

Elisabeth is such a wonderful sitter! She took our dog out for walks and playtime at the river multiple times a day. She was attentive and loving towards him from our first meeting. Very friendly, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. We got lots of fun pictures and updates during our time away. Our dog seemed to absolutely love his time with her and her pup!

Elisabeth was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of our dog and went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and well loved. She took her on fun adventures and beautiful walks in the mountains, and it was obvious our dog was having the best time. Every update showed a happy, content pup, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Elisabeth was also excellent at communicating, keeping us updated with messages and photos throughout the stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog like family!

Schedule

Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine. I’m a yoga instructor, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. I teach hour-long classes at various times, but outside of those, I’m available mornings through evenings Sunday–Saturday, with my latest availability around 7pm. Because my classes are only an hour at a time, I’m able to plan my day intentionally and prioritize the dogs in my care. I have plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and consistent scheduling.

Safety, trust & environment

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow all care instructions closely — including feeding schedules, walk preferences, medications (if needed), and any behavioral guidelines. I bring a calm, attentive presence into the home and aim to create a safe, structured environment where your dog feels secure. Whether that means an energizing walk, playtime to burn off energy, or quiet companionship, I adjust based on your dog’s needs. I’m very respectful of clients’ homes and treat them with care and professionalism. I also provide regular updates and photos so you feel confident and connected while you’re away. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable and cared for, and for you to have complete peace of mind.

Pets

A typical day

I love making walks fun, active, and engaging! Every dog in my care enjoys a dedicated daily walk or hike tailored to their fitness level. I regularly take dogs on two different loop routes near my home. One of these routes runs along the river and includes fantastic access to the water. If your pup loves to swim, this is the perfect spot for them to safely get in the water, splash around, and cool off during our outings! Depending on your dog’s energy level, we can go for a steady structured walk, a more active outing, or incorporate playtime along the way. I also enjoy interactive play, enrichment games, and giving plenty of positive attention and affection. My goal is always to make sure your dog gets both physical exercise and mental stimulation.

Before caring for your pet, I like to know their typical routine and any specific preferences or sensitivities. It’s helpful to understand their feeding schedule, leash behavior, if they like to jump on the couch, comfort level around other dogs or people, and any triggers or anxieties they may have. If your dog has any training cues they respond to, medical needs, or specific house rules (like furniture boundaries or crate routines), I’m happy to follow those closely. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can create a calm, consistent, and safe experience for them. My goal is to make the transition seamless so your pet feels secure and well cared for.
