Home full-time, adore dogs!
My name is Lisa, I'm 56 and a stay-at-home dog mom. I recently lost my 14 year old golden retriever on March 25th 2026, he is deeply missed. I'm providing services at my home and I do have a small fenced in yard. I have experience with puppies to seniors, but I prefer dogs at least a year old. I have a baby gate for dogs who need a break. I'm experienced with medication management including injections. I'm very attentive, warm and I absolutely adore dogs! I am single with no children, I can give your dog my full attention and focus. I've had dogs all my life and am a well-trained human lol. I'm thrilled to care for your dog(s) while you're on vacation or away on business. I'm a very caring and intuitive person and I have a special place in my heart for dogs. I do have a size restriction imposed by my HOA, so only small and medium sized dogs. Close to the freeway and Van Winkle Expressway. I prefer 4' leashes for better control and safety. I'm a true dog-lover and dogs know it!

Lisa did a great job making Birdie feel comfortable, letting him find a place that he liked in the house. She communicated regularly about how he was doing and when she would take him on walks.

We could not believe our good fortune at finding Lisa to care for our aging dog, Mimi. A recent prescription resulted in an issue, which Lisa handled with compassion and extraordinary competence. She maintained constant contact so we could see Mimi’s daily progress and enjoy our vacation. My recommendation could not be higher!

Schedule
I currently board dogs full-time so I'm home most of the time. I do occasionally have to get to the grocery store/appointments, otherwise your dog will get lots of attention!

Safety, trust & environment
I have three baby gates up at my house for safety, a small fenced-in backyard with a locked gate, and I'm always out back with the dogs when they're outside - nothing unsupervised.
A typical day
I will take your dog walking in my neighborhood along Spring Lane or to the school behind my complex. Your dog can expect lots of belly rubs, playing fetch and lots of love!
