Because our cat requires insulin shots, Katherine generously came to our house twice before her actual stay just to practice administering the medication. This level of dedication and care completely eased my anxiety and reassured me that she was the absolute right person for the job. While we were away, she sent detailed daily updates with fun photos, which we looked forward to every day. She kept both our dog and cat engaged, loved, and incredibly well cared for. To top it all off, we came home to a spotlessly clean house with the sheets and towels already washed. Katherine took exceptional care of both our home and our pets. I cannot recommend her highly enough - if I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!
Heather does an amazing job caring for our dogs while we are away. She takes 100% of the stress and worry away even when in remote areas with little service. Our dog with a chronic illness had a flare up this time around and she did great monitoring and providing care/updates that helped keep it under control. Our dogs love hanging out with Heather ❤️
