Pets are my whole heart ❤️
I’ve grown up with dogs & cats my entire life; they are truly my greatest passion. My girl, a Puggle named Bug, was my entire heart and my whole world for nearly 18 years. I had to say goodbye to her a couple of months ago and my heart is still shattered. I would love to take care of your babies the way I took care of my own. I had Bug from when she was a puppy until her very old lady years that required an EXORBITANT amount of specialized care (meds, shots, diapers, medicated baths, etc.) You name it - I’ve dealt with it. Before my girl got sick and I had to give full-time attention to her, I was my friends/family’s go-to pet sitter for their babies. No one will take better, more thorough and loving care of your pets than me. I can’t wait to kiss them and spoil them with love ❤️ And, as a fellow helicopter dog mom, I welcome the pets who come with a 20 page instruction manual, with specifics from everything regarding feeding rituals, to poop/potty specifications! This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous about leaving Millie. However, after learning how much Jennie loves dogs and meeting her for an intro, I immediately felt at ease. Jennie kept me updated throughout Millie’s stay with plenty of pictures and texts, and it was clear that she gave Millie so much love and attention. Her dog, Jasper, was also the perfect playmate for Millie, and they had such a great time together. Millie had a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely use Jennie again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy dog sitter!

Jennifer was great! Our older dog is currently very sick and she did a great job providing updates throughout the stay. We will def be using her again!
Jennifer was amazing! She was very enthusiastic, attentive, communicative, and went above and beyond to make our pups feel comfortable and well-taken care of. She reached out often with updates and questions, and overall we felt that she really cared and connected with our dogs. Would definitely recommend!
I have to say that Jennifer genuinely loves what she does and you can totally see it. I think one of my favorite things was how much she was simply looking forward to cuddling with Cooper. And that's just what our guy loves, his cuddles. Jennifer took great care of Cooper and she understands all those little doggie quarks our fur babies can have and has absolutely no problem catering to them. She'll even happily pay attention to whether your pup poos are just not okay and makes sure to address it immediately. She's fantastic at sending updates and we never felt once that we weren't being kept in the loop on how Coop's first stay with her was going. She's also really responsive and great in her communications. I so appreciated how she's got her dog Jasper so comfortable and secure with her, that he's completely fine with her giving all that extra love and attention she has to your pup. Jennifer truly has plenty of love to share with your pup and her own. And Jasper really is a good boy and excited to make new friends. I knew how great things were going when our Cooper was snuggled up on the couch with not only Jennifer, but Jasper as well and Jasper was using Coopers bum as a pillow. It was adorable and sweet. We would definitely have her watch Coopy again!
We had such a great experience with Jennifer! She took amazing care of Cashew while we were out of the country, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was with her. She was super communicative the entire time, sending lots of updates and photos, which we really appreciated. Cashew eats The Farmer’s Dog, so his meals are a little more involved than just scooping kibble, and Jennifer handled everything perfectly without any issues. It was also so nice knowing he was in such a loving home. Cashew and Jasper got along so well, and it was obvious he was having a great time. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog, and that’s all we could ask for. We’re so grateful for how well she cared for him and would absolutely book with Jennifer again. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, reliable, communicative, and genuinely loves dogs, we can’t recommend her enough!

Schedule
I was recently laid off, so my schedule is wide open! Also, when I am working, I work fully remote. So, even when my employment situation changes, I will still be home to care for your babies.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced in backyard and a big house with lots of beds, couches and dog beds/blankets! I also have lots of dog toys and just about anything else you can think of for dog/cat care (crates, leashes, bowls, etc.) My boyfriend recently moved in with his dog, Jasper. Jasper is extremely mild mannered and exceptionally well-trained. He is a 45lb Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix. If your pooch does not do well with other dogs, I will be able to keep your babies and Jasper 100% separate thanks to the layout of my home. But if you have a pooch who loves to play, they will get along great with Jasper!

A typical day
I am a high energy person, so bring on your high energy pets! And while I may be small, don’t let my size fool you - I can hold my own with the biggest of doggos! I am also happy to quietly snuggle the pups who are older, or not as high energy, and just need a loving cuddle buddy.
