Glad you liked it! Here’s a slightly shorter version: Katherine was an amazing dog sitter! While I was out of town, she gave my dog so much love, attention, and care. I received daily updates, photos, and it was clear she went above and beyond. There was plenty of outdoor time, great walks, and fun adventures. The best compliment I can give is that I think I came home to a happier, even better-behaved dog. To top it off, my house was absolutely immaculate when I returned. It gave me complete peace of mind, and I would absolutely trust Katherine again and recommend her without hesitation.
Katherine is hands-down one of the best pet and house sitter we have ever had! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure our furry babies were in safe hands. Because our cat requires insulin shots, Katherine generously came to our house twice before her actual stay just to practice administering the medication. This level of dedication and care completely eased my anxiety and reassured me that she was the absolute right person for the job. While we were away, she sent detailed daily updates with fun photos, which we looked forward to every day. She kept both our dog and cat engaged, loved, and incredibly well cared for. To top it all off, we came home to a spotlessly clean house with the sheets and towels already washed. Katherine took exceptional care of both our home and our pets. I cannot recommend her highly enough - if I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

Outstanding care of my sweet almost-10 year old Luci!!! Kat was amazing about doing a meet and greet beforehand and was so enthusiastic about dog sitting for Luci from the moment we met her. I can tell that Luci had an amazing time from the photos, daily updates, and general love conveyed in every interaction. She even gave Luci a parting toy that she took a liking to!! Truly she thought of everything. I would trust Katherine with literally anything, not only is she one of the kindest, sweetest people you’ll meet, she is also an excellent dog sitter!!

My schedule can easily accommodate your pet’s needs, whether it's mid-day walks, playtime, or early morning cuddles. When it comes to pet care, my approach is built on love, attention, and understanding. I take the time to get to know each pet's unique personality, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure in my care. Whether it’s regular exercise through walks and play, providing mental stimulation with interactive toys, or offering plenty of cuddles, I tailor my care to meet their individual needs. Keeping them safe and happy is my top priority, and I always maintain open communication with pet owners to ensure peace of mind.
A typical day
I always want dogs to feel like they’re on vacation, not just being watched. Bonding is really important to me, especially at the beginning, so I’m very present and intentional about helping each dog feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Our days include at least three walks (morning, midday, and evening), plus one longer or more engaging activity based on energy level. That might be a park stroll, exploring somewhere new, fetch or ball time, or extra sniffing adventures. Between walks, I mix in light trick training, indoor games, or enrichment, along with plenty of downtime and cuddles. I’m very attentive and good at reading when a dog wants to play versus when they just want to relax nearby. Evenings are calm and cozy with another walk, dinner, and lots of affection. Your dog is never just “there” — they’re genuinely engaged, cared for, and treated like part of my routine and home.
