About: I grew up with dogs (and cats!) but have been officially dogsitting for eight years. My specialities include: booty scratchies, ear rubs, kissies, and taking long walks. It’s important to start the day with walks (time outside for stimulation) and breakfast! I work in an office during the day, and the evenings are meant for additional walks as needed, dinner, and snuggle/down time. My favorite personal activity is reading, so the snuggles and book time tend to go hand in hand. I offer lots of love through gentle petting and snuggles. I’m so glad we ended up booking with Sandra! This was the first time my husband and I were both gone on a trip for a week since getting our corgi, and I was nervous about leaving the dog and our two cats with a stranger in the house. Sandra set us at ease from the first meet and greet with a warm and pleasant demeanor! She got along great with our dog and two kitties. She sent plenty of pictures during her stay and provided updates on how each of our pets were doing. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! He took care of our 4-month-old puppy for two weeks, and anyone who has had a puppy that age knows they can be A LOT of work! 😅 He was incredibly attentive, patient, and caring with her, and went above and beyond just watching her. He actually helped reinforce training and worked with her on good behaviors, which we really appreciated. It was so reassuring knowing she was in such capable hands while we were away. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
