We did a meet and greet with her and her sweet dogs before to make sure Baxter got along with them and she was very organized and asked thoughtful questions on what Baxter’s preferences are and had a form as well so she had everything written down. She was very responsive and provided many updates so we knew he was in good hands. She also sent a ton of pictures the whole time he boarded and it really made us happy because we missed our little man! Also her pictures are amazing! He’s adorable and smiling in every one!”
