Hi! Thanks so much for looking at my Rover profile! My name is Suni (she/her) (pronounced like "Sunny") and I have been a professional pet sitter through Rover for over 7 years now! Outside of pet sitting, I've grown up with multiple dogs and cats my entire life and understand how pets are just as important as any other loved one in our lives. I'm happy when your dogs (and cats, chickens, guinea pigs, fish, iguanas (seriously lol!), are happy! I look at all of my Rover pets as my new best friends and love each one for their own unique personalities. I am very comfortable with small to large dogs, and highly perceptive to their needs and communication, but especially love to hear from you on anything I should know about your pet. When I visit your home: You can count on me to make sure your house is just as clean as you left it, and your pet to be cared for as if you didn't leave at all! I try to be as welcoming and comforting to your pet when you are away. I am very good at adopting specific instructions you may have, and will consistently update you on how your pet is during their stay or drop in visit. You may even get a great new series of photos of your pet, as I have been dubbed a pet photographer at times 😂 Staying at my home: Your dog will be invited into a cozy quiet home where they will be able to relax in a calm environment. Most dogs find they love snoozing on my couch in the sun, or lounging on the plush rug. Outside the apartment are select dog friendly pet stations and pretty courtyards with lots of fun things to sniff! My apartment is located in a quiet, quaint part of Holladay so it is easy to get out and walk around low trafficked areas.

Schedule
My current schedule involves working across the street from my apartment for 6 hours at a local coffee shop. Other than the time I work as a barista, I am home and hanging out with your dog! I do best with dogs who are okay with 6-7 hours while I’m out. With six years of Rover sitter experience, I am confident in scheduling your pet routine into my day while giving your pets love and company!

I understand how important pets are to our lives and family. When watching pets in my home, I am quick to understanding your dogs personality and ways of communication. When watching pets at my apartment, your dog will always be on leash to go outside in shaded grassy areas, and I will adopt their schedule and help make them feel welcome and right at home! My apartment is a quiet, calm environment, which ensures your dog will have a temporary place to stay that is soothing to them as they adjust to being somewhere new. Most dogs acclimate to being here very quickly and love napping on the couch or bed in the sun! It’s like a sunny, quiet, dog-cation!
