“Fantastic human, great house/catsitter. My cats instinctively took to her during the meeting and greet… Which is always reassuring 😻 I was gone for two weeks, and came home to a clean house and well taken care of cats. Macy was very responsive to my requests of daily updates on the little monsters, even when I did not have service… something that really helped me let go of my pet responsibilities and enjoy my trip 👌🏽 Would definitely hire again”

“Great experience! They took really great care of my dog, sent lots of pictures and updates, and you could tell he was having such a good time. She also left everything super clean and were easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!”

About: I provide calm, attentive, and reliable pet care tailored to each animal’s needs. I had my own dog for 13 years, who passed away last year, giving me deep understanding of lifelong care and companionship. I’ve also been a dog foster and worked with multiple rescue groups, caring for dogs with a wide range of temperaments, including shy, anxious, and high-energy personalities. In addition, I have extensive pet sitting experience with all kinds of animals. I’m comfortable with daily routines, walks, playtime, and basic medications, and I bring patience, presence, and genuine care to every pet I look after. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to prioritize visits, walks, and check-ins throughout the day. I’m able to adjust my availability as needed, which helps me be reliable for both last-minute and recurring bookings. I structure my week around my commitments so I can give each pet consistent, attentive care without feeling rushed. This flexibility allows me to provide dependable support and maintain a calm, present energy with every animal I care for. I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment in every pet care situation. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions closely to keep the pet’s routine consistent and stress-free. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure at all times and never take risks during walks or outdoor time. I keep a close eye on behavior, appetite, and energy levels so I can quickly notice if something feels off. I also maintain cleanliness in feeding areas and litter boxes, and ensure pets always have fresh water and a comfortable environment. My goal is to create a safe, grounded presence so pets feel secure, cared for, and at ease while their owners are away.
“Michaela was a great sitter! She was very consistent with communication and made me feel comfortable my dog was being well cared for the whole time I was gone. Like others have mentioned, she was an extremely considerate house guest as well. This has by far been my best experience with a Rover sitter and I would absolutely book with her again!”

“Annie went above and beyond with our cat and communicated effectively with unexpected situations at our home. Our cat seemed sad that it was me that came home and not her haha so you should book with her if you can :)”

“Karla was very helpful and considerate to Jonah while stopping by and watching him. She frequently informed me of whenever she walked him, fed him, and played with him. Highly recommend if you have a dog with trauma!”

“We (me and my rambunctious floof) love Amber! She's always great! She is very attentive and ensures she follows your instructions. Will definitely use Amber in the future!”

“Stephanie was so great with our dogs! She sent lots of updates and pictures. She was really good with communication and responsive to our messages. She even saved us from a last minute cancellation from another Rover. Our house was left in excellent condition. We will definitely be booking Stephanie again.”

“Sierra was fantastic! She sent us pics of our dogs having a fun time and took great care of our house while we were away. She was great at communication and kept us updated the whole time.”

Kristin is so wonderful! She sent me so many great photos and filled me in with lovely updates during my trip. Many of the updates made me laugh, which felt so fitting for my silly cat. It was awesome to see how well Kristin's dog Tater got along with my cat, too! I felt so secure during my time traveling knowing that she was taking such good care of my little guy, as well as my home! I will absolutely go to Kristin any time I need a long-term or short-term sitter for Kona.

Ashley is absolutely wonderful! She has the sweetest, most caring demeanor, which is exactly why we felt so comfortable trusting her with our puppy. She would be amazing with any dog, but I was especially impressed with how confidently she handled our 8-month-old German Shepherd—she had no problem with her at all! I also really appreciated Ashley’s flexibility when our flight was delayed an entire day and we had to return the following day. She was so accommodating, confirmed everything quickly, and we were able to rebook her within minutes. That kind of flexibility meant so much to us! What I loved most was the communication. Ashley sent us photos and updates every single day so we knew exactly how our girl was doing. As a dog mom with anxiety, leaving my fur baby behind can be really nerve-wracking, but Ashley made it so much easier because I knew she was in good hands. ❤️ We would absolutely trust Ashley with our puppy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, reliable, flexible, and truly wonderful with dogs! 🐾💕

Due to unexpected circumstances we weren't able to leave our pup with our friends while we went away like we normally would. Catherine was able to come to our house and did such a fantastic job taking care of her while we were away. We got frequent updates and Catherine was able to provide the special care our dog needed during that time. On top of that I think she probably left our house in better condition than I did when I left, which was so appreciated. We would absolutely book Catherine again and would recommend her to anyone looking for care for their pets.

Heather was able to do a last minute meet and greet and watch my dog when my other dog sitter cancelled the night before I was supposed to leave. So grateful for her responsiveness and coming to help quickly. She did a great job taking care of my dog who liked her immediately when we did the meet and greet. I came home to a super clean home and happy dog. I would definitely book her again and recommend her to someone else for pet care.

Heather was responsible and consistently kept in touch with me sending me photos and updates about my dog. My dog clearly felt comfortable with her. She chose to sleep with Heather on the bed every night, which my dog will only do at this point in her life if she really feels comfortable with someone. My dog is older and needs medicine twice a day and needs to be taken outside more often but for short amounts of time. Heather was good about these things. One other thing that I want to mention is that I had to change plans several times last minute with the booking due to unexpected events in my life. Heather was flexible and patient with this as much as she could be and she was direct when something would not work well for her. It made a stressful time for me a lot better than it could have otherwise been.

Christine was amazing with our Frenchies! She was super communicative which was appreciated while we were away and missing our “kids”. She sent daily photos/videos and updates of their well-being and activities. She was very active in giving the pups the exercise that they needed and never fell short of their much needed cuddles and attention. Christine followed instructions extremely well, even with a complicated meal time routine and separate needs for each dog. She also easily navigated the instructions of our home, including the doggy cam, etc. She left her home in excellent shape, looking as if no one was ever here. I would highly recommend her to anyone for excellent care of your fur baby and your home! Thanks Christine!

Nathalia was absolutely amazing! Our two cats and dog were all so happy and clearly well cared for when we got home. She was incredibly communicative, responded quickly to messages, and kept us updated with photos and messages throughout our trip. It was obvious she spent plenty of quality time with them, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We would absolutely trust her with our pets again and highly recommend her!

Chance made my trip stress free— after some negative experiences in the past, I am very anxious to leave my babies alone, but I felt comfortable the whole time! She provided updates and was very kind and understanding throughout the whole process, even with my crazy puppy.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
The average cost for House Sitting in Agricultural Park on Rover is $39.41 per night (as of September 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.
Rover makes budgeting the cost of House Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for House Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .
As of September 2026, there are 2,736 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Agricultural Park. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Agricultural Park walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Agricultural Park maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Agricultural Park choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
