I seriously cannot recommend Lauren enough. Leaving Frankie with someone else is never easy because he’s my baby, but she made the entire experience so stress free. From the start, she was kind, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure he felt comfortable and loved. She kept me updated with pictures and little messages, which meant so much to me, and I could tell Frankie was having the best time. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and it was obvious he had been so well taken care of. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was with someone who treated him like her own. Lauren is the kind of person you hope to find on Rover. She’s trustworthy, thoughtful, and has such a natural love for animals. I would leave Frankie with her again without a second thought, and I know anyone else would be lucky to have her care for their pets too.
