“August was awesome with my pup! Lots of updates and clear communication! My dog is a nervous fella and August was great about letting him warm up before giving out pets 😊”

“Jaden was all-around awesome!! We are very appreciative of him being willing and able to watch our pets on such short notice. We were confident our pets were in good hands. We will definitely be contacting Jaden first for any upcoming house/pet sitting needs!!”

“Naomi took great care of Kona and was kept us up to date. Kona was relaxed and happy when we got home. She also took great care of our house. We’d be happy to have her back.”

“Elena did an amazing job dog sitting my 5 mo puppy overnight. She sent me pictures and followed my instructions perfectly, even administering last minute medications. Would definitely book again!”

“Isabella was great!! My older dog had an injury right before I had to leave town. She did such a good job making sure he was comfortable and very well taken care of. She sent updates/pictures and kept great communication with me the whole time.”

“Andrew was great!! We’ll definitely book him again. Zoe was happy and well taken care of. Snuggles and belly rubs matter the most to her and Andrew met her expectations. Nice guy too, we got along well with him on our initial meet up and communication with him was great. He always kept us updated with pics and texts. He’s very knowledgeable with pets and I felt very comfortable leaving Zoe with him. Thanks Andrew, we’ll see you again!!”

“Grace was a great sitter! She kept our older dog on her normal schedule (something that’s important to me!), sent photos and updates, plus we came home to a clean house. It’s always a little nerve wracking leaving your pet, especially when you are out of the country for 2+ weeks but Grace made sure I felt comfortable before leaving and was easy to communicate with. I’ll absolutely have her come stay again if she’s available.”

“Stephanie was amazing with our elderly and injured dogs. She sent regular updates, prioritized their complicated medication systems, and quickly connected with them. She took such good care of them, I highly recommend her services!”

“Suzy was absolutely a great hire! Our anxious dog Luna loved her. She was great about communicating with us and did well with Luna. I'll absolutely ask her to care for Luna again!”

“Annie was awesome! She was timely, sent pics, was happy to adjust plans if needed and stay longer when our flights were late. And the dogs loved her!! Will definitely book again. Thanks Annie!”

“Etiana house sat with my laaaarge rescue cat and did a wonderful job! Duckie seemed well cared for and I appreciated her consistent videos. As a new pet owner her communication, empathy, and obvious love of animals went a long way to reassure me that my boy was in good hands.”

“Kara has stayed in our home and watched our senior dog 3 times, she is an excellent, responsible, respectful, communicative pet sitter with an easy going attitude! Flexible, friendly, reliable.”

“Micheline, was fantastic. Very good with my dog. And very caring. Luna , my pup had an upset stomach and she helped nurture her to get better. Micheline was easy to coordinate with and just overall great care giver .”

“Marcia is amazing! I had her booked for a following trip before we were back from our first one. I knew once I got a photo that both of our cats were out on the first day she was the perfect sitter for them as they don’t usually come out for anyone. Marcia was very attentive to both cats and was able to administer daily medication to our cat that requires additional care. I received daily photos and updates which brought me peace of mind and she made their care her top priority while we were gone knowing that they are my whole world. She took great care of our home, kept it clean, reached out with any concerns and I felt completely safe knowing that she was staying there. Our cats were happy when we returned home and well taken care of. 10/10 recommend!”

“Cindy came a met Storm before her first sitting, was curious and asked lots of questions. Cindy took lots of photos for us which we loved. She followed our instructions and asked questions as needed. Storm was well adjusted when we came home and happy.”

“Kimmie was so great! She stayed at our house for two weeks! My dog just loved her! She even made aramp for my dog to jump on the guest bed! Kimmie is amazing, you will love her!”

About: I am not only in love with all animals, but it is my passion and future career to help animals in need of representation and humane treatment. Animals have been my sole focus since childhood, and my education (bachelors degree in Health, Society and Policy) and career choices have and will reflect that. I am not only responsible, but have that extra mile of love and empathy to give. I feel as though this provides owners more comfort in knowing who is caring for their babies. I am athletic and very much so enjoy taking them out instead of looking at it as a chore. I have an extremely flexible schedule, and a lot of time to give. I have no fears of animals and difficult behavioral issues that may occur. I am also a mega communicator! I will always keep the owner in the loop so we are always on the same page. I live with 3 dogs currently that belong to my bestfriend/roommate. I am with them all day and night, and watch them frequently on my own when their mom is out. I care for them, walk them, feed them and sleep with them. I also frequently dog sit for days at a time at another owners house. The biggest thing is that I spend all of the time with them. A lot of dog sitters make sure they have the basic needs like food water and go to the bathroom, but I LOVE to get in that extra love time with them to make sure they also have the attention. It helps them trust more, and helps with the anxiety of their parent being gone. I love making the walks longer for them, and being patient.
“Miacel stayed at our house and watched our two little dogs for a week and a half. Once again, she did a great job looking after our girls and house. We really appreciated the high level of care and clear communication. She went above and beyond and she even was kind enough to help out when our return flight got a little delayed. We have used Miacel before and we will for sure ask her to dog sit again in the future! Thanks, Miacel.”

Central City pet parents share their Rover experiences
Amaris took great care of my dog while I was away for the weekend. They were reliable, kind, and made sure she got attention and care while I was gone. I really appreciated the updates and knowing she was safe and comfortable. I’d absolutely trust her to watch my pup again!

Words can’t even describe how amazing Rebecca was with my pet while I was on my trip. She would give me multiple updates, pictures and videos of Stormy and was an absolute gem in my home. She left the place better than how she found it and gave me so much peace of mind while I was out of town. I can’t recommend enough and I’m already looking forward to my next booking with her!

I booked Stephanie for in-home boarding while I was away for a week and would definitely have her come back! My house was left just as I had left it, without any signs anybody was even there all week, and my dog was far more content than he normally is when I return home from longer trips—confirmation he had a good time while I was away!

Jerany housesat our cattle dog and did an amazing job taking care of both our dog and home! Archie is wary of some people but immediately warmed up to her and she definitely was an expert with herding/high energy dogs. She sent daily updates and I could see in the pictures that Archie was having a blast!!
