About: I’m a former vet tech who grew up with dogs, and have experience with most breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I would love to help take care of your pup while you are away! I currently have a hybrid work schedule, so my hours are pretty flexible most days of the week. Mornings and evenings are preferable, but if you need middle of the day care, I can try to organize that. In your home, I’ll try to keep everything as calm and routine as possible for your pet, and give them all the attention and cuddles!

“Sheila took great care of my fur baby and provided detailed updates for each walk, even when the Rover app was not working correctly. She went the extra mile to let me know what was going on and to make sure my dog was happy while we were gone.”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes. I’ve worked with playful puppies, energetic adults, and senior dogs who need extra attention. I’ve helped pets with basic training, administered medications, and tailored visits to meet each pet’s unique needs. What sets me apart is my love for spoiling pets safely — every walk, play session, and snuggle is focused on keeping your furry friend happy, calm, and cared for. I pay close attention to personality, energy levels, and routines so pets feel safe and loved even when their humans are away. Pet care is a priority in my daily routine. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting throughout the week, with flexibility to fit your pet’s needs. I plan my days so I can give each pet my full attention, whether it’s a quick potty break, a long walk, or a cozy snuggle session. Weekends and evenings are also available, making it easy to fit around your schedule. I take pet safety and comfort very seriously. For drop-ins and in-home visits, I follow your instructions closely, make sure pets get their meals, potty breaks, and exercise, and provide plenty of love and attention. I keep their environment safe and secure, and monitor for any signs of stress or discomfort. For walks, I use secure leashes and harnesses, watch for hazards, and adjust pace and route to your dog’s energy level and needs. Whether at your home or out on a stroll, I aim to create a calm, happy, and trusting experience for your pet — so you can feel confident they’re in good hands.
About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve spent more than 20 years raising dogs — including a Spitz–Collie mix, Japanese Akita, Elkhound, German Shepherd mix, and Doberman — and I’ve been a Zen cat mom to two wonderful cats, a tortoiseshell and a tuxedo, for the past 15 years. I’m new to the area and absolutely love animals. As an entrepreneur, I’m able to keep a flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for pet care. I see pet sitting as a wonderful way to stay active while exploring and getting to know my new community. I tailor my care to each pet’s routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. In your home, I follow your instructions closely — including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or yard breaks, walks, medications (if needed), and favorite routines or rituals. During house sitting and drop-in visits, I also keep an eye on your home’s safety, bring in mail or packages, and maintain a calm, tidy environment. For dogs, I provide structured walks, playtime, and plenty of affection while respecting their energy level and training style. For cats, I offer gentle interaction at their pace — whether that’s playtime, quiet companionship, or simply maintaining their preferred environment — along with daily litter care and enrichment. My goal is always to reduce stress, maintain consistency, and ensure every pet feels secure, seen, and well-cared for in their familiar space.
“Anna was wonderful! She was able to stop by last minute (and I mean within 30 mins) and it was enormously helpful. Her flexibility with my weird schedule was so appreciated and she did a wonderful job with Delilah :)”

“Molly was fantastic with Hero! She is incredibly attentive and organized. Hero was well-cared for, and she made sure he got his 20-30-minute walk every day as expected. I especially appreciated how she communicated the small details about Hero's behavior during their time together—it really gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Molly to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

About: I have dog sat and walked dogs for my friends and family many times over the years, and they have always been satisfied with the services I provided. I'm confident in my abilities to provide basic care for dogs, and I genuinely enjoy doing it. My schedule is pretty flexible; I'm working part-time at a restaurant mostly nights, I'm available for walking dogs from 7am-12pm. For drop-in visits my availability extends to 2pm most days. I'm also available on weekends from 7am-12pm. I want your pets to feel safe and comfortable while in my care, so I make an effort to get to know them and learn their personality, habits, and needs in order to provide the best services possible.
About: What sets me apart? Well I am not your average pet sitter! I’ve cared for everything from dogs and cats to ducks, turtles, and birds. I’m experienced with more than just dogs and cats, I’ve cared for birds, fish, turtles, and even helped with ducks, so I’m confident with all kinds of pets and personalities. I’m a dog mom to Winnie and have volunteered at the humane society, which has helped me develop a calm, patient approach—especially with shy or anxious animals. With a background as a medical assistant (and future PA), I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with medications and special care needs. Flexible schedule, lots of attention, and genuine love for animals—your pet will be safe, happy, and well cared for with me. As a college student with a flexible schedule, pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. Since I’m not working at the moment, I have plenty of availability throughout the day to provide walks, playtime, and attentive care. Whether your dog needs a midday walk, an evening stroll, or extra attention, I can easily adjust to their schedule. Plus, having raised my own dog since she was a puppy, caring for pets is second nature to me, I love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or my client’s home. I create a calm and secure environment by following each pet’s routine, ensuring they feel comfortable and stress-free. I pay close attention to their behavior, needs, and any special instructions provided by the owner. When walking dogs, I use secure leashes, avoid unsafe areas, and monitor their body language to ensure they feel safe. If caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and routines while providing the same level of care and attention I would for my own dog. My experience raising my own pup has taught me how to handle skittish or anxious dogs with patience and confidence, creating a trusting bond with every pet I care for.

“Marissa is great with our dog! Our dog is always so excited to see her. She took our dog out when it was snowing and made sure he still got his exercise despite the weather. She always communicates how the walk goes. Our dog is vocal around other dogs and she handles it great with distractions.”

About: Hello! I am 29 years old, a current graduate student at the U and part-time cat sitter/dog walker. I have a ton of experience in pet care and have been doing Rover since 2017. My interest in becoming a pet sitter/dog walker was because I have a huge passion for animals and as a pet owner myself, I know how difficult it is to be away from your beloved pets and putting your trust into someone to care for them isn’t always easy. Steady communication and constant updates will help ease some of those worries. I take advantage of the various features of the app to always keep owners in the loop! BACKGROUND: Growing up in the country, I was taught the responsibility of owning a pet at a young age. Living near farms, I owned and was exposed to lots of different animals and pets. I’m familiar and comfortable around all breeds of dogs and animals. I am also familiar with ecollar technology and have experience with dog obedience training. I typically reserve time in my mornings & evenings for drop-in visits and walks. During the summer, I am far more flexible versus during school year. I am always extremely cautious, I have good attention to detail and my surroundings. I treat & respect your home as if it was my own.
“Elvis had so much fun with Jenna on their walk! She was efficient, timely and so good with him. I can’t wait to book with her again and would definitely recommend her for any pet services.”

My availability is very flexible and I’m looking to take on repeat clients! During the summer, I will have completely open availability! I can’t recommend Natalie highly enough! She has been an absolute lifesaver for me and my dog, Blue. From the very first walk, it was clear how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Blue can be a little energetic and stubborn at times, but Natalie handles him with so much patience, confidence, and kindness—it’s honestly impressive. She is always punctual, reliable, and communicates consistently, sending updates and photos that give me total peace of mind while I’m away. It’s such a great feeling knowing that Blue is not only getting exercise, but also getting attention, affection, and someone who truly enjoys spending time with him. Natalie goes above and beyond every time—whether it’s making sure Blue has fresh water, giving him extra playtime, or just noticing little things about his behavior and keeping me informed. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in the way she treats every walk like it matters. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely passionate about dogs, Natalie is the one. I’m so grateful we found her on Rover, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pet.

Saya is the best dog walker I've ever had. My dog adores her (and my dog is picky!). In addition, Saya is (1) incredibly trustworthy (2) has amazing communication (3) very kind / thoughtful. When my dog gets all upset about putting on her harness, Saya gave her belly rubs. Saya has totally won my dog and myself over. Lexie is a happier, healthier dog because of Saya. I am happy to be a reference for her at any point!!

Jaden saved me when I got stuck at work one night unexpectedly - he rushed over to my house after only speaking to me (more so I was frantically speaking AT him) for a minute or two and checked on my dogs right away after they’d been stuck inside for hours. I feel so lucky to have found him and will definitely be calling him again…probably more often than he would like!
