About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and chickens and now have a five-year old rescue pitbull and senior cat of my own! Always having pets in the house has given me a lifetime of experience, comfortability, and ease with all types of animal personalities and quirks. I have cared for others’ pets throughout my adolescence and adult life and would love to add yours to the list of animals in my life. I’m patient, reliable, friendly, and open to all breeds. I have experience working with reactive and excitable pets. I work mostly from home and have a flexible schedule so I will have ample time to care for your pet(s) and give them the attention they need. About: Here are some things about me: - I more than a decade of experience taking care of dogs big and small, young and old. I love them all! - I am super patient with dogs, and enjoy finding ways to communicate with them. - I am a pretty fast runner, so if your dog needs someone to keep up with during runs, I am your gal! - As a fellow dog mom, I know the importance of being updated throughout the day and I am willing to do so for you as well I work 8-4 with a schedule that allows me to step out to let dogs have a potty break multiple times a day. I am also available most weekends. I have a spacious apartment that has a fenced dog park. I only let pets be with me in the dog park to avoid behavior issues with other pets. I also live close to a trail where I can walk your pet as needed.
About: Although I don't currently have any pets of my own, I am very much an animal person and would love to watch your pets! I grew up with 3 dogs (a Golden Retriever when I was younger and two mutts when I was in high school) and 2 cats. I've also pet-sat for friends, family, and neighbors since I was a kid-- watching puppies, big dogs, small dogs, and cats. I've also attended a few dog training and behavior courses. I've attended various dog training and behavior courses I work from home (7 AM to 3 PM) Monday to Friday so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to pet-sitting! If overnight sitting for you, I can let your dogs out multiple times a day (and hang out with your dogs/cats) and can be more hands-on (walks/play time) after 3 PM! I am also in SLC most weekends! I love exercise and am happy to offer slow-paced or fast-paced walks with your dog(s). I would frequently dog-walk between classes in college and loved the experience! During home visits, I'm happy to work from your home and chill with your dogs/cats, let your dog out throughout the workday, walk/play with them in the afternoons, and water your plants, etc.!

Morgan is great! She provided drop-in visits for our dog while we were at work. We felt very happy knowing such a thoughtful, experienced person was checking in on him. Our dog loved her from the first meeting and we’d be lucky to book her for longer stays in the future!

Kennedy was awesome! She was great at communicating and updating me about each visit and how they went. She was always checking in on the dog in a timely manner and made sure that he took care of business prior to leaving. I would recommend her and definitely hire her again to take care of my dog.

This was my second time using Megan's services. One of my cats is very anti-social, but she actually came out and interacted with Megan, which says a lot! Megan took great care of both of my cats, followed all of my instructions carefully, and sent photos and updates promptly throughout my trip. This was a fairly straightforward job feeding and changing litter for my "scaredy cat" cat whom I knew was probably never going to come out to play or get pets from a stranger. Nonetheless, Celine was prompt and kind in our meet-and-greet and responsive to my texts while away. She followed all instructions, and I'd definitely hire her again.
