“Tess was absolutely fantastic. I would not hesitate to rebook her for my two cats! She is communicative, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients and their pets. She went above and beyond with funny photos, dedicated playtime, and followed all of our care instructions to a T. She was able to match the energy with both my playful and my shy cat and get them both to trust and love her. I felt super comfortable with her in my home and knew she was taking great care of my babies. Her time and effort are deeply appreciated, and I know my cats will be happy to see her again the next time we're out of town.”

“I always feel at ease knowing my pets are in good hands with Elena. Elena is intelligent, caring, and professional. She has provided the best experience for me and my cats since joining rover!”

“Sydney was great and provided detailed check-ins on time with pictures which gave us peace of mind that are guys were in good hands while we were on vacation”

“Saya was a great caregiver for our pets for 10 days; she even got our spicy cat to warm up to her! It’s clear she spent a lot of time and attention with them, and was very communicative during our time away. I’m happy we found her and will schedule with her again!”

“Lisa is without a doubt the BEST cat sitter available. She loves my cat like her own and truly embodies everything that you can want in a sitter. Always goes above and beyond.”

About: Although I don't currently have any pets of my own, I am very much an animal person and would love to watch your pets! I grew up with 3 dogs (a Golden Retriever when I was younger and two mutts when I was in high school) and 2 cats. I've also pet-sat for friends, family, and neighbors since I was a kid-- watching puppies, big dogs, small dogs, and cats. I've also attended a few dog training and behavior courses. I've attended various dog training and behavior courses I work from home (7 AM to 3 PM) Monday to Friday so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to pet-sitting! If overnight sitting for you, I can let your dogs out multiple times a day (and hang out with your dogs/cats) and can be more hands-on (walks/play time) after 3 PM! I am also in SLC most weekends! I love exercise and am happy to offer slow-paced or fast-paced walks with your dog(s). I would frequently dog-walk between classes in college and loved the experience! During home visits, I'm happy to work from your home and chill with your dogs/cats, let your dog out throughout the workday, walk/play with them in the afternoons, and water your plants, etc.!

“Sheila was so nice to my dog. She came to our place for a meet and greet before we leave so that we can meet in person and have my dog interact with her before we leave. Highly recommend her and will definitely request for her service again once we’re away!”

“McKenna was great and took such great care of my doggos. She was super communicative and considerate. I would 100% recommend her as a walker/sitter!”
About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and small animals. I am a small animal mom of a bunny and 3 guinea pigs. I love spending time with all kinds of animals. I have done on and off nannying for 3 dogs (English bulldog, maltipoo, bull terrier). I would love to help you out by caring for your animals. I work in accounting Monday through Friday. My hours are super flexible and I am usually out of the office by 3pm. I work from home Tuesdays and Fridays and have more flexibility on those days for walks or stop by visits. I have a morning and night routine for my animals, so they are sure to have a schedule. I will make sure to stay on your schedule for your pets, because it is a very important aspect of your pets life and daily routine. I will care and give love to your pet the same way I would for my own.
About: Here are some things about me: - I more than a decade of experience taking care of dogs big and small, young and old. I love them all! - I am super patient with dogs, and enjoy finding ways to communicate with them. - I am a pretty fast runner, so if your dog needs someone to keep up with during runs, I am your gal! - As a fellow dog mom, I know the importance of being updated throughout the day and I am willing to do so for you as well I work 8-4 with a schedule that allows me to step out to let dogs have a potty break multiple times a day. I am also available most weekends. I have a spacious apartment that has a fenced dog park. I only let pets be with me in the dog park to avoid behavior issues with other pets. I also live close to a trail where I can walk your pet as needed.
“Micheline took wonderful care of our kitty, Mr.Pickles! She was patient and went out of her way to provide a great experience for him, and while giving us piece of mind. Thank you, Micheline! We look forward to working with you again 💕”

“Etiana was very sweet, warm, and communicative. I could tell my cat gots lots of loves from her, usually he is very shy with people but warmed up to her very easily. She sent photos on a daily basis with detailed descriptions, it was lovely to have. I would highly highly recommend her! 🥰”

About: I have had dogs my entire life and currently own both a Husky with a seizure disorder and a senior Malamute with arthritis. Caring for special needs and senior dogs has given me hands-on experience with medications, mobility support, routines, and recognizing behavioral changes quickly. I have also personally trained my own dogs and am comfortable working with high-energy breeds, strong personalities, and dogs that need extra patience and structure. I am currently a full-time student and work from home doing freelance projects, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time for walks, playtime, and attention. I am available for drop-ins and dog walks throughout the week, overnight boarding in my home (I do have two large breed dogs but they get along with others), and outings to local parks or dog parks like Tanner Park for socialization and exercise. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, triggers, and energy level so I can provide consistent care with as little stress as possible. In my home, dogs are supervised, exercised appropriately, and given a calm environment with plenty of attention, play, and structure. I also have a fully fenced yard with a dog door so dogs have safe access to outdoor time and potty breaks throughout the day. I am experienced with medications, mobility support, and monitoring behavioral changes due to caring for both a special needs Husky and a senior Malamute.
“Michelle went above and beyond not only did she take perfect care of my Cat but, later on she also helped me with my Dog. I can't thank her enough for all of her help.”

About: I have been passionate about pets my whole life. I am often asked by friends and family to dog sit and take care of their pets when they are away. I treat the dogs I sit like my own and give them the care I would to my own dogs. My dogs are used to having new pet friends when I do dog sit and get along well with them. I am experienced with pets that have special needs, and I am happy to care for fur-babies of all ages and needs. You will have peace of mind that your pet is cared for and loved. I work 4 10 hours days so I will be available on the whole weekend to care for pets. I often spend time walking my dogs and playing with them at the park. They get plenty of play time in and out of the house. I will follow any directions needed to care for your pet at home. Ensuring no escapes is priority number 1! If I am pet sitting I have a big back yard and lots of parks nearby.
“Morgan did such a wonderful job with my high energy Aussie/border collie. She came over every day for a week while I was away. I really appreciated all of the photos and videos I got each day. Morgan also communicated really well. Couldn’t have asked for better.”

Central City-Liberty Welss pet parents share their Rover experiences
Rachel is so so sweet! My cats took to her immediately—like literally the moment she walked in the door. She sent lots of pictures, including claws-out, chasing after toys pictures so I know they genuinely got some love & play while we were gone!! Cats were super happy when we got back :)

This is the first time I have left Boo with someone other than my sister. I can’t thank you enough for all the time you spent with her and how much you got her to play and be active! I guess I was getting her the wrong kind of toys. She very rarely plays with any of her toys; I probably play with them more than she does, just trying to get her to interact. I am so happy I have found someone to watch & spend time with her so I can travel. I will definitely use Gaby again!
Etiana was amazing! She did such a great job and I felt so comfortable leaving Neko in her care. From the initial meet and greet, to each drop-in visit I was always impressed with her professionalism and you can tell she loves animals so much. I would totally recommend her to anyone!

Saya was amazing! She took Dakota last minute without hesitation, followed every request, and kept us updated the whole time with tons of great photos. Dakota was cuddled and well cared for. Saya is clearly experienced and attentive. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Jesse was excellent as always :) Our cat Ollie hates when we leave town, but I know he always loves seeing Jesse. We always know he is in good hands with him and will always book with him when we are away. Always on time, always makes sure to give him all the attention he needs, and even taught us a new activity called “treat fetch”. Also, he sends us the BEST photos of Ollie (one of his update photos is our desktop wallpaper). Thank you Jesse!!!
