Over the period of a few months Gigi looks and acts like a completely different dog. Melia saved her and gives her all the love and attention she deserves. Melia has personally watched my dog (June) multiple times, this last visit was over a long weekend and June had so much fun playing at Melia's home and with her 3 dogs. I'm never worried about June at Melia's home.”

About: I have the most experience with dogs and cats; yet I've had dogs, cats, chickens, parrots, horses, cows, sheep, goats, ducks, and geese for many stages of my life! The majority of my career experience is in farming, and a lot of my time is spent with and caring for animals. If your pet has any special needs, I'm very responsible and a quick learner. I’m new to Rover, but not to attentive pet care :) My career is as a Wildland Firefighter. During the off-season, I enjoy work (and play) with all sorts of animals. I have worked on many farms in my life, had pets, and pet-sat extensively over the past 7 years. I miss being surrounded by sweet animals! I’m a very responsible individual who respects the space of others. I want to ensure yours, mine, and your (possibly furry) loved one’s needs are all met and that everyone feels comfortable.

About: I have raised four generations of dogs of various breeds, sizes and temperaments. I have also volunteered with Best Friends Animal Society as a dog walker and foster parent for the past 10 years. I currently have a very flexible schedule as a volunteer for Best Friends and remote worker. I would be able to cover almost all shifts. I have been trained in dog behavior and am comfortable with various walking techniques. I can manage special diets and medications. I can work with kenneling dogs as needed. I am skilled at walking multiple dogs simultaneously.

About: I currently have a wild puppy that I consistently work with. She is crazy but I love her, and in addition of course with a puppy you must be consistent, her puppy eyes will only ever get to me half of the time lol. I am as well reliable with an open schedule, I do however work but should be open. You can always trust me with any sort of task that you give me and I will habitually follow through. If there is however any questions that you have for me I will always be willing to answer them truthfully and willingly. In my final words I promise that I will genuinely love your dog just as if they were my wild little puppy. I am a full time nursing student and currently not working. Open schedule for whenever needed. I am available every day of the week and most hours I’m happy to take your dogs on walks or care for them as needed and follow your rules as needed and required. I will provide unique individualized care as requested.

Leigh made sure everything was clean, well-kept, and she took the time to know him better and personalize how Kimba likes to play and spend time with humans. Leigh maintained communication daily with pictures, updates, and other important observations. By the end of the visits, Kimba was lounging by her arms, happy and comfortable!
