About: Hi! I’m Riley, a senior at the University of Utah with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve worked in pet care for a few years and cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments and understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I’m active, responsible, and dedicated to your pet, whether that means long walks, playtime, or sticking closely to your pet’s routine. I’m also comfortable handling feeding schedules, medications, and high-energy dogs. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages so you feel confident your pet is in good hands! I'm currently finishing up school at the Univerity of Utah, and the rest of my time will be dedicated to spending time with your pets! I am extremely felxible and will be able to accomodate just about anything you and your pets might need. At my current residence I am unfortunately unable to host any additional pets in my home, but I am more than willing to stay in your home to look after your pets or pick-up/meet just about anywhere for walks or playtime!

When providing in-home care, I maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all doors and gates remain securely locked at all times. For dogs, I conduct a thorough assessment of their harness and leash before any outing to ensure a secure fit for neighborhood walks or trail runs. During outdoor adventures, I stay highly alert to our surroundings and always keep pets on a lead unless we are in a securely fenced area. For senior animals and cats, I monitor their comfort levels and health closely, strictly following all provided care instructions and medication schedules. My goal is to maintain the integrity of your home while ensuring your pets remain safe and content in their familiar surroundings.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Long before joining Rover, I was trusted by friends, family, and neighbors when they needed a pet sitter or dog walker. I love getting to know each pet's personality and making sure they feel safe and loved. As someone with my own fur-babies, I know how it feels to be away from them! I understand that everyone and their pets are different! I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I'm able to give pets plenty of care and attention throughout the day. Whether that's walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I'm happy to fit their routine into mine. Growing up in a cat-dog household, I have experience with both! About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve spent more than 20 years raising dogs — including a Spitz–Collie mix, Japanese Akita, Elkhound, German Shepherd mix, and Doberman — and I’ve been a Zen cat mom to two wonderful cats, a tortoiseshell and a tuxedo, for the past 15 years. I’m new to the area and absolutely love animals. As an entrepreneur, I’m able to keep a flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for pet care. I see pet sitting as a wonderful way to stay active while exploring and getting to know my new community. I tailor my care to each pet’s routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. In your home, I follow your instructions closely — including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or yard breaks, walks, medications (if needed), and favorite routines or rituals. During house sitting and drop-in visits, I also keep an eye on your home’s safety, bring in mail or packages, and maintain a calm, tidy environment. For dogs, I provide structured walks, playtime, and plenty of affection while respecting their energy level and training style. For cats, I offer gentle interaction at their pace — whether that’s playtime, quiet companionship, or simply maintaining their preferred environment — along with daily litter care and enrichment. My goal is always to reduce stress, maintain consistency, and ensure every pet feels secure, seen, and well-cared for in their familiar space.

About: I have had dogs my entire life and currently own both a Husky with a seizure disorder and a senior Malamute with arthritis. Caring for special needs and senior dogs has given me hands-on experience with medications, mobility support, routines, and recognizing behavioral changes quickly. I have also personally trained my own dogs and am comfortable working with high-energy breeds, strong personalities, and dogs that need extra patience and structure. I am currently a full-time student and work from home doing freelance projects, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time for walks, playtime, and attention. I am available for drop-ins and dog walks throughout the week, overnight boarding in my home (I do have two large breed dogs but they get along with others), and outings to local parks or dog parks like Tanner Park for socialization and exercise. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, triggers, and energy level so I can provide consistent care with as little stress as possible. In my home, dogs are supervised, exercised appropriately, and given a calm environment with plenty of attention, play, and structure. I also have a fully fenced yard with a dog door so dogs have safe access to outdoor time and potty breaks throughout the day. I am experienced with medications, mobility support, and monitoring behavioral changes due to caring for both a special needs Husky and a senior Malamute.

About: I’ve always loved animals! I’m not allowed to have my own while I’m renting but I enjoy playing and getting to know all that I get to meet! I am currently a pilot working on my hours! I get to make my own schedule doing that so I have plenty of time to add taking care of animals into the mix. Keeping the animals schedule consistent is how I like to keep them safe and also keeping a good eye on them since they are unfamiliar with me.

About: I am a junior at Utah State University majoring in Veterinary Science, and am living at home for the summer while doing an Animal Care Internship at the Humane Society of Utah. Growing up, I had my own pet care business where I would walk neighbors dogs and watch them while their owners were away. In addition, I also have a lot of experience volunteering at the Humane Society, and was even given the award for “Most Valuable Volunteer” in 2023. I’m currently doing a part time internship on weekdays from 7am to noon, but I have flexible hours on Saturdays and weekday afternoons. I live close to SugarHouse in Salt Lake City. Happy to travel, have a clean and reliable car. I am a very responsible and detailed oriented person and have been told I easily connect with people’s pets. I also had my own lawn care business growing up and am happy to help with watering plants or bringing in packages if I am caring for your pet while you are away.

About: Hey there! I am the mom of a 2 year old Silver Lab (Maddux) and 3 year old Dutch Shepherd (Hooch). Both my babies get along with other dogs great. I’ve grown up with multiple dogs so I’ve taken care of and been around dogs my entire life. I am surrounded by a wide variety of dog breeds on a daily basis because I work in an environment where I’m able to bring dogs to work. I am open to watching any breed or sized dog. I understand the concern of leaving your fur baby with someone you don’t know and would love to help. I am an active, loving, responsible individual who just really wants to watch your dog if you’ll let me :)

About: Previous experience with dogs and cats at local shelters as well as Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Knowledgd in providing care for all types of different animals. Outside of roller derby training with the local league and volunteering with the food bank, my schedule is open and available to help with your pet care needs. I have previous experience with senior pets, special needs pets, and animals with low socializing issues; however, I am not a trained nor certified trainer.
