About: Previous experience with dogs and cats at local shelters as well as Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Knowledgd in providing care for all types of different animals. Outside of roller derby training with the local league and volunteering with the food bank, my schedule is open and available to help with your pet care needs. I have previous experience with senior pets, special needs pets, and animals with low socializing issues; however, I am not a trained nor certified trainer.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Long before joining Rover, I was trusted by friends, family, and neighbors when they needed a pet sitter or dog walker. I love getting to know each pet's personality and making sure they feel safe and loved. As someone with my own fur-babies, I know how it feels to be away from them! I understand that everyone and their pets are different! I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I'm able to give pets plenty of care and attention throughout the day. Whether that's walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I'm happy to fit their routine into mine. Growing up in a cat-dog household, I have experience with both! I always prioritize keeping their routine as normal as possible by carefully following feeding schedules, walk routines, and any specific instructions provided by you. I am happy to keep owners updated with messages and cute/silly photos!

About: Been around animals all my life. Love them with all my heart. Just can’t afford my own. With working nights I find myself in a position where I can spend my mornings taking dogs out for walks. Playtime. Enjoying the fresh air. I work nights so I’m able to take your fur babies for walks in the morning and during the day and early afternoon before work. I’ll treat them like one of my own. And however you usually care for them. My goal is safe and non stressful care while I have your pets. Walks and treats. Play time and cuddles. If you feel more comfortable I can crate them. However I’m a firm believer in dogs are allowed in bed. I can’t say no.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all sizes. I’ve worked with puppies, special needs, and senior dogs. I would love to meet your pet! I’m currently doing some part time internship work during the week. But my schedule is flexible especially on Tuesday and Thursday. My weekends are free. I love spending time with animals. I am able to bathe, walk, crate, feed, and give medications. I would love to come meet your pets!

About: I am a junior at Utah State University majoring in Veterinary Science, and am living at home for the summer while doing an Animal Care Internship at the Humane Society of Utah. Growing up, I had my own pet care business where I would walk neighbors dogs and watch them while their owners were away. In addition, I also have a lot of experience volunteering at the Humane Society, and was even given the award for “Most Valuable Volunteer” in 2023. I’m currently doing a part time internship on weekdays from 7am to noon, but I have flexible hours on Saturdays and weekday afternoons. I live close to SugarHouse in Salt Lake City. Happy to travel, have a clean and reliable car. I am a very responsible and detailed oriented person and have been told I easily connect with people’s pets. I also had my own lawn care business growing up and am happy to help with watering plants or bringing in packages if I am caring for your pet while you are away.

About: I have experience with small puppies (2 months old) and older dogs, and I am super comfortable with big dogs, but I also love smaller dogs! I currently am a full-time student, so pet care is ideal for me as I have plenty of time to spend with the dog(s), but can also still get my assignments done! I am comfortable leashing dogs and walking them in safe areas, I have experience with reactive and anxious dogs, and am more than willing to do whatever eases the owner’s mind!

About: Since I was a baby I had a white Lab named Cooper. Best friends have always had dogs. 3 years ago me and my mom took care of two little Labradors. I don’t currently have them anymore due to health reasons my mom was facing but would love to spend as most time as possible with animals, especially dogs. I house sitted three dogs for a week, enjoyed every minute with it. Sprinting in a field with a dog is one of the most freeing experiences everyone needs to live. I am currently unemployed trying to find work before a trip in early July, Able to help anytime during the week, nite, etc. I have a very flexible schedule I can adjust so I’m able to spend lots of time with your pet. I mainly go to the gym, and go out with friends at nighttime. I’ll show your dog around 9th and 9th. Open to driving anywhere. Would love to take your dog on a hike! Will take your dog paddleboarding, the dog park, stores.

About: House and cat sitting for a family with five cats. Some cats were elderly and required special needs. Cleans litter boxes daily and takes in mail and any packages. I am an educator and currently free every weekday between 8-6. I am on summer break now and go back to my school at the beginning of August. I am skilled in housekeeping and take extra care in keeping your home nice. I have high standards and will not leave a job site unorganized or a mess.

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve spent more than 20 years raising dogs — including a Spitz–Collie mix, Japanese Akita, Elkhound, German Shepherd mix, and Doberman — and I’ve been a Zen cat mom to two wonderful cats, a tortoiseshell and a tuxedo, for the past 15 years. I’m new to the area and absolutely love animals. As an entrepreneur, I’m able to keep a flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for pet care. I see pet sitting as a wonderful way to stay active while exploring and getting to know my new community. I tailor my care to each pet’s routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. In your home, I follow your instructions closely — including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or yard breaks, walks, medications (if needed), and favorite routines or rituals. During house sitting and drop-in visits, I also keep an eye on your home’s safety, bring in mail or packages, and maintain a calm, tidy environment. For dogs, I provide structured walks, playtime, and plenty of affection while respecting their energy level and training style. For cats, I offer gentle interaction at their pace — whether that’s playtime, quiet companionship, or simply maintaining their preferred environment — along with daily litter care and enrichment. About: I love the dogs more then anything!! Taking my dog for a walk is one of my favorite things to do and I’m hoping to assist others that aren’t able to walk their dogs as much as they would like. I am super active and I love to go to the park. I live right across the street from sugarhouse park which is the perfect place to take dogs! I often watch my in-laws dogs and they get the royal treatment and don’t want to leave here! I can’t wait to meet some new pups! I currently only work three days a week so I have a lot of extra time on my hands and I also love to stay active. I’m always at the park with my dog or taking it on walks or playing with him. I am available to walk dogs Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday all day or Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday in the mornings! I also have a dog stroller for older dogs that still want to have some fun and get out but can’t quite keep up! I am super cautious with dogs and keeping them safe and on leash at all times. I’ve learned some great training techniques as well with dogs. I always like to make them feel comfortable. I have a yorkie which is a high anxiety dog so I know how to deal with that very well. He also has pancreatitis so I know how important staying on a healthy diet is for all dogs! We also live right next to a park which is amazing for morning walks and a dog park that is great for those social dogs!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for the last 10 years before getting my own pup! I love all animals, and after using Rover myself, I know how important it is to find a great caretaker who will set your mind at ease and take great care of your fur baby. I am very responsive and flexible with my schedule, and will always keep you informed. I have experience with reactive dogs, administering medication, and handling multiple animals at once. I am comfortable with dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds and will give them the love and care they deserve as if they were my own. I have my own dog, so I am fully aware of how much time needs to be committed to their care, and will be very detail oriented with your pet! I will gladly accommodate specific walking routes, favorite toys or play times, or any special foods to treat or avoid. I have a fenced yard and am very conscious of dog interactions since my dog has some reactivity. I am always mindful of other dogs or animals on walks to make sure my dog is safe and I can redirect his attention or avoid confrontation with off leash dogs, and will show the same attentiveness with yours! For any boarding/doggy day care requests, I require that your pup be crate trained for at least 1 hour at a time comfortably.
