I’ve taken care of dogs on and off for 4 years now, mostly older dogs but love puppies, as well! I’ve mainly worked for family friends, neighbors and coworkers to walk, feed, and play with their dogs.

Working in a client’s home I will be incredibly mindful of their space and make sure I’m following the plans made of the owner. I’m comfortable in any environment, since I’ve done all my pet watching in clients homes to keep their pet in their same, comfortable environment their used to.

Maya is a kind and thoughtful pet caregiver. She helped take care of our family's rescue dog for over 12 years. She was young when our family got him and she grew up learning how to take care of him and taking on much more responsibility as she got older. In his older years, she was especially loving and gentle with him, helping to carry him up and down our stairs and outside for his short walks around the yard. I know she will treat your pet with the kindness and care.

Schedule
Currently in school at GWU and am a senior. I live a little off campus and have a very flexible class schedule. I can help out during the days and evenings with drop ins and walks.

- I am happy to spend time with senior dogs or dogs with special needs, just let me know what special things I need to do. We adopted my dog, who had one eye, and helped him adapt so I have experience with that.
