To give your pet the best and safest care, it helps to know a few things ahead of time: Their daily routine - feeding schedule, walk times, sleep habits Temperament - shy, energetic, cuddly, independent, anxious, reactive, etc. Any special needs - medications, mobility issues, allergies, diet restrictions How they get along with other animals or people Triggers or fears - loud noises, strangers, other dogs, car rides, etc. Preferred activities - favorite toys, games, and how they like to spend their time House rules - furniture rules, crate training details, off-limits areas Emergency info - vet contact, emergency instructions, and any "must know" behaviors I want to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for exactly how you'd want, so the more details you can share, the better!
A typical day
A typical day with pets I watch is focused on keeping them happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Depending on their routine and energy level, that includes walks, playtime, pets, and plenty of time to relax. I’m always happy to follow your pet’s usual schedule and preferences. I also have friends with dogs and access to a large backyard, so if your pet enjoys being social and you’re comfortable with it, I can offer supervised playtime as an option. If they prefer a quieter day, I’m happy to match their vibe.

Pet care experience
With a lifetime of experience caring for dogs and cats, pet care has become one of my favorite ways to spend my time. While I’ve recently started a full-time job outside of Rover, I’ll continue offering pet care and look forward to caring for both new and returning clients. Since joining Rover, I’ve completed over 100 bookings and have loved building relationships with both pets and their owners along the way. Every pet has their own personality, and I love honoring that. Whether your dog is ready for a long adventure or your cat simply wants their space respected, I meet them on their terms. You can count on me to keep you in the loop with regular updates and plenty of photos while you’re away. My goal is simple: your pets stay happy in their normal routine, and you come home to happy pets and a well cared for home.
