About: I’ve had pets in my own home since 2013. I’ve cared for a range of pets including both dogs and cats. I am a strong communicator who is flexible, so that I can ensure your pets are well taken care of while your away. I’m currently a phd student at the U, so I have a flexible schedule. I am happy to work to find times for whatever your needs may be. I currently live in a condo by myself, so I can ensure your pets stay safe in home. During visits, I am happy to follow your care and safety instructions to the T. I will message as I come into and out of your house, so you know everything is safe and secured.

About: Hi, I'm Alexis! I have over 15 years in caring for all sorts of animals. I have grown up as an animal lover and have owned dogs, cats, horses, lizards, guinea pigs, rabbits and more since I was little. My grandparents had a farm. :) Experienced in administering medication, bottle feeding babies, puppies, kittens, seniors, special needs. I have a large fenced in backyard that provides a substantial amount of shade. Includes a doggy pool (removable), mister, tunnels, toys and more. Inside, pets are welcome to make themselves at home. Furniture, bed. :) I have a few different water fountains running at all times, various size dog beds and every type of toy you can imagine. Along with puzzle and scent games. I live in a great walking neighborhood, close to trails and other outdoor activities. I would love the opportunity to look after your beloved pets! I'm home full time - you can rest assured your pet will be in good hands. I adore animals and all the joy and potential chaos that comes with them! I currently have a 3 year old friendly and extremely spoiled pug who think she's part cat. I'm based at home and my schedule is flexible. Day, night I can make it. I'm free on weekends and Holidays as well. My day depends entirely on your pets needs. :) I have a fenced backyard, with a dog for potential company or can stay separated if needed. And a secondary gate once entered for additional safety.
About: I have been working as a vet tech for almost 3 years now, which means I have extensive veterinarian-led training on how to keep your pet totally safe while you're away! I can administer medications (including injections like insulin), identify life threatening emergencies and intervene quickly, and I can expertly read even the most subtle of animal body language to predict exactly how your pet is feeling. I am also comfortable caring for critters other than cats or dogs, as I have a leopard gecko myself whom I adore! I have been pet sitting for over 10 years, though I grew up fostering dogs and with 4 of my own. I am a full time student, so I’m usually on campus starting around 8-9 am until around 5-7pm, depending on the day. I am available for overnight stays and I get weekends off. If you choose to give me the privilege of caring for your pet, you will not regret it! Animals are (and always have been) my entire life, and that's why I'm pursuing a career as a veterinarian after I graduate with my Bachelor's in biology. Until then, though, I just want to help give you peace of mind while you're away. You've never met anybody as in love with your pet as you are...until now. I am currently a full time student, and I usually have classes on campus from 9 to 4, with a couple of days going until 6:30. If needed, I can run back to let dogs out or feed lunches during the day. On weekends, my schedule is completely open, so I can spend even more time with your pet! My schedule changes each semester and I have “breaks” interspersed where I will work full time at the vet clinic, so shooting me a message is the best way to get an accurate idea of my schedule for your trip. I have two cats of my own, Evie and Arlo. I am currently renting my house so I can't allow any other pets in. However, I have a car and am willing to stay where your pet is most comfortable: at your home! I have veterinarian-led training on animal behavior, medication administration, and even first aid and emergency care. My car can fit any sized dog and I always make sure to locate the nearest emergency clinic during my stays, as well as collect primary veterinarian information for your pet. I always triple check locks at my client’s houses and I’m comfortable with outdoor cameras and limited indoor cameras as long as they are disclosed to me.
