Rachel was communicative and responsive throughout her stay with our dogs. She sent pictures and updates throughout her time. If any issues arose she was quick to communicate with me. Our dogs seem to really enjoy their time with her. Our dogs can be a little slow to warm up to new visitors but she won them over.
Rosa is an exceptional woman in so many ways. I cannot express the peace of mind she brought to me caring for Maggie. Maggie bonded with her, and her peaceful energy immediately. Home for a day, she stares at the door she walked out of, looking for her buddy :) Just the best experience in so many ways. Came home to a beautiful clean home and everything just perfect.
Jenelle was on time, professional, and my kittens loved her! They are 6 week rescue kittens, and they can be timid and suspicious of other people, but they loved her and wanted right up! They have medication needs and Jenelle managed their schedule and sent me photos of them snuggled after their feeding. I will be booking her again seeing as the kitties loved her!
Justice was amazing. We had an unexpected air conditioning issue while we were gone and she put us at ease with constant communication to know both her and our pets were well and safe. We’ve had sitters in the past with poor communication and this experience has given us amazing confidence that Justice is the best person to care for our pups.
Gigi went above and beyond! She took really great care of my two cats. Every day she assured me they were doing well by sending photos and videos. She also was able to medicate one of my cats while I was out. I returned home to a clean house and everything was in order. Gigi is just wonderful—I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you Gigi!
Janine was so great with Tory during our weekend out of town. We were nervous leaving our pet alone with anyone but Janine was extremely reassuring and respectful to our home and dog, we can’t wait to have her stay again. Tory was relaxed and at ease when we returned which lets me know she was well taken care of. Janine is responsible and responsive. She regularly checked in with texts and photos which made us feel more at ease. I’d definitely recommend Janine to anybody in the Phoenix area.
