I understand that each animal has a different personality, comfort level, and routine, so I take the time to make them feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their owner is away. I’m very reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented, and I know how important trust is when someone is caring for a beloved pet. I’m also comfortable caring for pets with different energy levels and needs, including shy animals, high-energy dogs, and senior pets who may need a gentler approach, extra patience, or medication reminders. I focus on creating a calm, positive experience for both pets and owners by providing consistent care, updates, and lots of affection and attention. Pet care fits very well into my routine because I have a flexible part-time schedule that gives me plenty of availability throughout the week. I’m available after 5pm Monday through Thursday, available all day on Fridays, and completely open on weekends for walks, drop-ins, overnight stays, or extended care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any household rules or routines the pet is used to. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, and exercise while also keeping the home clean, secure, and respected. I’m attentive to each pet’s personality and needs, whether that means active play, reinforcing basic routines for younger pets, or providing a calm and comforting environment for more anxious pets.
