She sent frequent updates and lots of wonderful photos, which allowed me to see exactly how Zefí was doing and made it easy to relax while I was away. Every update was thoughtful, detailed, and showed how much attention she was giving to Zefí throughout the day. What impressed me most was how engaged she was with Zefí and how clearly she understood her personality and needs. Zefí looked happy, very comfortable, and completely at ease in every update. Ynez went above and beyond in every aspect of her care, and I would not hesitate to book with her again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who is communicative, attentive, and truly dedicated to the dogs in her care.
Jan was amazing with our two pugs, Izzy and Bernie! She cared for them for a week at her home, took them to the park and groomers, and kept us updated along the way. She truly went above and beyond (2 pugs with different personalities ha). Jan even helping my mom during her dog’s emergency. We knew our dogs were safe, loved, and well cared for. Sydney is a wonderful dog sitter. She cared for my recently-rescued, somewhat anxious Standard Poodle and our home for a whole week while we attended graduation and family events back east. Gigi took wonderful care of my senior dog for a week while we were traveling. I was especially anxious about leaving him because he was having a flare-up of his chronic cough and needed multiple medications, including a liquid medication administered by syringe. From the beginning, Gigi put my mind at ease. She was confident and experienced with administering medications and provided multiple updates each day, which helped me relax knowing he was in good hands. She followed all of his care instructions carefully and gave him the attention and monitoring he needed. When we came home, he was happy, relaxed, and doing significantly better - his cough had improved noticeably during the week. It was clear he had been well cared for and had a calm, comfortable stay. This was my first time using an in-home pet sitter for an extended length of time, and Gigi exceeded all of my expectations. As a bonus, she watered our plants and left the house clean and tidy. I would highly recommend her, especially to anyone with a senior pet or a pet with medical needs.
I would highly recommend Courtney for in home pet sitting. I have a "special needs" pup who requires meds 3x a day and has vision issues. I felt confident while away that Courtney was attentive to her meds schedule and other issues. Courtney is very communicative and responsive and sends photos and updates to ease your mind. I found her mature, kind, and attentive to my pups needs throughout her stay. When I arrived home, everything was neat and tidy and my pup didn't seem to hate me for leaving her. That's a good endorsement. I will definitely book Courtney again and hope she continues pet sitting for a long while.
