Just to let them get better aquainted. The first time she tried to enter the house, our dog barked and growled until my daughter came over to calm down the dog. Once rapport was built, Maya had no trouble with the dog, a 65-pound, gregarious Goldendoodle that barked a lot initially... and then wanted to be her lap dog. Mayra was faithful in showing up and walking our dog every day. I'd recommend her to anyone needing a dog sitter, especially those of a calmer nature.”

About: I have one dog of my own and love to play with her! She is very energetic so we go hiking, swimming and play fetch. We also will just lay around and cuddle which I enjoy as well! I love playing catch or running with all dogs! I will give them all the love and attention they need and make sure they are having fun! I love taking dogs to the park or for long walks. I do work full time but I have a hybrid schedule which allows me to work from home two days a week! I am a huge dog person and love taking care of all fur babies! I have a fenced backyard and my own little fur baby for them to play with! I do have an extra kennel if they need to be crated while I’m away and tons of toys!

About: I know cats can be a little misunderstood, and I enjoy taking the time to earn their trust. I know they usually prefer things to stay familiar, so I try to keep their routine as normal as possible while you’re away. I’ll make sure they have fresh food, water, a clean litter box, and I’ll send updates and photos so you know they’re doing well. My goal is to keep things as stress-free and familiar as possible for your cat. I do have another job, but outside of my work schedule I have the flexibility to care for pets. I plan my availability carefully so I can be fully present for walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with each pet. I’ll always communicate my availability clearly and make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. I provide care in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment. I focus on keeping their routine as normal as possible, including feeding, fresh water, playtime, walks, and any other care they need. I’ll also treat your home with respect and make sure everything is left clean and how I found it.
