“David was absolutely amazing with our lab puppy! He treated our dog like his own and kept us updated throughout the day with how he was doing. Our pup came home happy and tired from a day full of play :) We will definitely be using him again in the near future!”

“Whether you're a local or traveling, Katherine is the best sitter in the whole Phoenix metro. We were visiting and needed someone to watch the dogs during the day as we explored, the dogs were tired at the end of the day and ready to sleep all night. I highly recommend Katherine and her services!”

About: My husband and I had animals in our homes growing up. Currently we have a senior cat who keeps to herself. Our family would love to walk, feed, and care for your dog. We will provide lots of attention and cuddles. I am a stay at home mom, my husband works from home part-time, and our two daughters are homeschooled. We are able to be around the home often. We have a fenced in yard with lots of space to run and play. We will happily follow instructions for crating the dog when we are away from home. Our girls are home 3 days a week plus the weekends and are looking forward to helping to care for your dog.
About: As a lifelong dog lover, I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away by providing the same level of care and attention I would want for my own. I'm dependable, communicative, and detail oriented. I'll follow your pet's routine closely, whether that means feeding schedules, administering oral medications, long walks, playtime, or simply providing companionship and plenty of affection. I'll also send daily photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is happy and well cared for. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels and can adapt to puppies who need extra patience and consistency as well as senior dogs who require a gentler pace and additional attention. Safety is always my top priority, and I'll treat your furry friend with the utmost respect. I know trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I'm committed to earning that trust by providing reliable, loving, and attentive care every time. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I can make my own schedule which allows me to dedicate quality time to each pet. Whether it's early morning walks, midday potty breaks, playtime, evening walks, or overnight care, I can adapt to your pet's normal routine to help them feel comfortable while you're away. I believe consistency is important, so I make it a priority to give your pet plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and companionship. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and any special instructions so I can provide care that's as consistent as possible with what they're used to at home. When caring for pets in your home, I'll respect your space, keep your home clean and secure, and follow all feeding, walking, medication, and exercise instructions carefully. I'll make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, avoid unsafe situations during walks, and never leave your pet unattended. I'm committed to clear communication and will send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your furry family member is safe, well cared for, and getting plenty of love and attention while you're away.
“We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter! Our dog loves huskies, and Joanna happens to have one of the sweetest. Joanna took them on a lovely hike through the wildflowers blooming, tons of couch snuggles, and plenty of toys to choose from. Will definitely book with her again. Thank you for taking such good care of our pupper and providing him a safe space and being attentive about his medical needs.”

“Airy was well taken care of spending the day at Nadia’s. We were attending an event at the Convention Center and was close by and the staff was very communicative about logistics and updates throughout the day.”

“Carmen, was so sweet and kind. My dog Peanut was nervous but loved going to see her. I highly recommend using her she is a comfort home for your pet. Great communicator will be using again in the future.”

“Kate is wonderful to work with - she's easy to communicate with and clearly very knowledgeable about dogs. My dog is now a regular with her and the difference has been amazing already. He's so much less stressed than he was when I used to take him to Dogtopia, and I have peace of mind knowing he's in such good hands. I highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for someone who truly understands and cares about pets!”

“Loren has an incredible home set up perfectly for dogs of all shapes and sizes. She spent time listening to the needs I have for Betty White. I’m excited to use her again!”

“Bessie stays with Erin and Mark for daycare and boarding when I have to leave town and they are awesome every time! So caring, super communicative and send lots of great photos. 😊💕”

About: I’ve spent over 5 years on Rover caring for pets, and it’s something I’ve truly loved doing. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and all kinds of personalities, and I’m comfortable adjusting to whatever each pet needs to feel safe, happy, and at home while you’re away. I recently started working remotely, which gives me the flexibility to offer even more personalized care. In addition to walks and drop-in visits, I’m now able to provide daycare and boarding, with plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day. I’m dependable, easygoing, and I take the time to stick to each pet’s routine so things feel familiar and stress-free. Whether it’s an afternoon walk, a quick check-in, an overnight stay, or spending the day together while you work, I treat every pet like my own and make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and loved. You’ll always receive regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family! Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I work remotely from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be present throughout the day. That means I can easily accommodate walks, drop-in visits, daycare, and boarding while giving pets plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship. I keep a structured schedule, so it’s easy for me to stay on top of each pet’s routine and any special instructions. Whether your pet needs a midday walk, medication, extra exercise, or simply someone home to keep them company, I’m able to provide reliable, consistent care. My goal is to make your pet’s day feel as normal and stress-free as possible—and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring, dependable hands. I focus on keeping things as close to their normal routine as possible. That usually includes feeding, walks, litter box care for cats, playtime, and just spending time with them so they feel comfortable and not alone while their owner is away. I try to follow each pet’s routine closely because that’s what helps them feel most at ease. For care in my own home, I keep things very calm and structured because I have two cats, Lucy and Ethel, who are my whole world. They have never been around dogs, so I’m very mindful about that. Because of this, I’m open to discussing boarding on a case-by-case basis, but I’m most comfortable making sure any situation would be low-stress and safe for all pets involved.
“Sid had so much fun at Jenya’s house with her and her pups. He came home tired from all the fun. Thank you Jenya for being so flexible and available for my 530AM drop off time & for all the awesome pictures and videos. Sid can’t wait to come back and Play!”

“Heather and Wiley were amazing with my puppy Olive! Wiley was very friendly and gentle and helped entertain my girl. Heather is kind and responsible and has a great setup including a fenced yard and doggy door. Will definitely have her sit again for Olive.”

“Sara was so sweet and calm personality, my dog looked so happy when I pick him up. She was very responsive and sent pictures of Byron and a video, I recommend Sara for any future services. We definitely will.”

About: We've had a variety of pets over the last 25+ years, including dogs, cats, chickens, lovebirds, fish, and tortoises! Right now we have two lively and snuggly pups, 4 years old, plus 2 cats that make themselves scarce when they don't want to hang out with the dogs. ;) We've been pet sitting regularly for friends and family for the last 7+ years. Meet & Greet - We require a brief meet & greet in our front yard before all bookings, to ensure your pet and our pets are a great fit. Thanks for understanding! IMPORTANT - We crate or corral visiting dogs when no one is home to supervise interactions. They must already be crate trained so this feels comfortable and not stressful for them. Please only request stays for dogs that are well behaved, since we have a big family and plenty going on. All dogs must be friendly with other dogs and with children, and must not attack cats (our kids' cats generally stay out of the way, but some dogs are intent on hunting them down). ***Sorry, we don't take pit bulls or huskies. We had a bad experience with a pit, and one of our kids is very allergic to huskies.*** Fun Fact - We prioritize using non-toxic products for home and personal care. There are no chemical fragrances or toxic cleaners in our home, which could irritate your pet's skin or lungs. ***Please scroll down to see other important profile info. Thank you! :) *** I'm a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense instructor with a flexible schedule, so I'm home a lot (typically gone 2 - 4 hours a day for classes). We have a big family, so there is usually someone else home with the dogs if I'm away. All pups run free in the house when we're home. We have a block fence around our backyard, and a locked alley gate. Dogs are only allowed on beds/furniture when invited. The exception is a special chair that looks out to the street. It's a favorite perch! See pics under Ollie & Paisley's profiles. :) Even dogs that are used to being on the furniture tend to adjust quickly to these limitations when somewhere else. **For safety, we crate visiting dogs when no one is not home to supervise interactions, so they must already be crate trained so this feels comfortable and not stressful for them.**

David was amazing with Waffle! He sent lots of photos and updates throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. He’s incredibly communicative and trustworthy, and Waffle had the best time. I highly recommend him and plan to take Waff more often to daycare at David’s.

RJ was fantastic with our dog. She listened to his needs and unique quirks. She showed genuine care for him, treating him as if he were her own. She even sewed his beloved toy back together, ensuring he could enjoy it for a longer time. Throughout our long hours, she remained in constant contact and was flexible. We truly appreciate her exceptional care and will definitely book her services again when we visit town next time.

Avery was awesome! Very friendly and loves the dogs! This was the first time we left pups with someone other than family. Avery sent regular updates and photos. The pups loved her! Thank you again! Definitely recommend Avery to watch your furry friends. When we pass through Phoenix again, will contact Avery again!!

Jamie was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive to detail when caring for our senior pup, Maple. She was sure to greet her slowly and introduce her to her own dogs with a seamless transition as our girl is anxious. We got plenty of updates and photos which we so deeply appreciated. We genuinely felt like Jamie cared for our Maple like she was one of our own and are very pleased that we may not only have found a regular but a number one to add to our roster of sitters! Thanks again girlie 🫶🏼
