“I was so nervous to leave my puppy but she was so well taken care of by Belia!! She kept me informed of her day and made sure she got plenty of love!! I will definitely be booking her again!!!”

“I’ve never seen my Zola as excited as she gets when she sees Marisa! Between the walks, positive behavior training, endless toys and huge backyard to run free in, it’s every dogs heaven!”
“Thank you so much for taking such good care of my pup, especially considering it was her first time away from mom. We will definitely be coming back!”

“I was traveling from out of state and had to attend GCU last min. Zinnia responded right away and helped me with Blake. She is truly the best and Blake enjoyed her time with her. Thank you again Zinnia for your help and responding back right away. Will recommend to anyone!!”

“Amazing! Super sweet family that clearly loves dogs and takes the best care of my mine. I fully trust them and am at ease knowing my dog is well taken care of. Great at sending pics and video updates throughout the day!”

“Jenifer is awesome and her house is perfect for daycare with a big shaded yard and garden for the pups to run around in. She sent lots of pictures of my girl while she was there, which was great!”

“Great experience! Used for doggy day care once. Great communication, felt at ease sending my pup to Monica and he came back super happy! Would highly recommend.”

“I am so thankful for Joanna and Haiti for making this entire experience so smooth! This was my first time ever leaving my pup alone with someone else. He's a pup that is afraid of people so I was extremely nervous that he was going to cause trouble, but by the end of the night I got pictures sent of him cuddling away with Joanna! I couldn't believe it was the same dog. I am so thankful of all the updates and her huge efforts with my scared pup. I will definitely book again if I ever need someone to watch my pup!”

“Teddy: I WUV THE WALLACE FAMILY! My mum moved me from MN to AZ and they were my second family :) I will miss them dearly. Dawn, Andy, and Fin will go above and beyond for your furry friends. They welcomed Teddy with open arms, were always available/flexible with my hospital hours, and sent me daily Teddy updates. As a traveler and dog mom, it can be very stressful to find care for Teddy. I could not be happier we found the Wallace family. I will always rebook with them when back in AZ. If I could give this family 10 stars I would.”

About: I provide a calm, structured, stable environment for dogs of any size or temperament—especially those anxious, sensitive, or reactive—to relax and feel secure. I work from home and make my own hours, so my schedule is flexible. And I regularly take walks, so adding dog companions is easy! A dog’s primary stressor is uncertainty. An uncertain dog has no direction—they don't know what to do, where to go, or how to behave; they can’t predict outcomes and thus regard all stimuli as potential threats. So, to prevent uncertainty, I define clear rules, boundaries, and limitations that communicate my role, expectations, and competence as their temporary pack leader. This communication enables dogs in my care to feel secure, relieving them of the burden of leadership and encouraging them to relax. And once relaxed, I reinforce this state of mind through play and affection. This is how dogs in healthy packs interact with each other. They don’t fear; they confront. They don’t tolerate; they address. They don’t intimidate; they instruct. They don’t entice; they encourage. They don’t comfort; they correct. By me employing these same behaviors, dogs in my care—even and especially those most fearful or aggressive—regard me as one of them. They respect me because I respect them. An additional benefit to this approach is that I remain in control for the duration of the care. This control minimizes surprises, ensuring that the dogs’ behavior is predictable and therefore manageable, providing you with confidence and peace of mind. Oh, and I also give lots of massages. ;)
“Truly, the best sitter ever and this is coming from a first time Rover user was very nervous, but felt that this was the right place for dolce tons of updates and they have beautiful dogs truly thankful”

“Sid had so much fun at Jenya’s house with her and her pups. He came home tired from all the fun. Thank you Jenya for being so flexible and available for my 530AM drop off time & for all the awesome pictures and videos. Sid can’t wait to come back and Play!”

“So grateful for Scott! He was able to accommodate my super last minute request and was so kind. He sent pictures and updates and made sure Rue had the best time. She came home tuckered out, calm and happy. Definitely will book with Scott again in the future!”

About: I have veterinarian experience of 2 years. I train as well as groom from all ages and sizes. I also have my certification in CPR. I have a virtually open schedule I work from home as well as self employed. Mondays through Sunday I have 14 hour slots that are more than spacious to take care of your loved one. I have an open back yard that is gated off. I also have a open octogenarian gate that they can be in if that is what you desire. I have flea and tick shampoo as well as oat medicated shampoo for skin irritations and fly strikes. I also have repellent that I like to use to make sure they are extra safe.
“Rachel is just the best! She is always so kind and helpful. She sends me pictures of my dog during the day that helps me know my baby is safe and happy even though I’m crazy busy at work. I have had her sit for my dog before and will have her sit for her in the future! 😁”
About: Over the 18 years I’ve cared for animals I’ve learned no two are alike. I enjoy getting to know their personality, quirks and behaviors that makes them special. I always send videos, photos & reports so you have peace of mind knowing your babies are well taken care of. I have full time availability for Drop ins on Rover. Live in house sitting provided for existing clients only. I prefer to leave your home exactly how you left it so I make sure to clean up any messes, pet hair, & scattered litter during my visits. I am currently available full time to care for your fur baby. I know how important their schedule is and I am available to keep it the same as they are used to. Schedule and routines are critical to any pet, let me know what their typical routine is and I will make sure to stick to it. I have a cat so I am always vigilant about opening doors, so I will keep a lookout for dashers. I can also crate your pet if you wish.
About: Hi! 👋🏻 My name is Olivia, are you new to the Rover community? If you have never booked before, here is $20 on me! Use my code for $20 off your very first booking! OLIVIF82345 I’ve been with the Rover community for about 4 years now, but Happy Dog House Calls is where it all started. I joined the Rover community to meet new families who might need my pet sitting/house sitting services! I work with a wide variety of pets, not limited to just dogs and cats. I welcome most pets, including farm animals and complete farm care, as well as trained service animals. I'm more than happy to care for all of your furry or not so furry family members! I have a regular clientele of pets who have special needs, pets who experience anxiety or separation anxiety, some who are deaf or blind, others who are elderly, have injuries or health issues. These special needs sweethearts are always welcome on my schedule. My entire life I’ve had a passion for animals, so much so I’ve made it my career. I mean, who doesn’t want to spend all their time with animals!? I'm looking for opportunities to fulfill my passion, this is where you and your family come in! Upon scheduling, I will request a “Meet & Greet” at your home, which is required before any services are rendered. This gives your pet and I the opportunity to meet and get to know each other, this also lets your baby get familiar with my scent so I’m not a stranger entering your home. During this time we will go over your pets routine, any rules (whether they rule the house or you do, I’m here for it all), you can also show me around your home and go over any special instructions or medications. This is the ideal time to give me a key or code to enter (should we decide to work together). This visit is of course no charge. A little bit about each service: Walks- 30 min walk. Your choice of leisure walks with lots of sniffing and exploring (your dogs version of reading the morning news paper or as I call it, checking “Peemails”) or focused, brisk walks for exercise and winding down. Please have a leash and harness or collar, that fits correctly with no rips or tears. *Clients who are seeking my walking services, once the temperature reaches 84° I will not be available for walks, unless the morning or evening temp is at or under 84°, which I can walk with them then. The asphalt is too hot and heat stroke is a risk at that temperature. Exceptions are made for potty walks as long as there is shade. Drop-in Visits- 30 minute visit includes: Playtime, snuggles, feeding, medication administration, walking, potty breaks and treats. House sitting- 3 different options to choose from (please include which option will work best with your family in the initial booking request): Option 1. Overnight only- $150 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Arriving at your home around 9pm (8pm available) staying the night until around 6am the next morning. Includes plant watering, bringing in the mail, putting trash cans out and some other household duties. Option 2. Overnight with a mid day drop-in- $175 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Includes all of option 1, plus a drop-in visit midday for potty breaks, play and snuggles. Option 3. Daytime & Overnight stay- $250 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Includes all of options 1 & 2, plus coming and going throughout the rest of the day. *For Rover Holiday dates & puppy care, inquire about pricing ‼️Please include which house sitting option you’d like in your initial booking request‼️ I am available full time, early mornings, mid-days, late nights, even overnight stays, any length of stay, be it one day or 6 months long, this is my only job, allowing me to cater to you and your pets needs. I am willing to be as flexible as possible to make your time away from your pets 110% stress free for all of you. My availability is wide open, including most holidays (book early as these dates fill up fast) and some last minute requests. Same day bookings are available for walks and drop-ins, I typically require a 7 day notice for all bookings, but life can be unpredictable, so I offer same day bookings for an extra charge. Same day bookings are an additional $5. you will see this as an "Additional Charge" on your Rover invoice. ‼️THE ROVER APP HAS A GLITCH, THEIR CALENDAR FOR ME IS NOT CORRECT, PLEASE SEND A REQUEST EVEN IF IT SAYS THAT I AM UNAVAILABLE, AS I AM MOST LIKELY AVAILABLE‼️ I am also able to travel with you and your pet family for any vacation needs. I can drive your pets should flying not be an option. Please inquire further for this service. Safety always comes first. Absolutely trust that all of my attention will be on your pets for the entirety of the stay. This gives me the opportunity to give you a detailed update on your pets during our visit (I will write these updates during the visit, as well as taking pictures). Each visit I will send over the 4-6 photos I took of each pet as well as the detailed update I wrote. Your home as well as your pets, will be treated with the utmost respect, I will treat them like they are my own. I’m very cautious of making sure gates, pool gates and locks are always secured for your pet and homes safety. Speaking of safety, security cameras are not just acceptable, they are encouraged, for your piece of mind as well as in case of an emergency, typically I can be to your home within minutes if you see something concerning.
“Sara has created a stable, clean, welcoming home away from home for my Rudy boy. The routine she has set up works extremely well with my big boy. I highly recommend Sara for Daycare or boarding!!”

Alahambra dog parents share their Rover experiences
Wendy took excellent care of our girl, Ruby. Our dog sitting request was very last minute, and Wendy was able to accommodate us. She was very easy to communicate with and did send pics/videos to update us on all their fun. We would definitely have Wendy watch Ruby again when we’re in Sedona next.

Nanci and her daughter took great care of my little Eggs Benedict and I appreciate the time and attention they gave him while I had to be away. Thank you so much for being available last minute and taking him for so long !

During a short visit to Phoenix, I needed last minute care for my boy Chaco. I reached out to Sara and her team and they were willing to accommodate my short notice and schedule and provided Chaco with a great time, even during the hot summer days. Sara and her team were awesome to say the least! I highly would recommend them and would use their services again.
