All my pups are foodies and it was wonderful that this was included without any upcharge that would be typical at a boarding facility. As usual I was sent such cute pictures and videos. My registering had a problem that I was up the entire night attempting to solve. The computer was actually more helpful than the people I attempted to use chat with who only kept repeating the same rote phrase that didn’t solve anything and took several hours for the first reply. Rover has absolutely no way to directly contact a live person by phone when a critical problem is not being solved. I Had to have my cat settled by 7 am or I would have no place to put him safely in this very warm heat while management bombed the apartment complex. Rover has some work to do on customer service backup when their rote systems don’t work. This was NOT a fun experience not to mention tinged with desperation and no time left for alternative solutions after I had list my previous solution at the last minute.”

“I would like to first off start by stating that I went through five different interviews in order to find Marisa!! For the original meet and greet, I was worried as she was one of the last people we were interviewing from the Rover app. She was on time and made no excuses about being tardy, nor having to reschedule ultimately very reliable from the first time we met her after that she did come and do a test run with the drop in visit and did absolutely amazing. For example, my dog ended up urinating in my house and she had seen some Clorox wipes and obviously there was paper towels and other stuff there she could have left the urine on the ground and that would've actually been fine with me because I would've picked it up, but she actually went the extra step as to clean it up and use Clorox wipes and she threw it away!! So from the beginning, I knew she was absolutely amazing Ever since then she has been walking our dog and doing drop in visits. She has done multiple and I will continue to book with her because my dog is a puppy (1.5 years old) still and doesn't know how to control his excitement so to other people he can be scary, but to Marisa she was able to contain him get his behavior traits, lockdown and ultimately be able to already to train him in a certain routine that they have together which he absolutely loves Now that we won't be out of town coming up soon she may not be walking him or doing drop in visits as much but we will definitely be using her on a regular basis. I would 100% recommend for anyone that is needing drop in visits or pet care to hire Marisa because she is absolutely amazing and again my dog is 80 pounds plus being a Staffy mix with American pitbull he is super strong and can be very aggressive towards other dogs and she has been able to keep him under control. Thank you again Marisa for providing the most amazing outstanding care for our baby and loving him just as much as we do I will forever be grateful for finding you. Thank you again!!!”

About: EXPERIENCE - We've had a variety of pets over the last 25+ years, including dogs, cats, chickens, lovebirds, fish, and tortoises! Right now we have two snuggly 5-year-old pups plus a kitty that hides in a bedroom when she doesn't want to hang out with the dogs. :) We've been pet sitting regularly for friends and family for the last 7+ years. MEET & GREET - We require a brief meet & greet in our front yard before all bookings, to ensure your pet and our pets are a great fit. Thanks for understanding. CRATE TRAINED ONLY - We crate or corral visiting dogs at night and when no one is home to supervise interactions. They must already be crate trained so this feels comfortable and not stressful for them. :) BEHAVIOR - Please only request stays for dogs that are well behaved since we have a big family and plenty going on. All dogs must be friendly with other dogs and with children, and must not attack cats (our daughter's cat generally stays out of the way, but some dogs are intent on hunting her down). We cannot accept requests from high energy dogs at this time. NOT AVAILABLE FOR - Sorry, we don't take pit bulls or huskies. We had a bad experience with a pit, and one of our kids is very allergic to huskies. FUN FACT - We prioritize using non-toxic products for home and personal care. There are no chemical fragrances or toxic cleaners in our home, which could irritate your pet's skin or lungs. SCHEDULE - I'm a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense instructor with a flexible schedule, so I'm home a lot (typically gone 2 - 4 hours a day for classes). AROUND THE HOUSE - All pups run free in the house when we're home. We have a block fence around our backyard, and a locked alley gate. FURNITURE - Dogs are only allowed on beds/sofas when invited. The exception is a special chair that looks out to the street. It's a favorite perch! See pics under Ollie & Paisley's profiles. :) Even dogs that are used to being on the furniture tend to adjust quickly to these limitations when somewhere else. About: I've loved animals ever since I was a child. Growing up I allways had big dogs and cats in the house. Now I have a cat and two bunnies of my own, I don't have space for a dog, but I get my fix volunteering with the pups at the Humane Society and working overnight at a doggy daycare. I am currently working overnight at a doggy daycare, which means I am avaliable for most of the day! I can do walks and drop ins as early as 7:30 AM and as late 7:30 PM. In my home my pets get plenty of enrichment and attention. I also put a lot of effort into giving them as much space as possible despite my apartment size. I also understand that in other people's homes, pets often need to go at thier own pace. I always make it my goal to be respectful of thier wants and needs when interacting with them, and whenever possible I try to do so on thier terms to create happy memories.

About: I’ve grown up with nothing less than 5 dogs at a time. Mostly bigger breads but I love all of them! I do have basic training experience. I’ve also always had a cat in my life and love them to death as well. I currently work from 5 AM to 1 PM. That gives me the rest of the day and evening to stop by and take care of whatever your pet may need while you’re unavailable. In my home I do a lot of mental stimulation and training. “We just picked up our dog Ollie from his stay with Ezra and Reina and he is in wonderful spirits! First off, they are extremely communicative and the drop off was seamless. Our dog is very hesitant around new people so I was very nervous. I was shocked that one of the first videos I got, Ollie was allowing pets and I think that truly speaks to how good Ezra and Reina are with dogs and their individual personalities and needs. We will definitely be using them again the next time we leave town!”
“David was an absolute gem to work with. He listened to all needs for our Luna girl and sent pictures and videos throughout our time away. He was such a blessing for our flight back home that was delayed many hours and kept Luna an extra night for us which helped ease that stress. Luna was very comfortable which was evident in pictures and videos. I highly recommend contacting David for any pet sitting needs you may have. I will 100% use him again to watch our fur baby.
