They have worked with many rescues so they have worked with many animals who aren’t your typical house pets, and know how to handle problems if they come up. My kitty baby was an abused rescue and after meeting them I was confident he would be safe with them. First time in 8 years he has left my home. So rather traumatic. He’s back now and sailed thru with flying colors due to their care. I can solidly recommend them. Rover, the company I’m fairly peeved with. My registering had a problem that I was up the entire night attempting to solve. The computer was actually more helpful than the people I attempted to use chat with who only kept repeating the same rote phrase that didn’t solve anything and took several hours for the first reply. Rover has absolutely no way to directly contact a live person by phone when a critical problem is not being solved. I Had to have my cat settled by 7 am or I would have no place to put him safely in this very warm heat while management bombed the apartment complex. Rover has some work to do on customer service backup when their rote systems don’t work. This was NOT a fun experience not to mention tinged with desperation and no time left for alternative solutions after I had list my previous solution at the last minute.”

“I would like to first off start by stating that I went through five different interviews in order to find Marisa!! For the original meet and greet, I was worried as she was one of the last people we were interviewing from the Rover app. She was on time and made no excuses about being tardy, nor having to reschedule ultimately very reliable from the first time we met her after that she did come and do a test run with the drop in visit and did absolutely amazing. For example, my dog ended up urinating in my house and she had seen some Clorox wipes and obviously there was paper towels and other stuff there she could have left the urine on the ground and that would've actually been fine with me because I would've picked it up, but she actually went the extra step as to clean it up and use Clorox wipes and she threw it away!! So from the beginning, I knew she was absolutely amazing Ever since then she has been walking our dog and doing drop in visits. She has done multiple and I will continue to book with her because my dog is a puppy (1.5 years old) still and doesn't know how to control his excitement so to other people he can be scary, but to Marisa she was able to contain him get his behavior traits, lockdown and ultimately be able to already to train him in a certain routine that they have together which he absolutely loves Now that we won't be out of town coming up soon she may not be walking him or doing drop in visits as much but we will definitely be using her on a regular basis. I would 100% recommend for anyone that is needing drop in visits or pet care to hire Marisa because she is absolutely amazing and again my dog is 80 pounds plus being a Staffy mix with American pitbull he is super strong and can be very aggressive towards other dogs and she has been able to keep him under control. Thank you again Marisa for providing the most amazing outstanding care for our baby and loving him just as much as we do I will forever be grateful for finding you. Thank you again!!!”

About: I will love and take care of your pets as if they're my own. I am Cpr & First aid certified. I am patient, caring, loving and trustworthy. Taking care of your pets is my priority as it is my only job. I am home while your pets are in my home. Dogs are not left alone longer than an hour or two. While your pet is staying with me they will have access to the backyard. I do have a pool and it is fenced. I have a lot of toys and dog beds, inside and outside, to make sure your pet is comfortable during their stay. I will send pictures and videos of your pets while you are away so you can see that your pet is doing well.

About: Although I'm new to Rover, I've been pet sitting since I was 13!! With it being my first job, I started with sitting for neighbors and family friends. Over time, many of them have referred me to their friends and other neighbors. Thanks to those referrals, I've now worked with over 10 families, all of them with at least one dog 🐶! About: I grew up with animals in my home my whole life ranging from cats, big and little doggies. I studied at Fairfield technical high school for animal management. “This was Piper’s second stay and she must feel at home with Ezra and Reina, because she ran right in the back yard and didn’t even say goodbye to me! Their pick up and drop off system is super smooth and quick. Can’t recommend enough, but please leave space for Piper!”
“Kimberley and Deanna are fabulous, kind, experienced and knowledgeable. They have worked with many rescues so they have worked with many animals who aren’t your typical house pets, and know how to handle problems if they come up. My kitty baby was an abused rescue and after meeting them I was confident he would be safe with them. First time in 8 years he has left my home. So rather traumatic. He’s back now and sailed thru with flying colors due to their care. I can solidly recommend them. Rover, the company I’m fairly peeved with. My registering had a problem that I was up the entire night attempting to solve. The computer was actually more helpful than the people I attempted to use chat with who only kept repeating the same rote phrase that didn’t solve anything and took several hours for the first reply. Rover has absolutely no way to directly contact a live person by phone when a critical problem is not being solved. I Had to have my cat settled by 7 am or I would have no place to put him safely in this very warm heat while management bombed the apartment complex. Rover has some work to do on customer service backup when their rote systems don’t work. This was NOT a fun experience not to mention tinged with desperation and no time left for alternative solutions after I had list my previous solution at the last minute.”
“Kay and her family took excellent care of Stella! They sent me daily updates and it looks like she had a blast with Roco and the kids. She even came home with a Christmas present :) I will definitely look to re-book with them in the future. Thank you Kay!”

“Kiara was wonderful! All of her communication was prompt and thorough. Her home is well set up and full of love for dogs. Kiara sent me adorable photos of my pup Winston twice a day and was flexible with extending his stay at the last minute when we ran into car issues that delayed our pickup time. I will absolutely work with Kiara again.”
“Marina was wonderful. I have a slight anxious Annie of a dog and she knew exactly how to treat her and introduce her to the other dogs without feeling overwhelmed. “Zyanya and Craig were amazing with our chocolate lab! We had our 1 year old lab stay with them for a week while we travelled for the holidays and had a great experience. We got a TON of pictures and videos each day and thorough updates. They went above and beyond and even dressed her in reindeer antlers for Christmas and gave her a cupcake bone on her birthday. Our puppy had a great week with them and we highly recommend!”
“Jeremy and his family were great! My pup was in good hands and got lots of exercise as they have a nice field for your pup to run around. My only recommendation is to bring a bed for your pup maybe, as their air conditioning unit for the pups is solid flooring. Definitely will be using Jeremy in the future!”

They are such a sweet, friendly family and I loved knowing that Cooper was in such great hands with them! They have an adorable little dog named Boo who was so friendly to my dog! We loved that he informed us about his typical routine which included enrichment, training, and even grooming.
