They have worked with many rescues so they have worked with many animals who aren’t your typical house pets, and know how to handle problems if they come up. My kitty baby was an abused rescue and after meeting them I was confident he would be safe with them. First time in 8 years he has left my home. So rather traumatic. He’s back now and sailed thru with flying colors due to their care. I can solidly recommend them. Rover, the company I’m fairly peeved with. My registering had a problem that I was up the entire night attempting to solve. The computer was actually more helpful than the people I attempted to use chat with who only kept repeating the same rote phrase that didn’t solve anything and took several hours for the first reply. Rover has absolutely no way to directly contact a live person by phone when a critical problem is not being solved. I Had to have my cat settled by 7 am or I would have no place to put him safely in this very warm heat while management bombed the apartment complex. Rover has some work to do on customer service backup when their rote systems don’t work. This was NOT a fun experience not to mention tinged with desperation and no time left for alternative solutions after I had list my previous solution at the last minute.”

About: I have had 5 cats over my whole life, since age 7! Experience (chronological) of 7 months in an animal shelter volunteering (halted due to an emergency move, then the facility changed to S&N / vaccination services exclusively), 3 months full time in a pet resort, and 2 months professionally & full time in another animal shelter. I have more experience/specific knowledge when it comes to cats and their behaviors, but I am also comfortable and have had experience with dogs (doggy daycare, individual playtimes, walks, as well as feedings!) Cleaning & sanitation was also a major factor in safety when working with animals. I find individual/localized care is more fitting for my life, as I am discovering furthering limits with conditions of mine. Care for both are my forte, and I would love to bring the knowledge & experience I have to your loved ones when someone is needed! I look forward to all the lives I may come across ❤️ 🫶 • 😸 🐶 🐹 🦜 🦎 • 🫶 As for my own cats; I will always make sure mine has their needs met first, and ensure they will be in good hands with my husband if I happen to stay a night/several hours somewhere. They have 24/7 access to filtered water, 3-4 separate feeding times with a real meat & kibble mix (warmed meal,) and at least 15 minutes of full undivided attention playtime a day (doesn’t count the hours of loving on them!) Cat litter boxes are sifted daily, often twice when I can. Litter replacement every 2 weeks, Full washes every month! Whatever is asked for & beyond (unless asked otherwise!). Supervision is vital to how I care for animals, and will always be a top priority especially when it comes to outdoors. Routines and schedules are important to me as well and never skipped.

They have a lovely, calm home with a great yard for puppers and were happy to take on the challenge of my senior girl with vision and hearing impairments. Lisa texted me the perfect amount and I never needed to wonder how things were going. When I arrived to pick her up, my nervous Nellie was snoozing happily on the couch cuddled up next to Frank.
