About: I have taken care of dogs for many of my neighbors, friends and family as well as cats, fish and of course a gecko! I also have a dog who’s been in my life for 13 years named winter! I am a student at GCU!! Class schedule: Monday: 6:30am-6:30pm Tuesday: 8:00am-10:30am Wednesday: 8:00am-11:30am Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pm Friday: Depends Watching your pet will consist of lots of playing, potty breaks, walks and most important lots of fun! “I would like to first off start by stating that I went through five different interviews in order to find Marisa!! For the original meet and greet, I was worried as she was one of the last people we were interviewing from the Rover app. She was on time and made no excuses about being tardy, nor having to reschedule ultimately very reliable from the first time we met her after that she did come and do a test run with the drop in visit and did absolutely amazing. For example, my dog ended up urinating in my house and she had seen some Clorox wipes and obviously there was paper towels and other stuff there she could have left the urine on the ground and that would've actually been fine with me because I would've picked it up, but she actually went the extra step as to clean it up and use Clorox wipes and she threw it away!! So from the beginning, I knew she was absolutely amazing Ever since then she has been walking our dog and doing drop in visits. She has done multiple and I will continue to book with her because my dog is a puppy (1.5 years old) still and doesn't know how to control his excitement so to other people he can be scary, but to Marisa she was able to contain him get his behavior traits, lockdown and ultimately be able to already to train him in a certain routine that they have together which he absolutely loves Now that we won't be out of town coming up soon she may not be walking him or doing drop in visits as much but we will definitely be using her on a regular basis. I would 100% recommend for anyone that is needing drop in visits or pet care to hire Marisa because she is absolutely amazing and again my dog is 80 pounds plus being a Staffy mix with American pitbull he is super strong and can be very aggressive towards other dogs and she has been able to keep him under control. Thank you again Marisa for providing the most amazing outstanding care for our baby and loving him just as much as we do I will forever be grateful for finding you. Thank you again!!!”

About: I have experience occasionally pet sitting for two families, along with years of caring for my own pets. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, and giving pets plenty of attention and affection. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I’m patient, responsible, and always focused on making them feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine because I currently have a pretty flexible schedule. I’m available most days and can make time for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I do have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so my availability is more limited on those days. I can help with feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and giving them plenty of attention. About: Previously worked at a cat boarding, grooming and rescue facility. Boarding experience includes: - Administration of different and some difficult medications - Caring for elderly pets - Having constant attention to detail on ensuring the areas are clean -Following different and specific schedules for feeding I have also had experience growing up with family dogs big and small. Caring for them regularly while family was out of town, as well as my personal late dogs of 18 years old that I would constantly care for when my parents were away. A Deep love for pets that need a little more attention and care. I have two cats myself so pet care is apart of my daily routine. I have just moved to the state so am hoping to fill the hole of my previous job and help more pets in need of care. I will ensure all outside doors are closed when needed and try to ensure keeping the schedule is the same for each pet as every pets schedule can look different.

About: Dogs have been part of my life for years. I started pet sitting in high school and have continued through young adulthood, caring for around 50 dogs in my community. Families rely on me because I’m responsible, patient, and attentive to each dog’s routine and personality. I make sure pets feel comfortable, exercised, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m a recent grad, with a full time work schedule, I’m able to provide walks, playtime, check-ins, and extended stays to make sure your pet gets consistent attention and care. My home has a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor time if boarding is needed. I do live with roommates, so I'm unable to offer boarding at my person home. When possible, I prefer caring for pets in their own homes where they feel most comfortable and secure. I focus on maintaining routines, minimizing stress, and creating a safe, calm environment.

About: Hello!! My names Alani, I’m currently a nursing student at Grand Canyon University! I have always had a huge love for animals and have grown up caring for dogs. I currently have four dogs of my own, two Labs and two French Bulldogs. They are truly part of my family. Caring for them has taught me how to understand different personalities, energy levels, and individual needs. One of my French Bulldogs experiences separation anxiety and has health needs, so I’ve learned to be especially patient, gentle, and attentive. One of my Labs also takes daily medication, so I’m comfortable keeping up with routines and making sure pets get the care they need. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I would treat every dog in my care with the same love, patience, attention, and kindness that I give my own. My goal is always to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, happy, and loved while their family is away. I’m currently a student at GCU, so my schedule does go around that. I am free Tuesdays, thursdays, saturdays, and Sunday! Monday, Wednesday , and Friday I am free but for certain times. Monday - 10am-2pm, 6pm- 10pm Tuesday- All day Wednesday - 1pm-2pm, 7pm- 10pm Thursday- All day Friday- 1pm-2pm, 7pm-10pm Saturday- All day Sunday- All day I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they are in my care. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, so I take the time to learn what makes each pet feel most comfortable. I am very attentive and make sure pets are supervised, cared for, and given plenty of love and attention. I’m also comfortable following specific feeding, medication, and care instructions from pet parents. I treat every home and every pet with respect and care, and I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your fur baby is in good hands.

About: I have owned 4 dogs in the last 10 years ranging from a Neo mastiff to chihuahua at the same time. I have owned a variety of animals also so if you were to have any other kinds of pets I would be capable of caring for them also. One house sitting involved 7 dogs 2 cats 2 horses and a handful of chickens and 2 pigs. All of which were well cared for. I always get the comment of 'my dog doesn't like men but he loves you' all the time. I am not sure what it is but I get along well with all animals even the hot tempered ones. I love all animals and I am sure they will have a lot of attention and be well cared for while I am watching them. I am a rideshare driver usually up early for the morning rush. I have a flexible schedule just let me know what your needs are. I’m flexible and accommodating when caring for pets in my client’s home, making sure to follow their routine closely. I’m happy to give medications, go on walks, and provide whatever care the dog needs to feel comfortable and safe.

About: Although I'm new to Rover, I've been pet sitting since I was 13!! With it being my first job, I started with sitting for neighbors and family friends. Over time, many of them have referred me to their friends and other neighbors. Thanks to those referrals, I've now worked with over 10 families, all of them with at least one dog 🐶! Through those experiences, I cared for younger dogs, senior dogs, dogs that need daily medication, dogs with separation anxiety, and more. My family also has a sweet 4 year old German Shepherd of our own! We've had her since she was a 3 month old puppy, so I also definitely understand the needs of a high energy dog.
