About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals since I was 17. I absolutely love being outside and around animals, I grew up on a farm with lots of horses, cats, and dogs which taught me responsibility. Neighbors, Friends and Family relied on me to feed, water, walk, play and stay with their pets. I have a very flexible schedule since I work from home and attend college 2-3 days a week. I am available to drop in or stay with your pets during the day/night. I can safely and kindly crate your animals if needed. Growing up with dogs and cats, I love to cuddle and play with them as well as taking them for walks. I will ensure their water is clean and full and make sure they’re eating their food.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was around 12, whether it was my own dogs or sitting for friends, family, and neighbors. I’ve had experience with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies who need lots of patience and attention to older dogs who may need a little extra care and a gentler approach. I also cared for my own husky, including keeping up with therapy and medication, so I understand how important it is to follow each dog’s routine and their owner’s instructions. More than anything, I genuinely love dogs and understand how much they mean to their owners. They’re family, and I’ll always treat them that way. I’m patient, loving, and attentive, and I want your dog to feel safe and comfortable with me while giving you peace of mind knowing they’re being well cared for. I do work full-time, but I’m more than happy to make time for your pup! I’m available early mornings before 5 AM and in the afternoons/evenings after 4 PM. Fridays and Saturdays are my days off, so I have much more flexibility and can spend plenty of extra time with your dog on those days. I genuinely enjoy spending my free time with dogs, so whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I’m happy to work their needs and routine into my schedule. I’ll always be upfront about my availability so you can feel comfortable knowing your pup is getting the time and attention they deserve. When caring for your dog in your home, I’ll follow their usual routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I’m happy to follow any instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medication, playtime, and anything else they may need. Every dog is different, so I’ll adjust to their personality and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and care. I’ll also always treat your home with care and respect while you’re away.

Lindsay sent daily updates with photos and went the extra mile with playtime and cuddles. About: Hey Guys and Gals! A little ‘bout me - I have two rescues (hound mix and vizsla mix) and they are my pride and joy; my heart outside of my chest. My husband and I are DINKWAD’s and we LOVE serving animals. I have a military background and I was an aviation mechanic before and I made the switch to animal care because this is what fills my heart, helping people and helping animals. I have fostered in the past and would love to do it again but I will not say it wasn’t heartbreaking to let go! Absolutely terrifying to trust someone with a living being that you’ve been caring for. So I completely understand what it means to trust a rover sitter. It isn’t easy and that’s why meet and greets are essential and why I require them before booking. ADDITIONAL FEES: As you’ve also probably noticed - I do not charge for extra pets. I do not believe that an extra pet requires more than the other (outside of medical care/needs). MEDICAL NEEDS/CARE: I have not yet administered injectable medications to pets and until I have further training I am not comfortable providing this service at this time. I apologize in advance and will continue my learning! TRAVEL FEE/HOUSE SITTING: I do charge a one time travel fee depending on distance for stays. I recently left my full-time position to do more fulfilling work leaving me open to full-time opportunities on Rover. I love animals and there really is no better way for me to spend my day. Trust is of upmost importance to me. My furbabies are my heart and soul and I am beyond critical of who takes care of them in my stead. I believe the same goes for other pet parents and it’s my biggest responsibility to ensure you feel safe and comfortable leaving your pets with me. I will love them like you love them, no less. I strongly believe meet and greets are the most important which is why I require them for all stays/visits.
