Pet care experience
Your pets next favorite sitter!
Hi! My name is Amia and I am a current owner of 3 very loved (and spoiled) dogs and one cat. I have a red nose pit bull, a wire terrier mix, a cavapoo, and an american shorthair. I have been a dog owner all of my life and am an animal lover through and through. I understand the anxiety around leaving your pets in someone else’s care and wanting to find an attentive and trustworthy person while you’re away, and I aim to be just that! I am able to adhere to any needs your dogs or cats may have and I get along with any and all animal personalities! I never bring my pets to any bookings so if your furry friend doesn’t mesh well with other animals it won’t be an issue booking with me! I am excited to create a friendship with your pet and a trusting owner and sitter relationship with you. I hope to be entrusted to be your next sitter 🤗

Safety, trust & environment
I always base my feeding, walking, and crate (if applicable) schedule off of you and your dogs needs. I will provide your pet with playtime to get their energy out, a lot of attention and love, care for their basic needs such as walking, food, water. I understand different pets have different personalities and needs and I’m ready to happily meet them. Although I am there to care for your furry companions, your home is also a priority for me, as I always make sure to respect your space and leave everything as you left it or better!

We are very happy with Amia and the loving care she provided. Our pups were very relaxed and happy under her care.

This was our first time using a pet sitter outside of our family and we are so happy we chose Amia! Our dog is very particular and she came over multiple times for meet and greets/visits so our dog could get to know her a little before we left on a weekend trip! We were happy with communications and care throughout the weekend! Really appreciate the at ease feel we were able to have with Amia staying at our home watching over our dog! Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Amia was responsive to messages and sent pictures of the pups. Our home was as we left it when we returned.

Amia is a great pet sitter. We will be booking again in the future. We have a big dog who requires medication and special care and he had a great couple of days with Amia.

I always feel safe leaving my cats and home in the care of Amia. She is so personable, and is great at communicating. She's reliable and just an all around great person.

Schedule
I have a very flexible and open schedule for the most part. I do have a part time job at Olive Garden. when I do work, my shifts are 4-6 hours long and 2-3 shifts a week. However, my hours and shifts are extremely flexible so if you would prefer me to stay at your home I can and will! On Mondays I also volunteer at the Arizona Humane Society from 12-3. Those being my main work arounds, I am open to discuss any days or times you need me to be available. dog sitting and meeting your pups needs are my number one priority always :)

- Its important for me to know if your pet needs to stick to a specific feeding schedule, take any medications and the conditions they are for, any habits that I would need to be vigilant about such as eating non-food items, places they may go potty in the house, etc, and any other information I may need to give your dog the best care I can!
