“Danielle took fantastic care of our pups! She was extremely flexible regarding a last-minute drop-in booking, and sent us plenty of updates (and adorable photos) during her visits. Would absolutely recommend her services.”

“Nicole was extremely communicative, and took great care of my cat Minnie on a last minute trip out of town. From the first visit for meet and greet throughout her visits she was really nice and open about wanting to help relieve the stress of leaving a pet behind when traveling. She took a bunch of photos and was super responsive to messages, would definitely recommend!”

“Xianna has been with my babies for a while now, trust me; you will not be disappointed. She communicates very well and is trust worthy. Xianna always is able to care for my babies last minute and is very flexible with our schedules. We will continue to book! Thank you, Xianna!”

“We're trying to get our fear-aggressive dog used to Martha (or anyone, really!),so our initial visit was all of us just standing around the house. But she is so incredibly kind and patient, we will definitely work with her again.”
“Elthonia was amazing! She took such good care of our cats while we were gone and sent us the best photos every day. She even cleaned the litter boxes and took the trash out so we could come home to a clean house. Would recommend to anyone!”

About: Hi my name is Jackie , I am a passionate and experienced dog sitter with a heart full of love for furry friends. My love for dogs started at a young age when I grew up surrounded by my family's four-legged companions. From playing fetch in the backyard to long walks to the park, i learned the ins and outs of caring for dogs and quickly realized my love for all dogs. I am up early and only work nights part time, so the furry friends will have my attention all day and only will not be with me at bedtime until I come back home. My dog-sitting services offer much more than just feeding and walking dogs. I will make sure to go above and beyond to ensure that my furry clients are well taken care of, happy, and comfortable in a new space. I provide companionship, playtime, and plenty of cuddles, making sure each dog receives personalized attention based on their unique needs and preferences.
About: Former kennel tech, longtime shelter volunteer, and Fear Free certified pet caregiver here! I have a few years of hands on experience with animals of all kinds - from shy rescue cats and nervous dogs to high-energy puppies, confident working breeds, gentle seniors, reptiles, small animals, and even pets with medical or behavioral needs - I've done it! Whether your companion needs slow patience, structured enrichment, medication, or just a whole lost of love, I'm fully equipped and confident in providing it. Animals have always been the center of my life. I currently share my home with my own little crew - two snakes, three tarantulas, my dog Diego - and they're truly my babies. I care for every pet with the same level of gentleness, attention, and respect that I give my own. As a kennel technician, I was responsible for administering medications and vaccines, performing daily health checks, monitoring behavior, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for puppies. I'm also experienced with horses from my time volunteering at Ponderosa Stables for a year (and from taking horseback riding lessons throughout my childhood). On top of that, I spent nearly two years volunteering with the Arizona Humane Society, working with both cats and dogs on socialization, enrichment, and safe handling. Because of this wide range of experience, I'm comfortable with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments - nervous, reactive, energetic, independent, or snuggle. I read body language carefully, go at their place, and meet them exactly where they are. Whatever your pet needs, I adapt to their personality, routine, and comfort level. ☆゚.*・。゚☆゚.*・。゚☆ Animals are already apart of my everyday routine. From my own pets, to helping others' with theirs, I am around pets constantly. I am an online student as of right now, so I have open availability! ☆゚.*・。゚☆゚.*・。゚☆ I follow a Fear Free approach (a certification I received while volunteering at the Arizona Humane Society) to keep pets calm, safe, and stress-free in their own environment. In your home, I stick closely to your routines - feeding times, potty breaks, walking routes, and house rules. I will make sure to secure all doors, crates, double-check collars, harnesses, and leashes (and bring extra) before walks, and monitor for any signs of stress or discomfort. Your pet will always be treated with respect when they're with me. I see my own pets as my babies. I will ensure that yours feel the same way. They will never be unloved by me. ☆゚.*・。゚☆゚.*・。゚☆
About: Hello!! My name is Emily and I'm a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all breeds, sizes, and ages. From high-energy pups to senior dogs, I know how to make every animal feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their people are away. In my free time, I volunteer at the animal shelter working primarily with dogs and have also fostered puppies and dogs! These experiences have taught me patience, adaptability, and how to meet each pet’s unique needs with compassion and care. I'm fairly new to Arizona and am excited to connect with other pet parents and build lasting relationships in the community. I treat every pet I care for like my own because I know how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your furry family members. What you can expect from me is: • Personalized attention and updates (photos & messages every visit!) • Reliable, responsible care and clear communication • Experience with medication administration, leash training, and special needs pets • A calm, loving presence that helps animals feel right at home Whether you need a safe place for your pet to be during the workday, overnight care, walks, or just someone to drop by and give your pet some love, I’m here to provide! I look forward to hearing from you!! I work from home most of the time, so I am available to your pet more often than not when they are staying with me! I have a fenced in yard where your pet can roam free and a sweet pug they can play with if they choose to! I have a designated area where your pet can have alone time or be crated if needed, and there is a walking trail and dog park in my neighborhood we can play and walk in! Any pets I watch will be walked twice per day (three times for boarding) and allowed as much or as little time as they would like outside.
“Cassandra is super friendly and is extremely patient with our shy/anxious dog. She went above and beyond to connect with him on his terms. Looking forward to working with her in the future!”

“Super grateful for Dalton to drop in and check on our pups while we were away. He went above and beyond spending time with them as well as helped us out one day when feeder detected it was low. Would definitely book again in the future!”
“Maria is amazing! My shy cat usually hides from everyone, but he now runs to greet her and chooses cuddles with her over playing—something he only does with family. Her updates and photos are wonderful and always show him happy and relaxed. When I forgot to leave enough wet food and couldn’t reply to messages, she spotted an unopened Amazon box, checked inside, and fed him anyway. Huge relief! I’ve already rebooked her—she’s thoughtful, proactive, and my cat absolutely loves her. Highly recommend!”

About: I grew up around animals. My grandpa bred pug chihuahuas for many years, and we always had pet cats and dogs in our home. In my own adult home I’ve had a pet hedgehog, and currently have two cats I work from home during the day and love to get walks in all throughout the day! I get two 15 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch, but I am always able to flex my time I’m currently living out of my camper van, so coming to your pet is the best way to ensure they feel safe while in their own space. If your pet is territorial I like to try to distract with treats or a toy. I like to build trust by letting your pet come to me when they’re ready, but also utilizing their comfort methods if we need to get going on our walk
“Jasmine was fantastic with our cats! Very communicative and we loved getting pictures of them every day. We will definitely book her again the next time we need a petsitter”

About: Hi, I’m Kayla! I graduated from ASU in 2018 and spent several years doing Rover full-time. I took a little break to start a family, and now I have a 2-year-old daughter who loves animals just as much as I do! Earlier this year, we lost our sweet Rottweiler to cancer, and it reminded me how much joy pets bring to a home. That’s why I decided now is the perfect time to get back into dog sitting. Animals have always been my passion, and our home (and hearts) feel brighter when we’re surrounded by them. I’m a stay-at-home mom, and my husband works from home, so your pup will rarely be left alone. We have a huge, fenced backyard that’s perfect for fetch and running around, plus lots of space inside for play and snuggles. I’ve loved and cared for animals my entire life and know how important it is to have someone you trust with your pets and home. Since I was 10 years old, I’ve pet-sat for family, friends, and neighbors, and I’ve worked with all kinds of breeds—from tiny Chihuahuas to Huskies, Boxers, and even Saint Bernards. The best part of pet sitting is the excitement and love you get when an animal greets you—it never gets old! I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets and promise they’ll be in good hands with me. 💚 I am a stay at home mom and my husband works from home, so one of us is always home during the day! We occasionally go to the gym for an hour at night, but once the weather cools down - we prefer going on walks at night! We love also love to hike! We have a huge, fenced backyard and spacious home for all the fetching, running and playing your pup could imagine! We don’t have any pets inside the home, only our 2 year old daughter - who loves animals. If you prefer we keep them separate, we have a baby gate in storage that could easily be installed!
“Elizabeth was an amazing pet sitter for our two kitties! She made sure to not only give specialized play time with our younger cat, but also gave space to our older shy cat. Both cats seemed to love being around her and we would love to have her catsit for us again!”

About: I truly love every pet I care for, giving them attention, comfort, and affection. Their happiness and well-being mean the world to me, and I treat them like family. I’m currently going to school but have all the time in the world to take care of any animal bug or small. As much as I can be used the better. I have a fenced yard and a bricked up backyard. I prioritize my pets care to the max so it’s like clock work when it comes to taking care of any pets!
Maryvale pet parents share their Rover experiences
Callie was amazing. She accommodated me on very short notice to come to my house in the middle of the night to let my cane Corso out. She was not fearful of her or anything. I really appreciate her being available on such short notice and I will definitely be rebooking with her again. She was very kind
