Teddy was recovering from a paw injury and they even went above and beyond when one of his paw bandages came off during the visit and rewrapped it. I felt comfortable knowing Teddy was in good hands with them and plan to continue to use them in the future for drop-in visits. They kept me updated through the rover app. I highly recommend them.”

About: I have grown up with dogs all of my life, taken care of disabled dogs and dog sat at people’s homes for 4 years. I took a break from being on Rover due to getting into PA school but now that I’m graduated I’m set and ready to love on your dog! I am friendly, responsible and will take amazing care of your dog. Dogs are my passion and will enjoy spending time with any time I can get with your dog. Hi! I recently graduated PA school and currently free everyday due to being a student on break with occasionally 1-2 hours a day of work. I’m Available most times and very flexible. I live in a large house, near dog parks and walking trails. I can easily crate a dog if needed and take on any tasks. I have had experience with disabled dogs.

Especially as the AZ weather cools down for the holidays, we're looking for more ways to get fresh air, as well as the lovely fulfillment that comes from playing with animals, and honestly we could use the exercise! lol. I have a bunch of dog toys too - let me know what game they like to play the most (frisbee, catch, tug-of-war) or if they're just chill and more snuggly- that's no problem either! We live in a residential home that has a large backyard with a pool, and even a doggy door [fits up to large dogs]! We are both animal lovers of all kinds, and are needing some doggo/kitty time. With 2 intentional animal care takers, your pet will surely have all the pets, mental stimulation, emotional connection, and exercise they can get! We are both available full-time for the moment and are eager to fill our time warming our hearts and helping our community <3 {Kendall} Having grown up with dogs my whole life, I've grown such an attachment to having a bundle of joy around. My family recently moved and brought the dogs with them. So living without pets for the past 8 months made me realized how important it is for me to care for loving lil sweethearts. Besides raising multiple dogs growing up, my pet sitting experience is limited to petting sitting my family-friend's dogs on several occasions. I'm able to walk dogs, feed them medicine, I almost always get dogs to warm up to me, especially through playing frisbee, catch, or tug-of-war! I also love a good relax time with the dogs, I can usually match the dogs vibe pretty well. {Mark} Hello all Im Mark, just like Kendall i have also grown up in a house with at least 1 dog present. I naturally get along with animals very well and try to give them a safe and comfortable space to be in. I will often times play the acoustic guitar in the house and al ot of the dogs ive done that around love to just lay near the music and relax, my familys bulldog would be a good example as he loves laying next to me while I play. We're currently living at home full-time - which is a perfect opportunity to pet sit! We do leave the house about once a day (for groceries, events, dates, etc.) though someone may still be home. We also occasionally have people over, though they're almost all pet owners or vet techs. Also, every couple months we travel out of state to visit with family (and get out of the Phoenix heat!) Though since it's cooling down, we want to get outside and enjoy the nice weather, especially with a cutie bean of a pet! {Kendall} I'm an artist and part-time online reseller. My days often look like watering the garden, creating art at my desk or editing videos on my computer, listing items for sale online, as well as cook and clean. I do have friends over occasionally, though no worries- most of my friends are vet-techs believe it or not, or at least multiple-pet owners themselves. {Mark} I'm a musician who's recently produced an improvisational album and am currently working on distributing and releasing it to the public, as well as filming music videos. My days look like playing guitar for hours, working on my computer, watching football, and honestly playing video games. I've had a full-time job most of my life, but very recently switched to owning my own schedule. I'd be truly happy to care for a lil creature in the meantime! We are looking to fill our time directed towards caring for sweet animals, helping our community, and getting fresh air & exercise while doing it! We have a lovely, clean and spacious home with a fenced backyard. We have a doggy door, treats, a bunch of toys, a dog bed, and even a pool! There are no other animals who live here, which may benefit certain animals. We live in a lovely gated neighborhood to walk them in. Better yet (if you're okay with it), there's a glorious concrete and dirt trail along Sonoran Desert Drive that we already love walking on, might as well walk a dog too! We're excited to play with doggos, walk them, even swim with them! We're also excited to relax by the fireplace, listen to acoustic guitar or piano, or even cat nap in the sunlight glow in the courtyard. We're aware of more than just their basic needs, especially with a loving and conscious couple like us caring for your pet, we will ensure routine food, water, and exercise, as much as playtime, mental & emotional engagement, and intuitive attentiveness.

About: Hey everyone! I’m Maguire or just call me Mag. Fully deaf since birth, and I use American Sign Language & written English to communicate with anyone (no oral). I spent my childhood & early adulthood with 9 cats and a small dog. I once helped rescuing & taking care of 4 stray kittens with my dad & brother. Interestingly, my family and I had used sign language to train & communicate with our pets. Sadly my dog has recently passed away, and all of my cats are currently living with my dad very far away from me. It’s been a while since I don’t have spent time with any pet, and it makes me feeling a little lonely so that’s why I decided to join Rover recently. Getting paid is cool but spending quality time with animals will always be the most rewarding part for me as a commercial pet sitter Unfortunately I didn’t get a lot of experiences as a pet sitter but I did feed & look after my former roommate’s 3 cats for some time. Also I’ve taken care of my dad’s paralyzed kitty for a short time. As now, I may be an inexperienced commercial pet-sitter but I’m always so motivated to learn and grow my pet-sitting skills. About: I've had pets since I was young. I've taken care of both dogs and cats, from at least 5 months 15 years old. I have given senior dogs medications including some IV fluids, but mainly oral medications. Dog walks or visits to the dog park is apart of my daily schedule. I am a part-time student and a part-time caregiver. I have school on Monday-Thursday mornings from 7:30am to 11:30am. I work as a caregiver on weekends from 2pm to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. I have plenty of time in the week to do check-ins, potty breaks, and to stay overnight. Staying in my client's home, I follow specific rules and schedules wanted by the client. I I always make sure the pets are safe, doors are locked, and doggy doors are open/closed (up to the client's preferences).

About: I’ve always had pets growing up and have had 6+ cats and 6+ dogs over my lifetime. Many of different breeds but particularly 3 German shepherds. My cat and German shepherd recently have passed over the last year so I’m here to care for others pets, love on them, and care for them until I’m ready to rescue my next. I work remote Monday and Fridays (in office T-Thurs). And work east coast hours so I’m off by 2:30pm each day. I’m active and enjoy walks around my neighborhood! I have a house with a fenced in backyard. I have local parks I can walk the dog to get some exercise. Your pets will be well taken care of and housed.

About: I recently lost my 16-year-old Shih Tzu, Harper, who was a huge part of my life. Caring for him through every stage of life, especially his senior years, gave me extensive experience with patience, routines, medication support, comfort care, and recognizing dogs’ individual needs. I am comfortable caring for both small and large dogs and provide a calm, clean, smoke-free home environment. Your dog will have access to a spacious, air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time. There are no other animals or children in the home, allowing for a peaceful environment and plenty of individualized attention. As a school principal, responsibility, communication, safety, and trust are part of my everyday life. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet with someone dependable, loving, and attentive. During the school year, I have my full-time role as an elementary school principal. I'm typically away from home Monday through Friday from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If your dog is comfortable being home during those hours—similar to a typical workday—I would love to care for them! Before and after work, your pet will receive plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, walks (if requested), cuddles, and lots of love. One of the perks of my career is having several school breaks throughout the year. During fall, winter, spring, summer breaks, and long weekends, my schedule is much more flexible, allowing me to spend significantly more time at home with your pet. If you're looking for boarding during one of those breaks, your dog will enjoy even more companionship and attention throughout the day. My home is safe, smoke-free, and has a fully fenced yard. Transparency is important to me, so if your pet requires constant supervision or frequent midday care during the workweek, I may not be the best fit. However, if your dog is comfortable with a typical workday routine, I'd be happy to welcome them into my home. I provide a safe, calm, clean, and loving environment where pets can feel comfortable and cared for while away from their families. My home is smoke-free with no other pets or children, which allows me to provide individualized attention and a peaceful environment. About: I have a good amount of experience caring for animals. This is a friendly environment with room to run in and out. I'm a hands on sitter and animal lover. I work in the area I live and check in between appointments on the dogs. The rest of the time I'm here and home on weekends. My kids are home for the summer. There are many areas for the dogs to relax and feel comfortable. There are several water stations inside and outside. The backyard is 75% shaded during the daytime hours.

Our home is located in a gated community, providing an added level of safety and security. We have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely go outside for fresh air, potty breaks, and supervised playtime. Pets staying with us will spend most of their time indoors with the family, receiving plenty of attention, companionship, and exercise.

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for more than 30 years. Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for dogs, cats, bunnies, and various reptiles, and I absolutely love birds and would be thrilled to care for them as well. On walks, I’m very aware of our surroundings and cautious about what pets encounter or pick up along the way. I’m an extremely active person and regularly walk 4–5 miles, so high-energy dogs are absolutely welcome. Whether your pet needs a slow, sniff-filled stroll or a long walk to burn off some energy, I’m happy to accommodate their normal routine. I work from home, which gives me tremendous flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting throughout the day. For pets staying with me, outdoor time is always supervised. They’ll have access to a well-secured yard with a secured pool area, along with plenty of opportunities for walks and attention throughout the day. I also understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. I will treat your home, belongings, privacy, and surroundings with the same respect I would expect someone to show mine. I work from home full-time, which gives me a tremendous amount of flexibility throughout the day and allows pet care to fit very naturally into my routine. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, or simply spending some extra time with a pet who doesn’t like being alone for long periods. I’m also a very active person and walking is already a big part of my lifestyle. A 4–5 mile walk isn’t unusual for me, so I’m especially happy to accommodate active or high-energy dogs who need more than a quick trip around the block. When pets are staying with me, I’m home throughout the day, so they’ll receive plenty of attention and supervised outdoor time rather than being left alone for long stretches. I have a well-secured yard with a secured pool area, and I’m happy to maintain each pet’s normal feeding, walking, medication, play, and rest schedule as closely as possible. Because my schedule is flexible, I can adapt my day around the needs and routine of the pets in my care. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, my goal is to keep their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I know every pet has their own personality, preferences, quirks, and schedule, so I’m happy to follow detailed instructions. There is truly no such thing as “too much information” when it comes to your pet! In my home, I work remotely and am home throughout the day, so pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and exercise. Outdoor time is supervised in my well-secured yard, and the pool area is secured as well. I’m very active and happy to provide longer or more frequent walks for pets who need them, while seniors or lower-energy pets can enjoy a much slower pace. In a client’s home, I’m extremely respectful of both your pet’s routine and your space. I’ll follow your normal feeding schedule, walks, medications, special diets, playtime, bedtime routines, and any household instructions you provide. I’m also naturally very observant, so I pay attention to changes in appetite, water intake, bathroom habits, energy, behavior, or anything else that seems unusual. Safety is always a priority. I’m cautious on walks, attentive to what pets may try to eat or get into, and careful with doors, gates, leashes, yards, and surroundings. I also have a lot of patience with anxious or shy pets and will never force interaction. I’m happy to let them warm up to me on their own terms.

I follow routines closely, as well as provide plenty of exercise and attention and most importantly prioritize, your dog’s safety and happiness I do work part-time, but I will have plenty of time to care for your pets as well as take them on walks and play with them. About: I wasn’t allowed to have pets as a kid, so I frequently visited my friends’ houses and play with their animals. I love my kitties and will love on your cats & dogs as if they’re my own! My kitties have FIV so I’m used to cleaning their space and sneaking supplements into their food. I work full time in the afternoons, so mornings are best for me! The earlier the better. I have time to take care of my babies so I’d love to help take care of yours too. I’ll take the best care of your pet in your home!
