“Joel was amazing from beginning to end. I needed a last minute booking for a trip out of town and Joel got back to me very timely. This is my first experience with Rover so I had some doubts as most would. However, all of those were put to rest as Joel was very flexible and helpful with pick up/drop off, made me very comfortable trusting him, sent lots of photos/videos, and even has dogs of his own my dogs were able to socialize with. After both of them up they seem in great spirits and well taken care of. If anything they are more calm from getting lots of energy out and probably want to go back. I definitely recommend Joel, and will be using him in the future if needed.”

You can tell when you arrive he genuinely loves animals. Max is usually shy at first but he went right to Myron. He was flexible with pick up and drop off times. I would definitely use his services again.”

“My two dogs spent about a week with Cindy. They had previously been kenneled for a couple of vacations. It was years ago and they were quite distressed when the experience was over. I was able to bring their own beds and favorite toys. Cindy sent delightful photos daily showing them quite pleased with themselves and their adventures. I enjoyed seeing them happy so much. “We arranged for a meet up at Jenny's apartment before we dropped off our dog, Bowie. Jenny was so patient with Bowie and gave her treats while we were there, Bowie seemed to warm up to her pretty quickly! My wife and I left for our wedding weekend after dropping Bowie off the following morning and had confidence that she was being well taken care of and didn't worry about the dog the whole time we were away. We would definitely reccomend Jenny and would book with her again for any future trips.”

Our other sitter cancelled the night before our trip and Alejandro was willing to board on short notice and be flexible with our arrival time. We received daily updates and pictures and our dogs seemed to be living their best life. They treated our dogs like their own and I was worried our dogs wouldn't want to come home. I will definitely be using them again and HIGHLY recommend them.”
