Five stars all the way! Andrea watched my dog Stormi during a work trip and was amazing from start to finish. She sent great pictures and updates, and coordinating drop-off and pick-up couldn't have been easier. Her and her family treated Stormi so kindly, and she came home happy and completely exhausted from all the fun. Trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely loving toward your pup. Oscar and Tessa looked after my senior golden doodle for 12 days while we were out of the country. They were the fifth time I have utilized Rover for pet sitting. She did well with all of the previous sitters. I received two messages over that time period and two photos. Oscar said she had two accidents while they were home (working from home). She has never, in fourteen years had an accident in our home, so that was concerning. I provided my normal routine schedule. I work from home just like Oscar and Tessa, so I am not sure why it happened. She is very good about letting me know when she needs to go outside. She has lost weight, which is concerning. I was told she was “sad” for a week and took awhile to eat her food. I am sure they tried to support her the best they could, but now that she is getting older and has cataracts which make it difficult for her to see, I think it was really tough for her to adjust to strangers. I thank Oscar and Tessa for their efforts. I will likely not use this service again unless it is an emergency because it was too stressful for my senior dog. In comparison to previous sitters. Oscar and Tessa provided minimal communication. However, I was in a different time zone and halfway around the world, so any messages were delayed anyway. I would recommend them to others. They were very gracious about it all.
Delightful to work with my senior chihuahua. We all know some that get really grouchy when we upset her scheduled expectations. Well- not this time. I do believe she didn’t miss me with all the petting on demand and good walks for her active bladder. Getting older is hard on us humans, but at least we can understand, I’m not sure my pup gets the aging changes, but she well knows when she’s being taken care of. Picked her up, charged the EV, and she’s resting in her favorite spot as if I was never gone from home. - excellent!!!
We boarded our furry kids with Tiffany for 6 nights and couldn’t be happier with the care they received. They were incredibly patient with them and very good at communicating with us, sending us daily updates and pictures making us feel at ease while we were away. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable compassionate sitter and some fun time with their pups!
Krishna was phenomenal with Nova. I can tell she is very knowledgeable about caring for pets and it showed with how quickly my dog got comfortable with her and her pets. If your dog has never been around cats, Krishna’s cats will make him/her feel comfortable around them. They are all friendly and gentle. Once strangers have now become best friends. She was super attentive and loving. I’d highly recommend and will be booking through her again! :)
