I had put it in the “cart” to hold it while I asked her if she was available. She informed me she was not available so I booked another date. I forgot to delete the prior date and was charged for it when I checked out. She kindly cancelled the booking so I would not get charged. Unfortunately Rover gave her a bad review for “cancelling.” She did me a big favor trying to correct my mistake and in no way cancelled a valid booking. We book her frequently as she is super reliable. Our dog loves Susy and her family!!”
