About: We know leaving your dog behind can be stressful, so our goal is to make them feel like they’re on vacation too! We only host one family’s dog(s) at a time, so your pup will receive our full attention in a calm, loving home—never a crowded doggy daycare environment. We’re a family of four who genuinely loves dogs. Our 11-year-old son enjoys playing fetch, going for walks, and giving plenty of affection, while our 12-year-old daughter loves working on basic training and teaching fun tricks (with your approval, of course!). My husband, Justin, and I have always been dog lovers. After losing our beloved dog, Rev, this past February, our home has felt a little quieter. While we’re not quite ready to welcome another dog of our own, we’d love the opportunity to care for and spoil yours as if they were part of our family. I work from home, so your dog will have companionship throughout the day and won’t be left alone for long stretches. We also have a sweet senior cat, so we’re looking for dogs that are comfortable around cats or have lived with them before. Whether your pup loves playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply a quiet place to relax, we’ll tailor their stay to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved until you’re home again. I work from home so your pup will have company most of the day. When the kids get home from school you can expect a lot of loving and play time. We have a fenced yard, pool (no fence), and a crate we can offer if your dog prefers to be crated at night or if we leave periodically throughout the day

About: We love dogs and have experience with everything from old, tired dogs to young and overly energetic ones. We love to take dogs for walks, play with them in the yard, and make them feel safe in the house. We would be so glad to take care of your dog! I am at home full time with two sons (age 8 and 9) who participate in pet care and love dogs. We have time and attention to spare. We just lost our rescued dog, so we have been in the habit of daily care including morning and evening walks, twice a day feeding, daily brushing, and even administering meds. We have 2 dog beds in the house and allow dogs to be near us but expect them not to roam or be on furniture in the house. We have a good, fenced back yard with space to run and play.

“Bonita was such a treasure of a find. I was so anxious about leaving our little Bodi at a boarding facility. No matter how hard I looked, I could not find one that met all my desires for our dog. I wanted, so badly, for him to feel safe and comfortable, attended to and at home. I finally came across Rover online. This was our first time using Rover and Bonita was absolutely amazing. Her home is such a warm and inviting place and so safe for dogs to stay. Bonita does some volunteer work but is retired and spends much of her time at home. So she is able to be very attentive to the dogs throughout the day. She was intentional about being at her home the day when we dropped Bodi off just so that she could help him feel acclimated to his new vacation home. Bonita sent pictures and updates while we were away (for a week), which gave us such a peace and joy to know he was happy and cared for so exceptionally. I would absolutely recommend Bonita to anyone looking for an amazing care lodging for your pet while you’re out of town for either a short or long-term stay. I would encourage you to consider leaving a tip, because her prices and service simply can NOT be matched. ???”
