Khadouj was amazing and I 100% recommend her! This was my first time using Rover and she made it so easy. It’s always nerve-wracking to leave your pets with a new family, but I’m glad I trusted my gut! From the moment we did the meet n greet, it seemed like a good fit. Tina and her family are a great match for my dogs. They respected my concerns (one of my dogs has orthopedic issues), were flexible about pick up and drop off as my plans morphed a bit, texted, sent photos. Now I can relax, knowing my dogs will be well taken care of when we’re out of the country for several weeks.
Analyssa took such great care of Floki while we were away for a wedding in Scottsdale. From the start, she was professional, warm, and clearly attentive to every detail. She kept us at ease with regular updates and photos, which meant a lot while we were traveling. Floki came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. It was evident that Analyssa treated her with genuine care and affection, not just as a job, but as if she were her own. We are very grateful and would absolutely trust Analyssa again in the future. Joanne was absolutely fantastic with Jax. She is so kind and genuine. You can tell how much she cares about animals and making sure they have the best experience possible. We did a meet and greet beforehand, and she asked thoughtful, detailed questions to really get to know Jax which I really appreciated! Her home is warm and cozy, with lots of toys, dog beds, and a beautiful backyard! She even went the extra mile by giving Jax healthy treats like carrots and blueberries. She sent pictures and updates everyday! I had some travel issues getting back, and she was really accommodating, which I’m so grateful for. She even shared some insights about Jax that I hadn’t noticed before, which just shows how attentive she is and how much she cares. You can truly tell she loves what she does and wants the best for every animal in her care. I highly, highly recommend Joanne!
Ashlee took such good care of our precious Ginger. Her home was very clean and her family was warm and loving. Ashlee kept us updated about Ginger and even sent us pictures. It was quite a relief. We are not able to travel very much anymore, but if we should need a caregiver..ASHLEE would be our first choice@
I am usually nervous leaving our dog. However, Matia made me feel at ease from the start at our meet and greet to when we actually left our dog. She had great communication and provided many videos and photos. I could see that our dog was having so much fun and did not seem anxious or stressed. Those things all made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Matia and we will be using her for dog sitting again.
Highly recommend Darlene. She took him even if it’s last minute when our regular sitter had an emergency. She’s been great with Pharaoh. Followed his meds and feeding instructions to a tee. She’s sent us pictures and updates regularly while we’re away on vacation. Won’t hesitate to use her service/s again in the future.
