Daily photos, easy and prompt communication, and the dogs came home very happy. I took an Uber pet from the airport and needed the stop to be quick when picking them up, they were waiting outside with the dogs leashed up and ready to go. Would rover with them again.
Lindsey was absolutely wonderful! She kept me updated the entire time and sent me pictures throughout Piper’s stay, which really helped me feel comfortable and reassured while I was away. It was clear that Piper was well cared for and getting lots of attention. Megan was very accommodating when I needed to adjust my drop off time. She also met my dog and me in a meet and greet prior to our boarding date at a park by her condo. She is super friendly and loves dogs! She played with my dog a lot and walked her every day. Megan also sent great pics and videos during the stay. I would trust Tater Tot with her any time!
Lorin and her children are very easy going, nice, and responsible people. I like how everyone in the family is involved in taking care of the pets. My dog seemed immediately comfortable, both during the meet and greet at a nearby park, as well as when I dropped her off at their home. I could tell she had a good stay with them through the photos and updates, as well as being very calm and relaxed when I picked her up. Thank you Lorin and family!
My pup had the BEST time with Mark and fam. He got along wonderfully with their sweet dog ginger and two boys, it was a staycation for him! I felt very comfortable knowing he was being well taken care of and getting lots of play time in with a great family. Can’t wait to have them sit again!
Hope is a fantastic dog-sitter, and I cannot recommend her enough. She was very easy to work with, sent frequent photos and updates of my pup Winston, and has genuinely the sweetest Golden girl named Piper. My only wish is that we were not two ships passing in the night...I am soon moving away from Phoenix, and she is very new to the area so I am sad to say I won't be able to use her services again. But under different circumstances Hope (and Piper!) would certainly be my go-to dog-sitter!
