Drop-off and pickup were super easy since they’re not too far from the airport. We left a list of special instructions, and they handled everything without any issues. They sent us picture updates of Chico and Chester before we even asked, which we really appreciated. Our pups settled in like they were part of the family, went on regular walks to the nearby park, and even enjoyed hanging out with Christian and Hana’s little girl. “Zinnia is amazing!! I had no one to watch my puppy so I found Zinnia on Rover and immediately she was responsive and we set up a meet and greet for the following week. It went great and I setup a 3 day boarding and I couldn’t be happier!! It’s clear that Zinnia really cares about every dog she spends time with and she communicates very well throughout the reservation. Zinnia will send pictures and videos throughout the day, without me needing to ask which is so nice, and all day I can see my little guy Meade is having the best time!! If I needed to let her know I’d be running late, or early, she was quick to communicate back and allowed me the flexibility I needed which she absolutely didn’t have to do. I truly feel at ease when my dog is with her and for being a very timid dog, Meade has the best time with her!! I’ll be using Z for all of my future puppy needs and would definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family.”

I was so happy to connect with Katherine when my regular sitter was unavailable. My first (and subsequent) impression is that she is kind and professional. Her genuine affection for pets is evident. Katherine responded promptly to my texts and was happy to accommodate a minor change that I requested at the last minute. She provided ample pics and videos so I never wondered how my dog was coping, he seemed quite content. I would highly recommend Katherine’s services for your pet.
Another happy weekend retreat for my 13 y/o Brussels Griffon mix, Avi. He loves spending time ant her house and I have complete confidence that Cassie cares for my boy as if he were her own, including giving him his 2X daily insulin injections. I highly recommend Cassie.
Maria was super responsive and I really appreciated how much she cared for our boy's wellbeing, as well as making sure he didn't fall into any bad habits that we've been trying to curb at home. Our boy tends to have a bit of anxiety at new homes, but he seemed to have settled in relatively quickly thanks to Maria, and he came home a happy boy!
We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our family chiweenie, Khöra, over Christmas break. She took exceptional care of her and kept us consistently updated, especially about how Khöra was adjusting to being away from home. Her communication gave us so much peace of mind.
