Susan was an absolutely wonderful sitter for Bert! I would recommend her without any hesitation. She went above and beyond in making sure that Bert was comfortable, even teaching him to be comfortable getting into an elevator for the first time! Susan also provided detailed updates full of cute photos and videos every day to reassure us that Bert was having a great time! We have already booked another stay with Susan because Bert had such a wonderful time, and we feel 100% confident that he will be safe and very well cared for!
Kenzie is an exceptional pet sitter! She is highly organized, meticulous about safety, and follows all instructions as outlined. Once I communicated all of my pets' needs, she was incredibly thoughtful and proactive (even made a ramp for my dog who's recovering from a hip injury so that she could go outside). It is clear she has a lot of experience—especially with housing senior dogs—and she truly understands the nuances and stress pets can feel when left in a new environment/are apart from their owners. She anticipated every need to keep my dog calm, and she was visibly comfortable under her care. She also did house visits for my other dog, handled the logistics, communicated questions/concerns/observations promptly, and was incredibly timely with photo updates. It was clear to me that Kenzie knows how to navigate animals and genuinely loves them. I really felt at ease entrusting my pet and home to her. I highly recommend her!
This was my first time ever using ROVER since I’ve been unhappy with some hotels, my dog seemed very happy, I didn’t find any issues at all. The space was great for him. They had a large back area where he could roam around, and Ezra even took him on walks with another dog. I was able to bring everything he needed without any issues. They were very welcoming and kind.

Amber was amazing my older dog summer stayed with her and her amazing doggo for 4 or 5 days and she was sending me pictures and videos and updates on how my chihuahua terrier summer was doing. Leaving five stars would leave more if I could and definitely would book again and I think you should do the same!
Jamie was amazing! She has the cutest set up for pups that she watches in her home. She was so sweet, kind, and my pup warmed up to her immediately. She sent me a few of her favorite photos she took of my babygirl and was so communicative during the whole thing. Definitely will be coming to her in the future!
I can’t say enough good things about Jordan as a dog sitter! She has taken care of Jacoby on two separate occasions now, and both times have been fantastic. Jordan checked in with me frequently, sending adorable pictures of Jacoby having the time of his life. You can tell she loves him like one of her own. Every time I pick him up, he’s full of energy and happiness, which speaks volumes. I am so sad we’re moving out of state, as I would have loved to keep Jordan on as Jacoby’s permanent sitter. If you’re looking for someone who is caring, trustworthy, and truly devoted to your pet, Jordan is absolutely the best. I can’t recommend her enough!
