About: I have a puppy of my own, so I understand the patience, consistency, and attention that young pets need. Caring for my puppy has given me experience with feeding schedules, potty training, basic obedience reinforcement, exercise, and lots of playtime. What sets me apart is that I genuinely love animals and treat every pet like part of my family. I’m reliable, attentive, and committed to making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I also have experience caring for pets with different personalities and energy levels, and I’m happy to follow any routines or special instructions to keep them happy and healthy. I recently graduated and have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. As a puppy owner myself, I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, and giving pets the love and care they deserve I recently started working at my job from 3:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., Saturday through Tuesday. Since I work early mornings, I’m available for the rest of the day and have a flexible schedule for walks, drop-in visits, daycare, and overnight stays. I’m committed to providing reliable, attentive care and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with me. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. As a pet owner, I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. I carefully follow each pet’s routine, including feeding instructions, exercise needs, medications if needed, and any special requests. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment where they can feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while you’re away.

If you are reviewing other walkers/sitters, stop. Rachel was beyond patient, understanding, and loving to our pets. She walked our dogs and house sat consistently over two years, and was always patient with our very anxious lab. We are sad to be moving, but your pets and home will be in good hands!

About: Hi, I’m Sidney! As a Navy veteran and lifelong dog lover, I understand the importance of trust, consistency, and showing up when it matters most. I know that our pets aren’t just animals—they’re family, and they deserve to be cared for with the same love and attention we give the people we care about. I have experience caring for my own dog and understand that every dog has a unique personality, energy level, and routine. Whether your pup loves long walks, leisurely sniff breaks, playtime, or simply needs a dependable companion while you’re away, I’m happy to meet them where they are. My background in counseling and human services has taught me patience, empathy, and how to remain calm in different situations. I’m attentive to details, comfortable following specific care instructions, and committed to making sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. When your dog is with me, you can expect: • Reliable, on-time service • Plenty of exercise, attention, and affection • Photo and video updates during walks or visits • Respect for your dog’s routine and any special instructions • Clear communication so you always know how your pet is doing Whether your dog is energetic and adventurous or prefers a slower pace, I’ll make sure they receive personalized care and lots of love. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I enjoy being active, so I build time each day for walks, outdoor time, and exercise. I plan my schedule to ensure I can be dependable and give each dog the attention they deserve rather than rushing through visits. I understand how important consistency is for pets, so I make it a priority to follow each dog’s routine, whether that means morning walks, midday potty breaks, evening exercise, or simply spending quality time with them. I also keep pet parents updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their furry family member is happy and well cared for. For me, caring for dogs isn’t just another task—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to each week. When caring for pets, I focus on creating a calm, safe, and positive experience while following each pet parent’s instructions and routine. I know that dogs thrive on consistency, so I take the time to learn their schedule, personality, and preferences. In a client’s home, I respect both the pet and the home as if they were my own. During walks or drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your dog gets the exercise, attention, playtime, fresh water, and potty breaks they need. I’ll also reinforce any routines you’ve established and provide updates with photos so you know how your pet is doing. Safety is always my top priority. I pay close attention during walks, avoid unnecessary risks, keep dogs securely leashed, and watch for signs of stress, fatigue, or discomfort. My goal is for every pet to feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to see me again.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats for years, including managing a busy multi-pet household with 11 cats and a dog. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, litter box maintenance, walks, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. Friends, neighbors, and family trust me to keep their pets safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re away. I work from home, which allows pet care to naturally fit into my daily routine. I’m able to provide consistent attention, follow feeding and medication schedules, take pets out for walks or potty breaks, and give them plenty of playtime and companionship throughout the day. I’m already experienced with caring for multiple pets, so creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment comes naturally to me. I provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment where pets can feel secure while their owners are away. In my home, pets have access to a large backyard with a designated potty area, giving them space for fresh air, playtime, and regular breaks in a safe setting. I believe in maintaining each pet’s normal routine, following care instructions closely, and giving every animal patience, attention, and affection. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize cleanliness, supervision, communication, and making sure pets feel relaxed and well cared for.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life from chihuahuas and German Shepards. I know how to well maintain every dog I have had. Apart from being a student athlete, I’ve worked at a doggy daycare for about two years. During my time there, I took care of the dogs for the day, fed them, cleaned up after them, and played with them. Working there helped me develop patience and gain practical experience working with various dog breeds. I am home for the summer from college so I have lots of time to care for your pets! Outside of this, I like to go to the gym, watch lots of movies, journal, and listen to music. In my own home I care for my pets as any good owner does. I know what they want when they want it and I easily pick up their signs. We have a large backyard for them to play and run around in. Unfortunately, due to one of my dogs disliking other dogs, I cannot allow other pets into my home. While she loves people, interacting with unknown dogs is a bit complicated for her. I will ensure that any home I am in is well-maintained and not damaged by any pets.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life ever since I was a kid. I enjoy taking care of my dogs so much and I hope to make sure everyone’s dog is taken care of. ☺️ I’m currently a part-time student and work part time and have the weekends and holidays off cause of college. I’ve been looking for the opportunity to be more active throughout my days and include other activities during my free time. I have a decent sized front yard for my little dog to run around and be active while i watch her from my front porch as well as a backyard with fake grass so if my dog poops I can clean it up very easily.

About: When you're away, you want to know your dog is happy, healthy, and cared for like family. As a Rover client myself, I know how much thought goes into finding a sitter who will truly care for your beloved pet. More than anything, I want your dog to feel genuinely loved, not just looked after. . I understand that each dog is unique, so I'll partner w/ you and build a routine around what your pup actually needs, provide individualized attention, enrichment, and a calm, structured environment. Updates and photos will be provided as often as you want, and communication will be professional and prompt. . Centrally located in downtown Phoenix, under 15 minutes from PHX airport, in a secure building complex. My home is calm, clean, and puppy-proofed, with all dog supplies, toys, grooming products, bedding, and furnishings chosen specifically for safety and hygiene. You and your dog can expect a well-maintained, hypoallergenic-conscious environment, alongside Tater Tot (my 3.5 year old, professionally trained, spunky silky terrier) and my pup adoring partner, Justin. . Meet n' Greets are encouraged, in-person or virtual (video) to make sure it's a good fit for everyone. If your pup does better one-on-one, with gentle structure, individualized attention, and endless pampering, I'd love to meet them! . Background: . Dogs, cats, horses, aquatic pets, animals big and small - if it had fur, fins, scales, or feathers, I’ve cared for them all! I have over 40 years nurturing and loving animals: training award-winning service dogs for people who have physical disabilities, raising Clydesdale draft horses in a rural Midwestern farming community, and volunteering at PAWS, Chicago's largest no-kill shelter. A close family friend's parents worked in veterinary medicine, and I spent years shadowing their practice in the office and in the countryside. Also, I frequently travel to pet sit for friends locally and cross-country, and I'll bring that same level of trust and attentiveness to your pup. . Between my own pets and the animals I grew up around, I have real, hands-on experience with puppies, seniors, rescues, special needs, terminal illness, intestinal ailments, medications, subcutaneous fluid administration, food allergies and specialized diets, training reinforcement/techniques, behavioral issues, and grooming and hygiene best practices. . I do best with puppies (AVSAB guidelines for safety and socialization), senior dogs, pups with special diets or allergies, and dogs needing extra patience or a quieter setup. Puppies get structured routines and positive reinforcement. Seniors get a slower pace and attention to mobility and medication timing. Allergies and special diets are followed exactly. For dogs with behavioral sensitivities, whether that's noise, other animals, or new environments, I adjust the pace and space to keep them comfortable rather than forcing interaction. . My pets: . My silky terriers have always been by my side, first Addi, and now Tater Tot. Addi made the journey with me from Chicago to coastal Southern California to Phoenix, and we spent those years road tripping, hiking, camping, kayaking, and exploring together. She lived a full life to 16, including managing Cushing's syndrome and eventually renal failure with consistent, attentive medical care in her final years. That experience taught me patient, individualized care, something I bring into every dog I look after. Tater Tot, now 3.5 years old, joined our family here in Arizona after Addi crossed the 🌈 bridge. I am 100% available for your pup all day long, so pet care fits naturally into my normal routine rather than being squeezed around it. Feeding, medication, and walks happen on your dog's exact schedule, not mine. Walks are timed around Phoenix heat, always in shaded areas and during the cooler parts of the day; your dog will always be walked or get outside for a potty break regardless of temperature. Between scheduled care, I'm present in the home for calm companionship, not leaving your dog alone for long stretches. For short-term stays and overnight boarding at my residence, here's what to expect. . Household members: . - My partner works remotely. Kind-natured, with years of experience caring for friends' and family's pets. He grew up with golden retrievers, goldendoodles, and other pets. - Tater Tot, our 3.5 year old silky terrier, completed private 1:1 obedience training with a professional, certified trainer. He is fully vaccinated, on tick/flea guard and preventative heartworm medication. Responds to basic commands, plays well with other dogs, and is polite around people and animals. Adaptable in new environments, walks well on a leash, comfortable in the car, and potty-pad/crate-trained. - We don't feed our pets people food due to health/diet restrictions, but let us know if yours enjoys sharing. - Vaccination and preventative med records available if you'd like to see them. . Living conditions: . -Secure 2,000 sq. ft. residence in a gated multi-unit community, single floor, clean and puppy-proofed. Bedrooms can be gated off, and there's room to setup a pen or crate in the living area. - Your dog will always be walked or go outside for potty breaks. Timing is adjusted around Phoenix heat conditions and matched to your dog's leash comfort and energy level. Getting outside requires an elevator or four flights of stairs, which I factor into scheduling. - If your pup is potty pad trained and does not wish to be walked in the extreme heat, we've created a dedicated, secure, and hygienic potty area on our balcony (3 ft railings), since we don't have an adjoining yard. - The neighborhood is dog-friendly and walkable, a mix of homes, apartments, shops, and restaurants. Hance Park is about a mile away, and if your pup is athletic, we can drive to any local Mountain Preserve for some on-leash hiking, weather permitting.

About: Animals have always been my happy place! Growing up in the Midwest, I spent my days surrounded by pets big and small, and now I’m thrilled to give that same love and attention to your furry family member. This isn’t a job for me—it’s a passion. Expect snuggles, playtime, and lots of tail wags or purrs while you’re away! At home, I have a lovable Chocolate Lab, a goofy Golden Retriever, and a cat who rules the house. Because of this, any pup staying with me should get along well with other dogs. If your dog prefers their own space, I’m more than happy to care for them in your home. You’ll receive plenty of pictures and updates so you never miss a moment of their adventure! My partner and I both work remotely, so we’re home all day and available to give your pets the care, engagement, and companionship they deserve. We enjoy taking regular walks and outdoor breaks with our four-legged visitors. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. We have a fully fenced yard where your pup can play safely with my two friendly dogs. Leash walks are offered throughout the day for fresh air and fun. We also have one cat who makes guest appearances when he decides it’s playtime! With your approval (and depending on the weather), pool time can be a fun added bonus. Your fur baby will always be in a safe, supervised, and loving environment.

About: What sets me apart is that I genuinely love spending time with animals and have experience caring for both cats and dogs throughout my life. While many sitters focus primarily on dogs, I have extensive experience with cats and understand their unique personalities, behaviors, and needs. As a cat owner myself, I’m comfortable with everything from feeding and litter box maintenance to nail trims, playtime, and helping shy or anxious cats feel comfortable. Friends and family have trusted me for years to care for their pets while they’re away, and I take that responsibility seriously. I also grew up with dogs and have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments, including rescue dogs. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, prefers a calm routine, or just needs extra patience and attention, I adapt my care to what makes them feel happiest and most comfortable. Because I work from home with a flexible schedule, I can provide reliable attention, companionship, and updates throughout the day. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, loved, and cared for while giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m especially available from Friday through Monday and can easily accommodate feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of cuddles. Because I spend most of my time at home, your pet will have company, supervision, and personalized care while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a beloved family member, and I will care for your pet as if they were my own. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they can feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I have experience caring for both cats and dogs and know that every animal is different. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, independent, or loves constant attention, I’ll make sure they receive patient, loving care in a safe and stress-free environment. I also believe in keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry friend is happy and well cared for.
