“Truly, the best sitter ever and this is coming from a first time Rover user was very nervous, but felt that this was the right place for dolce tons of updates and they have beautiful dogs truly thankful”

“Great experience! Used for doggy day care once. Great communication, felt at ease sending my pup to Monica and he came back super happy! Would highly recommend.”

“Kate is wonderful to work with - she's easy to communicate with and clearly very knowledgeable about dogs. My dog is now a regular with her and the difference has been amazing already. He's so much less stressed than he was when I used to take him to Dogtopia, and I have peace of mind knowing he's in such good hands. I highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for someone who truly understands and cares about pets!”

“We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter! Our dog loves huskies, and Joanna happens to have one of the sweetest. Joanna took them on a lovely hike through the wildflowers blooming, tons of couch snuggles, and plenty of toys to choose from. Will definitely book with her again. Thank you for taking such good care of our pupper and providing him a safe space and being attentive about his medical needs.”

“Loren has an incredible home set up perfectly for dogs of all shapes and sizes. She spent time listening to the needs I have for Betty White. I’m excited to use her again!”

“Diesel had a great stay with Adrianna! I appreciated her timely response to my initial inquiry as well as the time she took to schedule a meet and greet. She was able to answer any questions I had. I felt confident leaving Diesel in her care.”

“I was traveling from out of state and had to attend GCU last min. Zinnia responded right away and helped me with Blake. She is truly the best and Blake enjoyed her time with her. Thank you again Zinnia for your help and responding back right away. Will recommend to anyone!!”

“Another great week at Doggy Day Care. Lola loves Ash and so do I. She is professional and kind. I can rest easy knowing Lola is getting love, treats, and playtime with other pups.”

“Treva was amazing with my elderly dog, Murphy. I was nervous for him to stay with someone he didn't know, especially because he is somewhat blind and deaf. But she was so kind and sent me many updates and photos so that I could be reassured that he was doing great. Her kind spirit is infectious and I'm sure that's why he was so comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“Lorin was fantastic! Our frenchies had a wonderful time with her and her family. She was understanding to our schedule and was very accommodating to our dogs needs. We received a lot of updates and pictures, and pick up and drop off was a breeze. I can tell by the pictures and videos sent they had fun while in her care.”

“Sid had so much fun at Jenya’s house with her and her pups. He came home tired from all the fun. Thank you Jenya for being so flexible and available for my 530AM drop off time & for all the awesome pictures and videos. Sid can’t wait to come back and Play!”

I have flexible schedules and plenty of time to give your dog the attention, playtime, walks, and companionship they need. I enjoy having dogs around and will make sure your pup feels comfortable, loved, and included while in my care. I have a large fenced in yard to allow your dog plenty of space to play and get outside fun in. I will provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home where your dog will be treated like part of the family. About: When you're away, you want to know your dog is happy, healthy, and cared for like family. As a Rover client myself, I know how much thought goes into finding a sitter who will truly care for your beloved pet. More than anything, I want your dog to feel genuinely loved, not just looked after. . I understand that each dog is unique, so I'll partner w/ you and build a routine around what your pup actually needs, provide individualized attention, enrichment, and a calm, structured environment. Updates and photos will be provided as often as you want, and communication will be professional and prompt. . Centrally located in downtown Phoenix, under 15 minutes from PHX airport, in a secure building complex. My home is calm, clean, and puppy-proofed, with all dog supplies, toys, grooming products, bedding, and furnishings chosen specifically for safety and hygiene. You and your dog can expect a well-maintained, hypoallergenic-conscious environment, alongside Tater Tot (my 3.5 year old, professionally trained, spunky silky terrier) and my pup adoring partner, Justin. . Meet n' Greets are encouraged, in-person or virtual (video) to make sure it's a good fit for everyone. If your pup does better one-on-one, with gentle structure, individualized attention, and endless pampering, I'd love to meet them! . Background: . Dogs, cats, horses, aquatic pets, animals big and small - if it had fur, fins, scales, or feathers, I’ve cared for them all! I have over 40 years nurturing and loving animals: training award-winning service dogs for people who have physical disabilities, raising Clydesdale draft horses in a rural Midwestern farming community, and volunteering at PAWS, Chicago's largest no-kill shelter. A close family friend's parents worked in veterinary medicine, and I spent years shadowing their practice in the office and in the countryside. Also, I frequently travel to pet sit for friends locally and cross-country, and I'll bring that same level of trust and attentiveness to your pup. . Between my own pets and the animals I grew up around, I have real, hands-on experience with puppies, seniors, rescues, special needs, terminal illness, intestinal ailments, medications, subcutaneous fluid administration, food allergies and specialized diets, training reinforcement/techniques, behavioral issues, and grooming and hygiene best practices. . I do best with puppies (AVSAB guidelines for safety and socialization), senior dogs, pups with special diets or allergies, and dogs needing extra patience or a quieter setup. Puppies get structured routines and positive reinforcement. Seniors get a slower pace and attention to mobility and medication timing. Allergies and special diets are followed exactly. For dogs with behavioral sensitivities, whether that's noise, other animals, or new environments, I adjust the pace and space to keep them comfortable rather than forcing interaction. . My pets: . My silky terriers have always been by my side, first Addi, and now Tater Tot. Addi made the journey with me from Chicago to coastal Southern California to Phoenix, and we spent those years road tripping, hiking, camping, kayaking, and exploring together. She lived a full life to 16, including managing Cushing's syndrome and eventually renal failure with consistent, attentive medical care in her final years. That experience taught me patient, individualized care, something I bring into every dog I look after. Tater Tot, now 3.5 years old, joined our family here in Arizona after Addi crossed the 🌈 bridge. I am 100% available for your pup all day long, so pet care fits naturally into my normal routine rather than being squeezed around it. Feeding, medication, and walks happen on your dog's exact schedule, not mine. Walks are timed around Phoenix heat, always in shaded areas and during the cooler parts of the day; your dog will always be walked or get outside for a potty break regardless of temperature. Between scheduled care, I'm present in the home for calm companionship, not leaving your dog alone for long stretches. For short-term stays and overnight boarding at my residence, here's what to expect. . Household members: . - My partner works remotely. Kind-natured, with years of experience caring for friends' and family's pets. He grew up with golden retrievers, goldendoodles, and other pets. - Tater Tot, our 3.5 year old silky terrier, completed private 1:1 obedience training with a professional, certified trainer. He is fully vaccinated, on tick/flea guard and preventative heartworm medication. Responds to basic commands, plays well with other dogs, and is polite around people and animals. Adaptable in new environments, walks well on a leash, comfortable in the car, and potty-pad/crate-trained. - We don't feed our pets people food due to health/diet restrictions, but let us know if yours enjoys sharing. - Vaccination and preventative med records available if you'd like to see them. . Living conditions: . -Secure 2,000 sq. ft. residence in a gated multi-unit community, single floor, clean and puppy-proofed. Bedrooms can be gated off, and there's room to setup a pen or crate in the living area. - Your dog will always be walked or go outside for potty breaks. Timing is adjusted around Phoenix heat conditions and matched to your dog's leash comfort and energy level. Getting outside requires an elevator or four flights of stairs, which I factor into scheduling. - If your pup is potty pad trained and does not wish to be walked in the extreme heat, we've created a dedicated, secure, and hygienic potty area on our balcony (3 ft railings), since we don't have an adjoining yard. - The neighborhood is dog-friendly and walkable, a mix of homes, apartments, shops, and restaurants. Hance Park is about a mile away, and if your pup is athletic, we can drive to any local Mountain Preserve for some on-leash hiking, weather permitting.
“David was absolutely amazing with our lab puppy! He treated our dog like his own and kept us updated throughout the day with how he was doing. Our pup came home happy and tired from a day full of play :) We will definitely be using him again in the near future!”

“Amazing amount of communication, stellar care, and my girl had a blast! The location is perfect and Marina took amazing care and I had no worries. I couldn’t be happier!”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, and caring for them truly comes naturally to me. I had a 106 lb German Shepherd for 8 years, and during that time I received professional training so I could properly train and care for her, giving me a strong foundation in structure, behavior, and handling larger breeds. Most recently, I lived in a home with four pets (both cats and dogs), where I helped manage daily care, routines, and lots of love and attention. I’ve also fostered animals, which has taught me patience, adaptability, and how to help pets feel safe and comfortable in new environments. What sets me apart is my ability to balance structure with affection—I’m attentive, intuitive to each pet’s needs, and experienced with different personalities, from playful and energetic to calm or senior pets who need a gentler approach. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or simply providing a calm, loving presence, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I work from home part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive, consistent care. Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine—whether that’s walks, playtime, feedings, or cuddle sessions. I bring a calm, “pet concierge” approach to every visit, keeping routines smooth, spaces clean, and pets happy. From energetic dogs who love activity to cats who prefer a more relaxed, on-their-terms vibe, I tailor my care to each pet’s personality—making sure they feel safe, loved, and just a little bit spoiled. Safety and trust are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I create a calm, clean, and secure environment where they can feel comfortable and at ease. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of your space and your pet’s routine—keeping feeding schedules, walks, litter care, and any specific instructions consistent. I pay close attention to details, from securely locking doors to ensuring pets are always supervised and safe. In my home, pets are welcomed into a peaceful, pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and cozy spots to relax. I’m mindful of introductions, boundaries, and maintaining a stress-free atmosphere for every pet. I take a thoughtful, attentive approach—reading each pet’s behavior, keeping a watchful eye, and providing updates so you feel confident and connected while you’re away. My goal is for you to feel complete peace of mind, knowing your pet is safe, loved, and in very good hands.
About: We've had a variety of pets over the last 25+ years, including dogs, cats, chickens, lovebirds, fish, and tortoises! Right now we have two lively and snuggly pups, 4 years old, plus 2 cats that make themselves scarce when they don't want to hang out with the dogs. ;) We've been pet sitting regularly for friends and family for the last 7+ years. Meet & Greet - We require a brief meet & greet in our front yard before all bookings, to ensure your pet and our pets are a great fit. Thanks for understanding! IMPORTANT - We crate or corral visiting dogs when no one is home to supervise interactions. They must already be crate trained so this feels comfortable and not stressful for them. Please only request stays for dogs that are well behaved, since we have a big family and plenty going on. All dogs must be friendly with other dogs and with children, and must not attack cats (our kids' cats generally stay out of the way, but some dogs are intent on hunting them down). ***Sorry, we don't take pit bulls or huskies. We had a bad experience with a pit, and one of our kids is very allergic to huskies.*** Fun Fact - We prioritize using non-toxic products for home and personal care. There are no chemical fragrances or toxic cleaners in our home, which could irritate your pet's skin or lungs. ***Please scroll down to see other important profile info. Thank you! :) *** I'm a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense instructor with a flexible schedule, so I'm home a lot (typically gone 2 - 4 hours a day for classes). We have a big family, so there is usually someone else home with the dogs if I'm away. All pups run free in the house when we're home. We have a block fence around our backyard, and a locked alley gate. Dogs are only allowed on beds/furniture when invited. The exception is a special chair that looks out to the street. It's a favorite perch! See pics under Ollie & Paisley's profiles. :) Even dogs that are used to being on the furniture tend to adjust quickly to these limitations when somewhere else. **For safety, we crate visiting dogs when no one is not home to supervise interactions, so they must already be crate trained so this feels comfortable and not stressful for them.**

Treva continues to be an exceptional dog sitter for my girl, Nugget. When I have to be gone for long periods of time at work or to run errands where she can’t come, it’s nice to know she’s being so well cared for and in a safe place! I highly recommend Treva!

Kate is wonderful to work with - she's easy to communicate with and clearly very knowledgeable about dogs. My dog is now a regular with her and the difference has been amazing already. He's so much less stressed than he was when I used to take him to Dogtopia, and I have peace of mind knowing he's in such good hands. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter for my puppy, Bella! Dina took care of Bella for three days and treated her like part of the family. Bella is naturally a little shy, but Dina made her feel comfortable, safe, and loved from the very beginning. I especially appreciated how Dina helped Bella socialize by introducing her to new people and experiences in a calm and positive environment. It was wonderful knowing Bella was getting plenty of attention, playtime, and affection while I was away. Dina kept me updated and gave me complete peace of mind throughout Bella's stay. When I picked Bella up, she was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. I highly recommend Dina to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive pet sitter. Thank you, Dina, for taking such amazing care of Bella!

Autumn was fantastic! This was our first time traveling with our dog and using Rover and she made the entire experience stress free and wonderful. She provided great communication and regular updates while caring for our dog which gave us so much peace of mind. We highly recommend Autumn!

Lorin responds very quickly, and accommodated our request even though she had short notice. She was very personable, and took great care of our little Shih Tzu. We appreciated her care for Rocco so much! Also, her location is very convenient to local events in central Phoenix. This was great for us, as we attended a concert at the Arizona Financial Theater. Very satisfied customer!
