About: I have taken care of dogs and cats ever since I was 5! My friends always rely on me to walk, feed, bath, and watch their pets while they are away. I am currently an online college student so I am home almost 24/7! I'd say there is 2 days out of the week that I'll be out for 2-3 hours but other than that I'll be home taking care of my kitties and your fur baby! I have a fenced in backyard at my house as well as the opportunity to walk at the park not too far from my house! I have two kitties living with me that are used to calm dogs so your baby will always have company if they want. My cats are known to be escape artists so I am very cautious about when, where, and how long doors and windows are open for.

About: I’ve grown up and taken care of dogs all of my life. Until I got my own dog a couple years back, I was fostering different dogs for a number of years and I’m always the go to person when friends are out of town and need a dog sitter. I work from home and my job offers me plenty of flexibility to go on walks or spend time in the backyard playing. About: BFF! I've been caring for my own pets since I was 15 - starting with my puggle, Sandy, who is 15 herself now! She has always been very bonded with my dad though, so she lives with him in the Bay Area. As an adult, I adopted my first dog on my own at 18. His name was Tobi, and he passed away just last year (2022) from a heart condition. Sandy and Tobi both taught me everything I know about caring for dogs. I am very familiar with medication administration, health-related things to look out for, and how to make a dog feel at home. While I was still living at home in the last few years, my dad and I took in 3 rescue rabbits over a period of a year - so I also have 3 years of experience caring for rabbits. I am familiar with free-roaming practices and their specific dietary needs. I work remotely from home, so I have plenty of time in my daily routine for pet care. I spend much of the day at my desk or on my couch, where your pet is welcome to snuggle up! I also have plenty of downtime throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, or just soaking up some sun in the backyard! I have a 10-pound adult male long-haired chihuahua to keep your pet company. I have a secured backyard with two small grass lawns. I also have an unfenced pool, which is great if your pup enjoys taking a swim, but it is also something to consider if swimming isn't their strong suit. I do not leave pets unattended in the backyard. I'm happy to kennel if you or your pup prefer, but I do not provide kennels. Your pet will be allowed on beds and furniture. I can also drop into your home, but I am not able to stay overnight.
