I have always loved animals and started down the animal path by volunteering at a vet clinic in the North Valley in high school. Since then, I have owned many animals (from hermit crabs, to birds, to dogs and cats) and have also been fostering kittens for 7 years through a rescue.

Amber has gone above and beyond. My former fear dogs have been a handful for her. This was their first time in a new space without me. Amber did everything in her power to make sure my dogs were safe and comfortable during their visit - one of my dogs attempted to escape and she did everything to make sure that did not happen. I appreciate her so much and will forever be grateful!

We had such a great experience boarding our cat with Amber! We left our cat with her for two days, and she took such great care of her. Amber sent us pictures once or twice a day, checked in with updates, and kept us posted on how everything was going. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our cat was happy, comfortable, and in good hands. Amber was wonderful, and we would definitely trust her with our cat again! 🐾❤️

Schedule
I work remote and depending on needs/locations, I have a fairly flexible schedule and can provide playtime, potty time etc, for any animal in my care. I want to make sure there is time for any animal I commit to taking care of and, if for some reason there is a problem with a schedule, I will communicate as needed. I am open and honest and welcome all questions.

I treat the pets like they are my own. I make sure their needs are met and that they get the attention and care that they need while their owners are away. Due to my experience with rescue work, I am able to give shots, medications, sub q fluids, etc.

A typical day
Depending on the animal, I ensure they receive love/affection. If they play with toys, then I play with them so that they are engaged and receiving what they need to be happy/healthy.
