When I’m caring for pets, whether in my home or yours, safety and comfort come first. I keep a calm, predictable environment where pets can relax and follow their usual routine. I pay close attention to doors, gates, and leashes, and I always supervise outdoor time to make sure everyone stays secure. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and follow your instructions closely so your pet feels grounded in their familiar surroundings. In my home, I create a cozy setup with safe play areas, comfortable resting spots, and plenty of enrichment throughout the day. I also keep a close eye on behavior and body language so I can adjust anything your pet might need, extra reassurance, a quiet break, or a little more play. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, understood, and cared for at every moment.

Before I care for your pet, I’d like to know their daily routine, any allergies or medical needs, how they handle walks, and what comforts them if they’re feeling unsure. Little personality notes are especially helpful, what makes them light up, what they prefer to avoid, and any sweet quirks that make them uniquely them. The more I know, the better I can make their time with me feel safe, familiar, and genuinely cared for.
A typical day
A typical day will include: a good stretch, a good walk, and a good bit of fun. I love letting pets set the tone, your fetch fanatic gets their sprints in, your cuddle bug gets all the snuggles, and your curious explorer gets lots of sniff-ventures. For cats, that might look like feather-wand sessions, window-watching breaks, cozy lap time, or a slow, respectful approach for the more independent types. We’ll sprinkle in their favorite toys, treats, or maybe a backyard safari or two (weather permitting). By the end of the day, I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible, with no skip in their normal routine.

Hi there! I’m a Veterinary Technician with 19 years of experience and over a decade of providing trusted pet care. I currently work as a Clinic Manager at a general practice hospital and PRN in emergency & specialty care as a triage/ICU nurse, so I’m comfortable with pets in all stages of health, including those needing oral or injectable medications, or with chronic/acute conditions. I’m active and love taking dogs on walks, runs, or fun outings to help them stay happy and tired while you’re away. I’m reliable, flexible, and committed to keeping your pet’s routine as normal as possible, offering plenty of love, comfort, and attention to their emotional well, being. You’ll receive detailed updates with photos and videos so you can stay connected to your pet while you are away. **My pricing is negotiable for stays over 10 days, within reason, I’m a single mom and a full time student, my goal is simply to support my family while providing excellent pet care.
