Your dog’s vacation home 🐾

We know leaving your dog behind can be stressful, so our goal is to make them feel like they’re on vacation too! We only host one family’s dog(s) at a time, so your pup will receive our full attention in a calm, loving home—never a crowded doggy daycare environment. We’re a family of four who genuinely loves dogs. Our 11-year-old son enjoys playing fetch, going for walks, and giving plenty of affection, while our 12-year-old daughter loves working on basic training and teaching fun tricks (with your approval, of course!). My husband, Justin, and I have always been dog lovers. After losing our beloved dog, Rev, this past February, our home has felt a little quieter. While we’re not quite ready to welcome another dog of our own, we’d love the opportunity to care for and spoil yours as if they were part of our family. I work from home, so your dog will have companionship throughout the day and won’t be left alone for long stretches. We also have a sweet senior cat, so we’re looking for dogs that are comfortable around cats or have lived with them before. Whether your pup loves playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply a quiet place to relax, we’ll tailor their stay to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved until you’re home again.

I've had the privilege of seeing firsthand how loving and attentive Karen is with animals. She adored her own dog and always treated him like family, making sure he was well cared for and deeply loved. I've also watched her interact with my dog, and she's always been incredibly affectionate, gentle, and patient. Any pet in Karen’s care will be treated with kindness, respect, and genuine love. She's responsible, trustworthy, and understands that pets aren't just animals, they're cherished members of the family. I wouldn't hesitate to trust her with my own dog, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate pet sitter or dog walker.

Karen is a true dog-lover. She sees her dogs as her partner both at home at the couch and when she is out hiking. Her most recent dog, Rev, that she owned lived an amazing life with Karen until he recently passed away. He lived with her for nearly 13 years. He was incredibly well cared for and even ended up being the best friend of my children. Rev was an active, well-behaved dog until his senior years. As he aged, he required more attention both from Karen and medical attention. Karen made sure Rev received everything he needed, and loved him dearly until the end. No matter the breed of the dog, age, or medical requirements, Karen will love whoever she cares for absolutely to death. I would entrust my pets to Karen. My only worry is that they not want to come home after spending time with Karen. She is absolutely amazing with animals.

Karen is one of the sweetest, most loving, compassionate souls. She lost her dog and best friend of 14 years earlier this year. She has always been the best dog mom to him, caring for him and providing whatever he needed to have the happiest life. She has welcomed our dog into her home many times and has shown him love as if he were her own. Karen is up for adventures, taking the dogs on walks and hikes, or loves just cuddling on the couch with them. She would not only make a fantastic pet sitter, but it would bring her so much joy to be able to love on any pet.
