“Dutch came home exhausted and so ready to cuddle after all of his fun playtime at daycare!! He was well taken care of, and loved by these two wonderful people as if he were their own. We had a medical emergency, and they were able to extend a few days for us, to help us adjust to being home after having a newborn. We will definitely be bringing Dutch back!”

“Thank you so much Courtney!!!!! Stressful holiday trip, but you always make it so much easier. Back home with the kitties now taking a nap, all is well. Thank you thank you!! Happy Thanksgiving!! 🦃💕”

About: I've loved animals ever since I was a child. Growing up I allways had big dogs and cats in the house. Now I have a cat and two bunnies of my own, I don't have space for a dog, but I get my fix volunteering with the pups at the Humane Society and working overnight at a doggy daycare. I am currently working overnight at a doggy daycare, which means I am avaliable for most of the day! I can do walks and drop ins as early as 7:30 AM and as late 7:30 PM. In my home my pets get plenty of enrichment and attention. I also put a lot of effort into giving them as much space as possible despite my apartment size. I also understand that in other people's homes, pets often need to go at thier own pace. I always make it my goal to be respectful of thier wants and needs when interacting with them, and whenever possible I try to do so on thier terms to create happy memories.

“Kimberly and Deanna were amazing. I felt confident and comfortable in leaving my cat with them while I was out of town. 10/10 would recommend for boarding.”

“Our cat, Donovan, who typically hides from someone new, took to Nate like an old friend. Nate provided constant feedback during his stay and provided comfort to us knowing our home and pets were in good hands. He left our property tidy and went through the daily chores with confidence. We will definitely ask Nate to come back and stay again.”

“Baylee always takes amazing care of my pets! I feel such ease leaving my pets with her knowing they are going to be in good hands! Baylee even when above and beyond when I unexpectedly got flowers sent to me and she made sure to put them in a vase for me!”

About: I'm clean, careful, & cheerful and I'll treat your home and pets as my own. I've always loved animals; I've fostered cats & dogs and have had cats, dogs, fish and reptiles of my own. I have a special place in my heart for cats; my own baby is a black Bombay named Judge. He is staying at my sisters while I'm living at my parents, so I have a heartful of adoration to direct to your pet baby! I'm highly responsible, accountable, and professional, so your home is also in good hands while you're away. During the week I have my 9-5 but can take long lunches for potty breaks if needed.
“Keiten watched our cats for 6 days while my husband and I were away on vacation and she was wonderful. She communicated daily, sent pictures after each visit and took very good care of our kitties. We came home to happy cats, cleaned litter boxes and even cleaned food bowls. We were really able to relax and enjoy our vacation.”

“Not all heroes wear capes but Miguel proved to be a true hero to me and my two pets, Oso and Luna, this week. I desperately needed to get my babies boarded so that I’d know they were fed and cared for while I was unable to provide and care for them myself. I was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, and Miguel transported them safely on short notice to Deer Creek Animal Hospital where I knew they’d get to play and socialize during boarding while I healed at the hospital. Means the world having that peace of mind. Thank you Miguel for taking time on such short notice and making the transition as seamless and possible in order to make my babies comfortable during this what’s been a bit of a scary time for all of us, otherwise.”

“Jamie was fantastic!! Was very thorough and had great communication! Jamie was also very understanding and receptive of all my requests for checking on our kitties. We will definitely be using Jamie in the future!”

About: I have had multiple pets all my life! Right now, I currently have 4 dogs and 13 chickens in my house! I am used to walking multiple dogs at one time, so I am able to adapt to many circumstances. I truly love all dogs, regardless of disability or attitude. I am able to give love and care to pets and respect their home. I also have calm energy which can help put pets at ease when they are still warming up to their new friend. I am experienced in handling tough situations with pets and am able to solve any problems or roadblocks that may occur. I have experience in bathing pets as well. Please consider me for your furry friend needs! I will be able to play with your pups whenever you need me to! I have my own car and can check in on the pups when needed. I can accommodate to pets needs, whether that be crate, playing outside, or snuggling on the couch. I can be as snuggly or distanced as comfortable for your furry one.
“This is the second time Angel has dropped in for my babies and she is nothing but fantastic! She's extremely and consistently communicative and makes me feel confident and comfortable that my animals will be taken care of.”

“I highly recommend Teri, she took excellent care of our cat Max. He usually acts very stressed when we leave him but he seemed calm and relaxed when we came home this time. She also left our home in impeccable condition.”

“Leia took such great care of my Bengal cat, Latte. She was able to accommodate a last-minute request for drop-in visits after my first plan fell through. She came over the day before my trip to meet Latte. She was professional, friendly, and listened to all of my requests. She sent pictures and a summary every day and made me feel so at ease. I will definitely book her again and you should too! Thanks again, Leia!”

“Amanda is amazing! She has watched my kitty, Bella, now twice, and she has done an excellent job. She really seems to like Amanda, and Amanda is responsive, responsible, and gives great updates so that I never have to worry while I’m out of town. Will continue to book with her, thank you, Amanda!”

“Susan, you are amazing! Our cat Jax has a hard time with strangers and literally the minute you walked in he was loving on you. Cats can tell! Thank you so much for taking care of our babies!”

“Thank you, Jasmine for being so attentive and caring to our cat babies. I appreciated the playful updates and pictures. They seemed to be happy to see their new friend.”

“We are very happy with Dawn and Andrew how they made our fur baby part of themself and take care of him as their own pet, my fur baby loves visiting them ,its a fun place for him and he enjoys the time with the family .”

“How's always a great couple? They are amazing with Patterson. They take such good care of him. Me is starting to get excited when he sees them. Couldn't ask for a better couple to take care of my baby”

About: Hi! 👋🏻 My name is Olivia, I’ve been with the Rover community for about 4 years now, but Happy Dog House Calls is where it all started. I joined the Rover community to meet new families who might need my pet sitting/house sitting services! I work with a wide variety of pets, not limited to just dogs and cats. I welcome most pets, including farm animals and complete farm care, as well as trained service animals. I'm more than happy to care for all of your furry or not so furry family members! I have a regular clientele of pets who have special needs, pets who experience anxiety or separation anxiety, some who are deaf or blind, others who are elderly, have injuries or health issues. These special needs sweethearts are always welcome on my schedule. My entire life I’ve had a passion for animals, so much so I’ve made it my career. I mean, who doesn’t want to spend all their time with animals!? I'm looking for opportunities to fulfill my passion, this is where you and your family come in! Upon scheduling, I will request a “Meet & Greet” at your home, which is required before any services are rendered. This gives your pet and I the opportunity to meet and get to know each other, this also lets your baby get familiar with my scent so I’m not a stranger entering your home. During this time we will go over your pets routine, any rules (whether they rule the house or you do, I’m here for it all), you can also show me around your home and go over any special instructions or medications. This is the ideal time to give me a key or code to enter (should we decide to work together). This visit is of course no charge. A little bit about each service: Walks- 30 min walk. Your choice of leisure walks with lots of sniffing and exploring (your dogs version of reading the morning news paper or as I call it, checking “Peemails”) or focused, brisk walks for exercise and winding down. Please have a leash and harness or collar, that fits correctly with no rips or tears. *Clients who are seeking my walking services, once the temperature reaches 84° I will not be available for walks, unless the morning or evening temp is at or under 84°, which I can walk with them then. The asphalt is too hot and heat stroke is a risk at that temperature. Exceptions are made for potty walks as long as there is shade. Drop-in Visits- 30 minute visit includes: Playtime, snuggles, feeding, medication administration, walking, potty breaks and treats. House sitting- 3 different options to choose from (please include which option will work best with your family in the initial booking request): Option 1. Overnight only- $150 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Arriving at your home around 9pm (8pm available) staying the night until around 6am the next morning. Includes plant watering, bringing in the mail, putting trash cans out and some other household duties. Option 2. Overnight with a mid day drop-in- $175 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Includes all of option 1, plus a drop-in visit midday for potty breaks, play and snuggles. Option 3. Daytime & Overnight stay- $250 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Includes all of options 1 & 2, plus coming and going throughout the rest of the day. *For Rover Holiday dates & puppy care, inquire about pricing ‼️Please include which house sitting option you’d like in your initial booking request‼️ I am available full time, early mornings, mid-days, late nights, even overnight stays, any length of stay, be it one day or 6 months long, this is my only job, allowing me to cater to you and your pets needs. I am willing to be as flexible as possible to make your time away from your pets 110% stress free for all of you. My availability is wide open, including most holidays (book early as these dates fill up fast) and some last minute requests. Same day bookings are available for walks and drop-ins, I typically require a 7 day notice for all bookings, but life can be unpredictable, so I offer same day bookings for an extra charge. Same day bookings are an additional $5. you will see this as an "Additional Charge" on your Rover invoice. ‼️THE ROVER APP HAS A GLITCH, THEIR CALENDAR FOR ME IS NOT CORRECT, PLEASE SEND A REQUEST EVEN IF IT SAYS THAT I AM UNAVAILABLE, AS I AM MOST LIKELY AVAILABLE‼️ I am also able to travel with you and your pet family for any vacation needs. I can drive your pets should flying not be an option. Please inquire further for this service. Safety always comes first. Absolutely trust that all of my attention will be on your pets for the entirety of the stay. This gives me the opportunity to give you a detailed update on your pets during our visit (I will write these updates during the visit, as well as taking pictures). Each visit I will send over the 4-6 photos I took of each pet as well as the detailed update I wrote. Your home as well as your pets, will be treated with the utmost respect, I will treat them like they are my own. I’m very cautious of making sure gates, pool gates and locks are always secured for your pet and homes safety. Speaking of safety, security cameras are not just acceptable, they are encouraged, for your piece of mind as well as in case of an emergency, typically I can be to your home within minutes if you see something concerning.
“She did SO well with my dog, who's sort of skittish. By the end of a few hours they were best buddies, and at the beginning she was all freaked out because I was leaving her. Amazing sitter!”

“Ben and Zane were very communicative and antentive to our doggies need. Including supervising play time with the other furry guests. They kept us in the loop of how Valentino was doing while we were away and sent videos too! Would highly recommend and use again.”

“Sara was very kind and communicative and I felt at ease leaving my baby with her. I got videos and updates during doggy daycare. My pup came home clean, smelling fresh and slept all night!”

“Evan is so patient and loving with our pup. We have a dog with previous trauma from the vet, which can make him distrustful of strangers. Evan has taken the time and energy to build that relationship and trust with our dog. He’s the first place we felt comfortable leaving town knowing our dog was in good hands.”

“Wendy took excellent care of our girl, Ruby. Our dog sitting request was very last minute, and Wendy was able to accommodate us. She was very easy to communicate with and did send pics/videos to update us on all their fun. We would definitely have Wendy watch Ruby again when we’re in Sedona next.”

“Jenifer is awesome and her house is perfect for daycare with a big shaded yard and garden for the pups to run around in. She sent lots of pictures of my girl while she was there, which was great!”

“Kristin was by far the best dog-sitter Zeke has ever had!! First day with him, she had him do lick-art that she sent home with him, made him homemade dog treats, gave him a free toy, and sent him home with a bouquet of flowers he “picked for me”. It made my whole day! She sent regular updates of him having a blast and I felt so good knowing he was having the best day while I was at work. She has a super cute house with a yard and took excellent care of him. He loved it so much he planted his feet when I picked him up the second day because he didn’t want to leave. Could not recommend her enough!!”

“Joseph went above and beyond taking care of my two pups. He gave frequent updates and accommodated special needs instructions. We are very pleased with his service. 100% recommend!”

“Megan is great! My 11month dane is very rambunctious and full of energy. We brought him twice and both time we received wonderful photos and updates while he was there. She took him on long walks, played ball and he played with with the other dogs. When we pulled up to her house on our second visit he knew exactly where we were and sprinted to the door in excitement. When we returned home he was ready to rest and was so well behaved the days following. I️ would highly recommend Megan and plan to keep taking my baby boy to her!”

“Jeanette was wonderful with Nellie! I recommend that if you are looking for a clean, loving environment for your dog to stay in while you are out of town, Christine's is the place!”

“I was fortunate enough to connect with LaAsia on the app during my long work hours, despite not being able to meet her in person. Despite the distance, she was incredibly friendly, and I had a positive feeling about her. She’s truly amazing, and I’ll definitely be using her services in the future.”

I work full-time Monday through Friday and am typically away during standard business hours. Outside of work I have plenty of time to devote to pet care, including mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends. I keep my schedule up to date and always communicate any time away from the home in advance. I will keep your pet safe by caring for it per your instructions. I understand the importance of sticking to rules as it is ultimately for the best interest of the pet I am caring for.

About: I've had dogs my whole life mostly large mixed breeds. I have a lot of experience with huskies, labs, German shepherd’s, goldens and doodles, pitbulls and border collies. I have also cared for clients’ smaller dogs like french bulldogs, boston terriers, jack russells and chihuahuas as well as a few cats. 🐈 I have a few part time jobs but can be with your animal for the majority of the stay or I would notify you otherwise. I ask about the animals routine and how to make them feel comfortable while their owner is away. I offer lots of attention, toys, walks, treats and quality time. I am open to providing walks (please have booties for summertime). I’m excited to get to know your pets!

About: Your dog deserves exceptional care, and that is exactly what I provide. I make sure every pup gets plenty of exercise, attention, and affection while staying safe, comfortable, and happy. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, from tiny Shih Tzus to Great Danes, and I tailor every stay to each dog's unique needs and personality. Whether your pup loves long walks, structured playtime, or calm companionship, I adjust my care to match their routine. What sets me apart is my background. As a former firefighter and paramedic and a long-time dog owner, I bring a calm, reliable, safety-first approach to every visit. You can trust that your dog will be in capable and caring hands. I am new to the Phoenix area and excited to build lasting connections with both dogs and their humans. I look forward to meeting you and giving your pup the best experience possible. I do consulting and work from home, so pet care fits really easily into my day. I have a flexible schedule and can give dogs plenty of attention, walks, and check-ins throughout the day. I can usually adjust to whatever routine your dog is used to, and I’m around enough to make sure they always feel cared for. When I’m caring for pets, their safety and comfort come first. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, and any specific needs so I can make sure they feel secure and relaxed. I pay close attention to things like gates, doors, leashes, and anything in the home that could pose a risk. For walks and drop-in visits, I keep your dog on a secure leash, watch for heat and pavement temperature, and make sure they always have water. I never combine dogs from different households, and I stay focused on your pet at all times. If I am caring for your dog in your home, I treat your space with respect and keep everything as close to your normal routine as possible. I send regular updates so you know your dog is safe, comfortable, and having a good time. My goal is to make sure both you and your dog feel totally confident and at ease while they are in my care.

About: My husband and I have our own kitty, Luna! Like any pet parents, we understand each person cares for their animals different but their happiness and your comfort come first and foremost for us! I have experience in administering insulin shots and tricking pups into thinking any feel better medicine is a treat (with the help of those nifty little pill pocket treats haha). Any specific care needs your animal has, we are willing to learn as well! I'm a stay at home wife so I'm really free to work with YOUR schedule and routine! The closer to their normal schedule, the better! Unfortunately I am unable to care for your pet in my own home at this time. My own Kitty dislikes dogs very much and will get anxious and sick. I am free and happy to come to your home if you are in need of overnight care though!

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kaitlin. She watched our 150 lb cane corso Bruce and cared for him like he was family. Bruce fell in love with her and Koko from the start and it made my heart happy that he was in a warm and loving home while we were away. Kaitlin’s communication was excellent and I loved all the daily updates and photos I received from her! Even when my large dog took over her bed for naps 😂 Kaitlin is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior and even did some training with our big guy during his stay. I whole heartedly recommend Kaitlin to anyone looking for a pet sitter. She is truly the best!”
