Loving home with large, fenced yard
My wife and I both work from home, so your pup will get constant love and attention. We have a huge backyard for potty breaks anytime, and a park just five minutes away for walks and play. Our sweet dog Porkchop recently passed, and we truly miss having a furry friend around..Caring for yours helps fill that space with joy.

Oscar and Tessa looked after my senior golden doodle for 12 days while we were out of the country. They were the fifth time I have utilized Rover for pet sitting. She did well with all of the previous sitters. I received two messages over that time period and two photos. Oscar said she had two accidents while they were home (working from home). She has never, in fourteen years had an accident in our home, so that was concerning. I provided my normal routine schedule. I work from home just like Oscar and Tessa, so I am not sure why it happened. She is very good about letting me know when she needs to go outside. She has lost weight, which is concerning. I was told she was “sad” for a week and took awhile to eat her food. I am sure they tried to support her the best they could, but now that she is getting older and has cataracts which make it difficult for her to see, I think it was really tough for her to adjust to strangers. I thank Oscar and Tessa for their efforts. I will likely not use this service again unless it is an emergency because it was too stressful for my senior dog. In comparison to previous sitters. Oscar and Tessa provided minimal communication. However, I was in a different time zone and halfway around the world, so any messages were delayed anyway. I would recommend them to others. They were very gracious about it all.
Oscar and Tessa were so great with our Kobe. They sent updates daily and pictures while we were away! We had no worries and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will definitely book them again!
Tessa & Oscar were amazing! Definitely will be re-booking with them in the future to take care of my Bruno! Tessa was super responsive and communicative throughout and they made me feel at ease the entire time they took care of Bruno. They were my first rover booking, and they definitely made it very smooth, easy, and made me feel at peace!
Tessa and Oscar were so sweet with my fur baby. They were communicative and flexible, and no doubt gave my pup all the love and snuggles he demands. I’m so glad to have found them and will be using them again!
Tessa looked after my two large dogs, a Pitt mix and German Shepard, for a month while I was away. They absolutely loved being near her and Oscar. The dogs get so excited when I bring them to their house. I feel very confident leaving my babies with these two.

Since my wife and I both work from home, pet care easily fits into our daily routine. We take regular breaks for walks, playtime, and backyard potty breaks. Having a dog around brings comfort and happiness to our day, and we love giving them the same attention and affection we gave our Porkchop.
